My 15 year old Rinnai was leaking water. Searched on Yelp and found this company and was able to make an appointment for the same day. Daniel came out and recommended replacing the heater instead of fixing it because of the rust and corrosion inside the unit, which I kind of expected given how old it was. Daniel was able to replace the heater the next day with a Navien NPN 180E. Very happy with the work he did; no complaints here. Hopefully Navien will last as long as the Rinnai or even longer.

Our Navien tankless water heater was leaking and would not ignite. We were finally able to get the manufacturer to send a heat exchanger replacement part after 10 days without hot water. Originally we were going to have another plumber swap out the part but he didn't seem too sure how to do it so I found Tankless Water Heater Repair and they came out the same day! Very responsive, on time and professional. Changed out the part quickly and we finally had hot water! They even worked with me on the paperwork afterwards so I can get the repair covered under my home warranty. Would definitely recommend them!
