Faucet in kitchen the sink had very low water pressure. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers about midmorning and they said they could have someone here in the afternoon. The technician (Elmo) arrived at the end of the provided time window but quickly assessed the situation and laid out clear options. After confirming that the flow restrictor and aerator weren't plugged, the choice was to try to rebuild a 15 year old faucet or replace it. We picked replacing it. It took about 20-30 minutes to complete the replacement with the faucet that I provided and everything was cleaned up better than when he arrived. Elmo was very professional, very knowledgable and explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. I will DEFINITELY use TB Plumbers again.

I have been on the hunt for a new plumber for a while and I think we finally found one! We called Tampa Bay Plumbers after our second sewage back up in less than 3 months. It wasn't a complete emergency- but I called at 1am to schedule someone out for the next day. Trevor showed up on time in the scheduled window of 4-6pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got right to snaking the sewage line. He told me up front what the cost would be ($250). Well, 3 hours, 90 feet of snake, and several camera runs later, he finally got the drain line running without clogging back up. After the first snake run, it appeared the water was flowing, but he insisted we try to overload it to ensure clearance- and he was correct- after a few minutes, it clogged back up again. Trevor was patient and persistent into getting to the problem. He was determined not to leave us with a clogged pipe. By the end of it, he had filled it up for several minutes with the garden hose and all was running well. I thought for sure the time he spent there was at least going to double the price - but nope, price for the service remained consistent. Trevor chatted with me through the time he was there, answering some random plumbing questions I had, and was overall very nice. I will definitely be calling Tampa Bay Plumbers (and hopefully getting Trevor- though from the reviews it seems like many of the guys are great) for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you guys!!

I found Tampa Bay Plumbers after a leak developed in a copper pipe in the wall of my house. Via the insurance company and restoration company, Tampa Bay Plumbers came to the house. They were on time, communication was outstanding, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. Joe was my technician, and from the outset he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and at no time did I feel as though my situation was being exploited. He explained everything perfectly, provided options for the work, and didn't just push the most expensive service. I ended up having the house re-piped, added a new hybrid water heater, and will be using this company as part of the rebuild. Prices for services are very reasonable, they perform the work in an expert manner, arrive to work on time, and are very responsive with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company!

I'm buying a house with a septic tank and needed it pumped and inspected for peace of mind. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Pat & Jake showed up on time and explained the process. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They inspected everything and gave me tips on keep the tank clean and running properly. It has been years since I've own a house with a septic tank and it was very helpful to have them take the time to explain everything and offer suggestions on how to properly maintain the system. It's nice to see that Pat and Jake care about what they do and how they communicate with the client. They will be the first people I call if I need anything at all and refer business to them with the peace of mind that they truly have the clients best interest at hand. We had a large wooden post fall and hit our outdoor spigot, which bent the pipe. We called and were able to get a technician on-site the next morning. Mike R. was our tech. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy whatsoever. He told us the fix was optional as everything was still functional, but we decided to go through with it anyways. He was quick and efficient and did a fantastic job! We also have used Russ in the past to help with leaking on our outdoor spigots a couple years ago, and he was fantastic as well!
