Tankless Water Heater beat their competitors price on installing a new tankless water heater by quite a bit- in one case by over $1,000.
They were professional, quick to respond, and did a great job on the installation. I would absolutely recommend them!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT VALUE! From my first contact with Jessica on the phone, I was impressed with the professional manner in which she worked with me, and my limited availability, to get the fastest service date to have my failing tankless looked at. On the Saturday of the appointment, Jessica called to let me know Daniel was running late and asked if it was still convenient for me to have him arrive at the later time. It was. When Daniel arrived, he apologized for his unexpected delay on the previous job. I spoke with him about how the water heater was not delivering hot water quickly enough and I was concerned about wasting so much water. I had also seen error code 66. He knew immediately what the problem was but still wanted to do an inspection to verify. He explained what the error code meant and why the two failing interacting parts were not working properly to mix cold and hot water and quickly deliver hot water to the sinks in the house. After discussing the option of repair or replacement, I decided to purchase a replacement system given the old tankless was fifteen years old and as Daniel explained, the new technology was much improved. Jessica again worked to get the job scheduled ASAP. On Thursday, Daniel arrived with the new system and completed the installation in a couple of hours. He gave me an overview of how the system works which was greatly appreciated. One last word about cost, after reading about the replacement costs for Tankless Water Heaters, I was pleasantly surprised. I believe I have received a good product, properly installed by a professional team who take pride in their work and will back up their promises and guarantees.

Shout out to Daniel Garcia and his team for helping out with a new Noritz which was installed on time before the New Year! Daniel and his colleague arrived early and quickly got to work. He was patient and informative as he walked me through the installation of the new unit. This replaced an existing 15+ year Noritz unit which the previous owner had in place.

I would be remiss if I didn't include Jessica who kept me in the loop from the very start with a quote to the end when she dispatched Daniel to my home. I had many questions during the process which she was always kind and very prompt with her replies. It's a tough time of year which the team was very helpful to me. I never felt pressured. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I recently contacted this company regarding a water heater. Our traditional water heater started to have issue and leak right before the holidays. I contacted this company on a Saturday along with several other companies. This company was the first to respond, quickly provide me options... all over the phone and text. I was very impressed. Switching from a traditional tank to tankless was something new to me and I had a lot of questions. Some were likely lame but the company was patient and answered all of my questions in detail. When you have a water heater problem it's never fun. And, it can be a bit confusing when considering switching from traditional water heater tank to the new world of tankless . Very honest business. Our Noritz has been acting up after 14 years of usage. We called a few plumbers. Tankless Water Heater is by far the most competitive. Started having trouble with a tankless water heater at a rental property (at least five years old and never services). I called Tankless and spoke with Jessica who was knowledgeable and professional. Jessica realized the unit was in urgent need of maintenance (and possibly repair). She was able to schedule an appointment for the following day when Daniel G came out, serviced the heater and diagnosed a flow problem with the faucets, which he was then able to correct. A few hours later, the tankless water heater was working perfectly. I will use Tankless again to handle regular maintenance and repair.
