EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! I called Tankless Hot Water Solutions this morning and spoke with Ted. I needed someone to come out today to service our Tankless Hot Water Heater because we had no hot water at all. Ted was super nice and was able to accommodate us. The technician, David, arrived a couple of hours later; another super nice guy and very smart! David performed a quick check and found the issue right away! He also ran a descaling on our unit as it had never been done before. We are definitely going to have David come back to add a Thermal Bypass Valve under our kitchen sink so that the water usage to get hot water is more efficient and less wasteful of water while waiting for the hot water to arrive on the other side of the house.! I am truly grateful to this company for their fast response as well as their fair and honest pricing AND to David who is incredibly knowledgeable about all the intricate parts and how everything works!

INSANE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE!!!

I live in Texas and so why you might ask am I writing a note for some plumber in Chatsworth...that is because Ted Kelly is my new best friend. Talk about over the top and service beyond the wildest expectation....here it goes....
My tankless water heater froze in the ""Snowpocalype of 2021"" from 2/14-2/19.  I had a Navien 240a, and on the 19th could tell that at least 2 parts had frozen (the pump and WAV OUTLET) and I desperately tried to find the parts.  
I searched high and low -  online, from the manufacturer, local plumbers and plumbing supply companies in Texas.  I came up empty at every turn. 

Desperate, I went to the Navien website and pulled up all the plumbers in San Diego, LA and San Francisco (it never freezes there, right!) and emailed every sing one - 125 in total.  I got all kinds of answers - anywhere from guys that didn't read my email and said ""try amazon"" DUH!!!, to ones that did but didn't have the part and then there was Ted

Ted responded immediately wanting to help in anyway.  He had the part in a demo/training unit and the other in his stock. I sent him a UPS label and he immediately put those in the mail....I installed and Ted even got on the phone with me and walked me through potential trouble spots.
UNFORTUNATELY, after those were installed I could identify at least one more leak.

Still there was not a Navien spare part in the WORLD and surely nothing within 1000 miles of Texas. What could I do???? CALL TED.

Ted got me another part and even recommended a 4th part ""just in case"" and took them late in the evening and threw them over the fence to the UPS worker at the processing facility.

As we waited for the last part to show up, I was fretting over whether all this work (and expedited shipping) was going to be worth it or if the water heater would work after all this. On 3/3, the parts came (UPS was late) and our plumber installed the parts and ...........the HOT WATER FLOWED. Talk about California Dreamin! Notanku?!?! - NO, THANK YOU!!!!

Next time I am in Chatsworth, Ted, dinner on me!
