We bought a house with an older tankless water heater which the previous owners did no maintenance on. You could imagine how it looked and preformed. Dirty, corroded/stuck valves, small drip leak, and the last straw was when the unit started showing error codes. We called around and found this company who could come out the Saturday after Thanksgiving to do a diagnostic. Daniel was our technician and he opened the unit and we knew it couldn't be repaired. Even if he tried there was probably no guarantee it will work. So we bit the bullet and replaced the unit. He was able to come out the next Tuesday and replace the unit in 2 hours. They also replaced the temp controller inside the house. The guys were friendly and professional. FYI, they can install 3 different brands of water heaters but recommended the Noritz which was actually one of the cheaper options, so there's no hard sell on more expensive models. I would recommend these guys for your tankless water heater needs.
