Billy did my annual heater tune up service, along with another house that I manage. He texted an hour before to give me his ETA, and arrived right on schedule. He was very thorough in his inspection, explaining what he was doing as he progressed. At the end, he explained the suggested preventive maintenance. He was very friendly, and clean and neat in his work. He then went to my other house and completed that service on schedule and with the same precision and professionalism. Kudos to Billy and Tarpy for providing this great service!

I just had a compressor installed by Tarpy and want to let anyone trying to select an HVAC company to use Tarpy! Cheryl in installation was effiicient and communicated via email and phone throughout process. She was very competent and made setting up an appointment so easy.
The installers Nicholas and Sergio were amazing! They were knowledgable and also efficient! Each time they came out they were on time, communicated everything to me, really courteous! Most of all Nicholas spent extra time going over my system and how to use it best!

AVOID! Service tech for the estimate was great but when it came time for his supervisor to issue the quote, they took a hardware item which other dealers sell for $700 and tried to sell it to me for nearly $2,500. Keep in mind these dealers buy it wholesale and other dealers already make a profit selling it at $700 so $2,500 is just price gouging, plain and simple, hoping a consumer would never check online at the cost. Furthermore, the supervisor (Scott) was rude by phone when I calmly and politely expressed concern for the pricing. I still told him I would be interested in their services if the pricing were fair, because I knew the actual service tech was nice. The supervisor told me he would look into it and re-price things but then I never heard from them again, which added insult to injury because I lost many days thinking I would use this company when I could have already had another company do the job. That's just rude and they clearly don't care about people if they do this on the heels of price gouging. I couldn't have been friendlier and calmer, and I was happy for them to make a fair profit, and they lost a customer who was otherwise falling into their lap just because of their excessive greed and rudeness.

These guys provided great service and competitive pricing. Had few quotes for a mini split system and these guys had the best product with the best warranty. Not only that but the best price and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The guys that came out were Nicolas and Sergio. Don't be worried about their age, they know there stuff. They worked hard and made it look clean and it works great. Scott was extremely reasonable on the cost making sure I was satisfied with everything and Cheryl was very responsive when I needed additional question about the project. Overall it was a great experience.

We reached out to two companies and while there was no real price difference we decided to go with Tarpy. Paul Tarpy was responsive yet not pushy. He was patient while we worked on financing to set our older home up with a 4 unit/zone mini split system. Cheryl was the logistics contact and had the installers Jason and Crow out here in a matter of days. They showed up on time and worked fast. Completing the job in just 2 days instead of 3-4 as initially proposed. They were professional and clean (meaning they didn't leave garbage or remnants of the days work behind as some people tend to do) and personable. Paul called to see how the system was up and running and to ensure our satisfaction. We're happy and looking forward to staying warm this winter and cool next summer!

Just want to say thank you so much to the crew from Tarpy PH&A, Cole, Artie and Cheryl for the wonderful job adding a UV light to our HVAC system and increasing the size of the cold air return. The space where the unit is located under the house is incredibly small. But they managed to get this very difficult task done. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Thanks again!
