Would give no stars if I could. This company does the bait and switch and then cries they are misunderstood and the customer is just to cheap to pay. WRONG!!! First American Warranty referred me to them and I saw the reviews. I kept an open mind when my water heater went out. Brent came out (after 2 days) and ""warned"" me some items would likely not be covered. I accepted that and agreed. After 2 more days of no response from them I called yester day and spoke with Vince who explained that their office person had a medical emergency and they are behind (prayers to her). I did not hear anything back until this morning when another person called to tell me that it would be almost $800 out of pocket and that my warranty company was not willing to pay for anything but the water heater (and that my warranty sucked). When I asked for a breakdoown of the items and fees being charged directly to me, vince stuttered and talked in circles and said that I must be one of those customers who don't want to pay. WRONG! I don't mind paying fair price but what will not happen is for you to think I ould blindly accept the charges that are obviiously inflated. I cancelled the job, reprtoed them to BBB and the warranty company

Working with VINCE and everyone at TAPCO plumbing was easy, efficient and stress-free. Susan was able to schedule my appointment with ease and VINCE showed up promptly. They were also able to come up with a creative solution for my plumbing issue that prevented extensive clean up and reconstruction... thank god! The Entire experience was pleasant! It was clean, quick and stress free! I highly recommend!

Everything started off well, as this was a warranty call through First American for a leaking water heater. Call was made around noon, with Tapco dispatching on the same day. By Thursday, Vincent has been to the property three times, has accomplished absolutely nothing other than to request additional work each time, with the last time saying that he couldn't do the work, as there was mold 'everywhere'. Smelling something fishy, I drove to the property to confirm no work was done, with the warranty company indicating they now need a mold clearance based on the contractors report. But you didn't see it the first time? This guy is a liar and a thief. The tenants confirmed that he was there less than 15 minutes each time. Save yourself the grief. Cannot trust a company with an owner that lies through his teeth.

Brent is amazing. He showed up early and got to work right away. He is a hardworking person who is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was tasked with updating some very old piping to be suitable with a washer and dryer. This easily was a 3 man job, but Brent took on the task all by himself. He was precise, hard working and mindful that safety was paramount. When the job was done, Brent even put on some vents on the outside of the house that keep out rodents. Brent goes above and beyond for his customers and I'm happy he was the one to help me with this complex project. I would absolutely recommend Brent from TAPCO for all your plumbing needs. Thanks, Brent. It was a pleasure!

We had a clog somewhere in our system that was backing up into one of our showers. Several companies came out to give us estimates. We were working through our Home Warranty company since we had just purchased the home. Brent from Tapco came out once and had a look, he said the repairs were beyond what he was authorized to do at the time. But, he went back to his office and they communicated with our warranty company and got authorization to do what needed to be done. Brent quickly and politely went to work. Pipes had to be cut before he could get a snake into the affected area. Within an hour he had completed the work and the drain works like new! (He also showed up EARLY! You heard that right, a plumber was early!). Thanks, Tapco for a job well done!

AND YOU just now reply we dont service anywhere besides California and that's obvious if you would Read my Name and I sure Paid my Co Pay that you Company's replying to 1 year later. Apparently you go in and outta Business according to what you post and
Don't Go Off my Public Record it sure does not reflect my current State.
Obviously you finally came out to California home eventually and not a professional job .
1 year just replying back with looking at a public profile you're obviously don't keep service records either.

Brent did an amazing job! He is super friendly and professional. I had a complex rain shower system I wanted installed and he went above and beyond to get it installed properly. I would definitely hire him again.
