We needed Euro-Split air conditioners. Research indicated Mitsubishi was the top of the line and that Tarpy Heating was the top installation company. We called for a quote and Paul the owner came by to assess and give us the quote. Here's what's note-worthy, after surveying the locations for installation and answering our numerous questions, Paul sat down at our patio table and factored the quote on his tablet and gave us the price instantaneously! Right then & right there! Additionally he offered us the Mitsubishi discount and further discounted the price if we could wait for 10 days for installation due to their high volume. Paul was totally knowledgeable and after receiving 2 additional quotes from competitors we signed on with Tarpy. The installation guys, Mark & Luis, showed up on time, finished ahead of schedule and explained how the units worked, fast, efficient, & professional, and Paul returned to inspect their work. We give them the highest recommendation possible!
One small problem arose after installation and Jessica the scheduling lady provided immediate assistance and sent a tech over to resolve the issue. That guy was Cody Miller who explained a number of different scenarios did an installation diagnostic, found no problems with the units and offered a remedy that worked very well! So the entire group is expertly knowledgeable, totally efficient, and we'd recommend them without hesitation for any HVAC issue that presents itself! Many thanks to Paul and his crew, Mark, Luis, Cody and Jessica are all top notch and completely professional.

Great work and professionalism from all the A-team crew that came out (forgive the spelling) Jared, Cole, Crow, Keegan, and Chris to install a new furnace and make improvements to our undersized ducts for the size of our HVAC system. All staff and techs were friendly and very hardworking. Jared was the original consultant who identified our issues and proposed solutions. The bottom line cost was reasonable especially considering the level of experience and quality assurance Tarpy brings. Jared worked with us to identify the furnace and duct solution that fit our budget. Cole was the lead for the instal team since day 1 of the install and basically gained, and maintained, my confidence throughout the project. What a nice and knowledgeable guy! I was impressed at how focused everyone was and how you could tell they really cared about doing a great job (not something you can always take for granted these days). Chris and Keegan were informative and made sure loose ends were tied up before being the last to leave. Everything is working great with much improved airflow! Huge thanks again to Jared for working with us to resolve all of our issues. The initial news was kind of tough, but I'm now confident it was money well spent, and our HVAC system is in safe working order, especially with a new baby in the house.

I am so glad I chose Tarpy out of all the companies that quoted me. Paul Tarpy came out to scope the job and noted a number of things no one else had picked up. Once my job was booked, the new water heater was in within a week, and the date of my HVAC install actually got moved up closer, which was wonderful. Ken Chong, my project manager, communicated clearly and regularly so I knew what to expect with the job, the inspections and the financial part. Financing through my escrow was such a good option they gave me so the cost is minimal- helpful especially right now. They came back after my water heater install to replace the shutoff valves at no extra cost just to do it right. The HVAC team worked well together and had to come up with creative solutions to some odd things about my house, worked with me on the options and did an excellent job getting everything in right. I can't say enough good things about this company.

In September 2020 Tarpy was recommended to me as a possible resource to repair my (complicated) HVAC system. Two previous companies had been unable or unwilling to take on the task, so I was not hopeful. Tarpy sent Cody Miller to troubleshoot the problem and he was able to get to the bottom of the issue quickly, and to recommend a range of solutions and needed upgrades. His knowledge and professionalism were impressive, and he worked effectively with the network programmer for my ""smart home"" system to create an easy-to-use interface. I now have a fully functioning HVAC system, thanks to Cody. I highly recommend him and Tarpy for even the most demanding HVAC system issues.

Awesome service and EXTREMELY knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and courteous staff. From top on down, I've had nothing but great things to say about every employee I contact. The owner Paul was very patient and helpful because I had to decide whether to upgrade the existing central A/C OR to have it removed completely and go with the zoned units. The cost was identical so I pulled the trigger on a Mitsubishi unit and I haven't looked back with any buyers remorse. The unit absolutely works great!!! There were back 2 back days where it was 111 degrees and I ran just 2 units and it was nice and cool downstairs. Besides the superior performance to central, I've noticed that our electricity consumption during the summertime was about 1/3 when comparing to the prior two years. Think about it....using central you're using 4-6 tons worth of electricity when the units on and you're cooling every room when you may be in one room. With this unit, even on a super hot day if we're in two rooms were using 2 tons worth of electricity. I wanted to also mention that Steve V was EXTREMELY polite & friendly and did a great job. He remembered all 3 of my kids names and which rooms were theirs when we first met and would always make time if we had any questions or if one of the kids would talk to him he would take a few minutes and acknowledge them and they'd have a little conversation. Awesome active listening skills. Harvey was also great! He was very efficient and never sacrificed quality for time. It's been around 8 months and we LOVE this unit and I would definitely recommend Tarpy before anybody else!!

Unhappy with this company. I signed up for their $79 offer to clean the AC and heater. I should have known when the first text I receive says ""I look forward to crushing your goals"". Goals? All I wanted was for them to honor the offer they advertised on Facebook. Already felt like there was going to be upselling. Then on the day of the appt I receive a call from Davis Reed Construction. Who the hell is that? The young woman states this was the preliminary call not the appt. Now I'm pissed. She begins to ask questions, etc. Again, all I want is for them to honor the offer and nothing else. She begins to look at appt availability. Now that I have had my time wasted for the believing this the actual cleaning and service appt, I tell them to cancel it altogether.

Too many other choices to EVER go with this company.
