Due to my dated water heater having inconsistent problems throughout the years. I just had my tankless water heater installed over the past weekend. So far I am very happy and satisfied with their service. From the estimate to the installation all went as ""expected "", and there are no surprises. As a home owner I don't go through water heater frequently, and it is good to have an installer does a quality work and with professionalism. Even after the installation they took time to validate their work. Lastly, I appreciate their flexibility with my schedule. On Saturday March 21, 2021 at around 10PM, I found out that my Noritz Model No. N0631S-OD tankless water heater, had stopped working.

I went to the internet and started to look for a plumbers to install me a new unit. I gave myself headache reading reviews from various companies. Then it dawned on me, go to the Noritz website and see if they have a list of certified plumbing companies that they recommend. And wallah, I found Tankless Water Heater and Plumbing. They were # 2 or 3 on the Noritz website for certified installers for their brand. The company had over 200 high reviews and that they had an office in Arcadia, which is next to where I live in Pasadena.

I called the company Sunday morning and spoke to Saray who was very polite and professional. Saray gave me the earliest appointment possible, which was for Monday March 22, between 3-4pm. While doing my research I discovered that my old model had been discontinued. I ask Saray if they could bring a new Noritz tankless water heater that was compatible to my old model. I kind of knew that my old one could not be fixed, and I wanted a new one anyway.

On Monday March 22, at around 3:45PM Saray texted me and advised me that there was going to be an hour delay. Saray said that they would be at my house around 5PM or shortly afterwards. No big deal to me with delays because they happen and sometimes they are unavoidable. Saray continued to text me to advise me of their ETA, which I appreciated.

Daniel and Saray showed up just after 5PM. Daniel did a quick diagnosis and pointed out some rust to the interior of the unit. Daniel said that the unit would start leaking in the near future and recommended that it be replaced. I asked Daniel if they had brought a comparable replacement unit. Daniel said that they had brought a new Noritz Model NR83OD, which had better performance than my old model.

Since it was already past 5PM, I asked when they could come back and install the new unit. To my surprise, Daniel told me that they could install tonite and that it would take them a couple of hours. I was happy to hear that and told them to go ahead.

Daniel and Saray installed the new unit in 1 1/2 hours. Before and after the installation Daniel and Saray answered all my question. Despite putting in a 12 hour day, the two were extremely polite, professional and friendly.

Just before they left, Daniel advised me that the Noritz filter unit that had been installed by the company that installed my old unit had been installed backwards. I inspected the filter and sure enough it was on backwards. I made an appointment for next Monday so they could install it properly.

Before the installation I asked Daniel if he could replace the Noritz filter unit that was already on there with one of those big cartridge filter units. Daniel told me that he could sell me anything that I wanted but that the Noritz filter unit that I already had was outstanding and did a better job than any of those other filters. Daniel advised me to keep the unit and save my money. I like that a lot, people that do not try to sell you stuff that you do not need. A sign of honesty.

Daniel and Saray did a beautiful installation...True professionals. I would highly recommend this company. I would highly recommend Daniel and Saray.

Ryan amd team were awesome to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Wasnt looking to upsell or push the most expensive repair. Although we had to replace our old tankless, Ryan gave options on manufacturers, what the set up was and overall cost structure. Again, not the least expensive but you get what you pay for and for me, it was piece of mind that we'd have hot water and if anything happened I could call and the team would get us fixed.

Daniel is simply the best plumber! Trust me I've dealt with plumbers more then I'd like to have count since I live in a area with really bad hard water and I have to say Daniel is in a category of his own.
