Professional & fixed the problem with the switch. Impressive customer service, especially by telephone customer service representative. That being said, I am still waiting for their recommendation to replace the entire unit as discussed with the technician. We have a recurring problem with the old switch and apparently it needs to be replaced. However, since the unit is old, switches for this unit are no longer available on the market. Hence, the entire unit needs replacement.

These guys installed a new AC system for me two and a half years ago. They were very professional and did a great job.

Today I had Thomas come out for my twice a year maintenance. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently.

Tassio installed a brand new HVAC system in our home April 2014. Here it is 5 years later and condensation drainage pipe wasn't installed properly. So we now have to spend more money correcting the poor installation they did back then. If they did the job right the first time we wouldn't be paying for this 5 years later. Now our AC overflows with water in the closet in our home because the pitch of the drainage isn't correct and the water backs up.

Tassio Temp Control was excellent! The owner Bill was very polite and professional. On the day of my installation, there technicians Edgar and Daniel arrived on time and ready to work. They were extremely professional as well and kept me in the loop throughout the process. There foreman Steve came by in the middle of the project to check on progress and ask me if I had any questions. Even Bill the owner came by shortly after to make sure all was running smooth.

I highly recommend this company, and I am very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. All in all, I cannot say enough to express how pleased my family and I are.

Tassio Temperature Control is a great company. My service specialist, AVO was amazing. He was fully knowledgeable about the air conditioner I was having problems with. He had all the parts he needed and was able to service my AC quickly. He was polite and helpful with suggestions as to how to use my AC more efficiently. The service was so good, I signed up for a service contract so that the AC will continue to be in good shape

Our air conditioner stopped working, which was to be expected since it was 26 years old. Our HVAC guy had retired, and after researching we chose Tassio to take a look. We were not surprised to be told it needed replacement, and since it was a freon unit it would have had to be at least retrofitted in 2020 anyway. The new heater/AC was installed 2 working days after the order. From first to last, the Tassio crew was great to work with, from the initial examination, to Steven's clear presentation of options with no hard up-sell, to the prompt, clean, and professional installation by Juan, Danny, and Edgar. Sonny in the front office was always helpful, and we were kept informed of progress at all stages. We can unhesitatingly recommend Tassio.

Not honest!
Had my system serviced last week with Tassio Inc. I was quoted $89.95 for service.
The technician fixed the problem in 5 minutes by changing a switch from on to off and stayed about 30 minutes.
But I was charged more. Asked why, he answers that's what the company wants me to charge you. Told him I didn't think that was fair. Noticed afterwards that the invoice said he was at our home for 2 hours. Lied about the time and the service charge. Cross them off my list. Too dishonest.
