David was absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable of the tankless systems. David was able to walk me through the issue and helped me to understand my options. I decided to get a new system that David recommended and I could not be happier with the results. David came the very next day and installed the new system. My Navien Tankless Water Heater stopped working when we recently had a brief full on rain deluge. I called Tankless and they came the next day and found that the unit was drenched. Since I needed a descaling anyway Joseph and his assistant, Alden, cleaned the unit of water and moisture while the descaling was taking place. Joseph spent some time explaining about the unit controls. Very pleasant and professional.

The heater itself works great too, providing constant hot water on demand and bill savings. The staff was very friendly and responsive. This company is a complete hoax. They tried to uocharge for everything, even recommended hydrojetting the plumbing under my house so they could charge for any damage they caused. When I called and told them I would not pay for snaking the pipes they left filled with debris, they threatened collections. They could have resolved the situation amicably, but did not. Do not use this company.
