After my other plumbing company failed to give me a quote I looked for another - shouldn't have to beg people to take my money. I saw Tampa Bay Plumbers had good reviews online. I asked for a quote appointment; Rob showed up on time and provided me with a very fair quote. I scheduled the work to be done the same day. Jacob (normally on the septic side of the house) came out to help Russell. Both were very professional and seemed to care about the quality of work they do. That is very much appreciated by me this day and age. The work was done very well. They were conscientious about clean-up too. Russ sought clarification from me during the process. He made helpful suggestions as well. I enjoyed talking with them too! Both will be back to do further needed work. Thank you Jacob and Russell! You and your company have my loyalty!

Had a leak, checked Yelp, called these guys. Best decision ever! They had someone out to me within 2 hours, fixed the leak, and charged a very reasonable price. I was impressed with Dominik's knowledge in particular. What a relief - thank you guys!!

We had TB Plumbers out today to replace a leaking part on our recycled water system. After seeing what part was needed, they went and got it and installed. This is the second time we have used TB Plumbers and both times were excellent experiences and the work was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. We have had experience with 4 of their plumbers now and all have been excellent.

We had hired a terrible plumber who left us in a lurch. TB Plumbers was recommended by a friend and we got Matthew to give us a quote. He gave us options and the gave us a detailed breakdown of what had to be done. Matthew found issues that we weren't aware of and fixed them without charging us extra! All of these issues ended up taking extra time, but he always showed up with a smile, willing to help us. He understood how we had been without a shower for weeks and desperately wanted the job completed. Our old plumber bought a tub for us that was too big for the space, but Matthew used some ingenuity and viced it in! That was amazing! Matthew really saved the day and now we have a great bathtub that will last a long time. We really appreciate and highly recommend Matthew!

Tampa Bay Plumbers just finished installing a water heater for us after our old one started leaking. They scheduled a repair in less than 24 hours, arrived right on time (called just prior to arriving), and made the whole thing a quick and efficient job. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't call right before 5pm, they are more concerned about going home than putting in your appointment. I made an appointment and when no one showed, the manager blamed me because """"they have every call on record... """" saying I never made an appointment with them. Awful customer service to blame your mistake on a potential customer.

Toilet and bathtub clogged in rental property paid over $300.00 for nothing because the problem wasn't fix. Called again to have someone to check the problem as the bathroom wasn't use for the tenant (it was second bathroom and the son was away) so now they said that they need to do a flush/sluts for $1,200.00. The guy was rude and unprofessional and obviously didn't have a clue of what was the real problem because I call another plumber and in 15 minutes he notice that the pipes did not have enough water pressure he checked the lines and boom!! There it was a big root inside the pipe line. I do not recommend this company at all they don't know what they doing and they just want to charge you a lot of money for nothing. Horrible experience!!!

We live in Satellite Beach and were in need of replacing our cast iron pipes. When I called they told me a technician who handles that type of plumbing would call within 48 hours. I received a call from Jeff that same day. He asked me a number of questions and then told me he would be able to provide an estimate via e-mail. It was sent over that day along with an option for financing. We had a few questions and he responded the next morning, e-mailing and calling us. He was very professional and not pushy at all. Over the course of a couple weeks we got quotes from another company and went back to Jeff and asked more questions, he was competent and confident they were the people to choose and was always professional. We ended up going with them and they were scheduled to come out a week and a half later. Their crew, Miguel, Carlos, Julien, and Dominic were very professional, hard working, and kind. They did everything we expected and communicated to us throughout the process. At the end of the job they provided us with a flash drive of the video that had before and after. After reviewing the videos we saw the after videos were two duplicates and the other side of the house was not shown. We called and they immediately worked with our schedule to come out and redo the footage and apologized for the inconvenience. Miguel came out two days later and spoke with us on how our pipes were laid out in detail, and provided us with the full footage, again, apologizing for the duplication. They were very easy to communicate and we appreciated how on top of the job they were. If you need your cast iron pipes redone, I highly recommend them.

Hired this company to check out my septic tanks. I have two. Very impressed with their service and the two guys that took care of my issues. Jeff & Patrick. Now I also know where each room with a water source goes. To which septic tank. I will definitely recommend this company, and these two guys.
