Good service with good communication. Joe appears to be a good plumber. Worked with me to find and replace an A O Smith solar water heater. Distributors did not want to order a new one which would take 2-3 weeks. Ferguson has one in Ft. Lauderdale and charged me &125 to ship to Valrico, and it showed up damaged but had to use it due to warranty replacement as well as running out of time. Not happy with either A O Smith or Ferguson Plumbing, but very pleased with work and handling by Tampa Bay Plumbers.

Tampa Bay Plumbers just finished installing a water heater for us after our old one started leaking. They scheduled a repair in less than 24 hours, arrived right on time (called just prior to arriving), and made the whole thing a quick and efficient job. I'm buying a house with a septic tank and needed it pumped and inspected for peace of mind. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Pat & Jake showed up on time and explained the process. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They inspected everything and gave me tips on keep the tank clean and running properly. It has been years since I've own a house with a septic tank and it was very helpful to have them take the time to explain everything and offer suggestions on how to properly maintain the system. It's nice to see that Pat and Jake care about what they do and how they communicate with the client. They will be the first people I call if I need anything at all and refer business to them with the peace of mind that they truly have the clients best interest at hand. It was time to have my septic tank drained. I called and spoke to Linda. She put me on their schedule for Monday evening. I then called back to see if they could fit me in sooner. I spoke with another woman who said they could fit me in at 10:00 am Sunday. Great!..I thought. Well there was a mix up and that appointment was never scheduled so nobody arrived. I called and spoke to Linda again and explained the situation....I was not happy. Long story short, they took care of everything and Jeff came out at 5:00 on Sunday evening. 5:00 pm on a Sunday!!... Unheard of...try getting a hold of another company on the weekend. Everything worked out well and I was very happy with the service! Would recommend. ****HUGE PLUS = they answer the phone AND work on weekends!! (just make your appointment with Linda :) ) Thank you Linda and Jeff :) Both are top-notch.

After my other plumbing company failed to give me a quote I looked for another - shouldn't have to beg people to take my money. I saw Tampa Bay Plumbers had good reviews online. I asked for a quote appointment; Rob showed up on time and provided me with a very fair quote. I scheduled the work to be done the same day. Jacob (normally on the septic side of the house) came out to help Russell. Both were very professional and seemed to care about the quality of work they do. That is very much appreciated by me this day and age. The work was done very well. They were conscientious about clean-up too. Russ sought clarification from me during the process. He made helpful suggestions as well. I enjoyed talking with them too! Both will be back to do further needed work. Thank you Jacob and Russell! You and your company have my loyalty!

I have been on the hunt for a new plumber for a while and I think we finally found one! We called Tampa Bay Plumbers after our second sewage back up in less than 3 months. It wasn't a complete emergency- but I called at 1am to schedule someone out for the next day. Trevor showed up on time in the scheduled window of 4-6pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got right to snaking the sewage line. He told me up front what the cost would be ($250). Well, 3 hours, 90 feet of snake, and several camera runs later, he finally got the drain line running without clogging back up. After the first snake run, it appeared the water was flowing, but he insisted we try to overload it to ensure clearance- and he was correct- after a few minutes, it clogged back up again. Trevor was patient and persistent into getting to the problem. He was determined not to leave us with a clogged pipe. By the end of it, he had filled it up for several minutes with the garden hose and all was running well. I thought for sure the time he spent there was at least going to double the price - but nope, price for the service remained consistent. Trevor chatted with me through the time he was there, answering some random plumbing questions I had, and was overall very nice. I will definitely be calling Tampa Bay Plumbers (and hopefully getting Trevor- though from the reviews it seems like many of the guys are great) for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you guys!!
