This company is a complete hoax. They tried to uocharge for everything, even recommended hydrojetting the plumbing under my house so they could charge for any damage they caused. When I called and told them I would not pay for snaking the pipes they left filled with debris, they threatened collections. They could have resolved the situation amicably, but did not. Do not use this company.

We highly recommend Tankless Hot Water Solutions! After experiencing the dreaded ""No Hot Water Syndrome"", the owner, Ted Kelly, went out of his way, on a weekend, to remedy our problem. We were thinking it was the pump, but with Ted's impeccable problem solving, he discovered that it may have been the water sensor. Ted got our system going with temporary hot water until the water sensor part could be obtained. You could tell by Ted's weekend visit, that his company was completely based on client service and happiness - a rare find these days! Several days later, Ted's workman, Joseph and David, came and replaced our water sensor! Our Navien Tankless is once again working properly. Not enough thank yous can go out to Ted, Patty and David and Joseph. Tankless Hot Water Solutions is the company to go with due to their care of their clients!

Joseph was great. He and his assistant arrived exactly on time. The work was area was kept clean and he answered a couple of lingering questions we had. I work at home and the process was seamless and most importantly quiet! This is one of the most pleasant home R&R I've ever done!

Thank you Tankless Hot Water Solutions for sending out Joseph Turcios and his assistant (sorry I forgot the young man's name). They arrived within the allotted two hour window and were VERY PROFESSIONAL throughout their service of my nearly eighteen year old Noritz tankless water heater and three full bathrooms.

I hadn't had my Noritz serviced in a while (6 years) at no fault of the Tankless Water Heater Solutions (TWHS), as I changed my contact information. As the spotty hot water got unbearable in our home, I made the call. The young lady who took my service call was so NICE and updated all my contact information. She was able to give me a great appointment. Please note that TWHS has ALWAYS delivered GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE every since they installed my Noritz!

We now have consistent HOT WATER and phenomenal water pressure that we've haven't had before. Joseph is a
