I drastically needed my septic tank emptied as the toilets and shower were backing up and it was a weekend. Tampa Bay Plumbers made some changes and were able to get out to my house on a Sunday! The two gentleman who came out, Tavari & Rigo, were fantastic. They went the extra mile to make sure all was great with the septic, and cleared out the clogged pipe which was wonderful. These two were very professional, and that seems to be a rare thing nowadays with so many. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers, who obviously know what they are doing if they hire such great guys as these two. Thanks so much!! Roger N.

Our first interaction with TBP warranted a 5-star review. We had a clog in our main line and Matthew did a fantastic job and was very quick to fix the problem. I must say, this review is NOT for Matthew, as he still deserves a 5-star review in my mind. This is for TBP themselves. After telling me three different times yesterday what time Matthew would be arriving, and me having to call them back to ask where he was (an hour after he was supposed to be there each time,) they finally asked at 5:45pm if he could just come the next day. He was originally supposed to be there right after 12pm. We wasted an entire day waiting around the house for him. Again, not his fault, but TBP's for not communicating with us or even calling to tell us he wouldn't be showing up. Here's the kicker; they promised we would be """"first on the schedule"""" this morning to right the wrongs of the previous day and that Matthew would be here between 8-10am. Guess what time it was when I finally had to call TBP myself and ask where he was? 10:46am. No text, no call. Once on the phone, a woman apologized and told me her boss """"rescheduled us"""" without her knowing. I'm infuriated that this is the second day in a row I've been lied to and shown that my business is not a priority in any way. Asked for a refund of the diagnostic fee and will not be giving them any more business. Again, I have to say, if this review was solely for Matthew, it would be a 5-star review.

We had hired a terrible plumber who left us in a lurch. TB Plumbers was recommended by a friend and we got Matthew to give us a quote. He gave us options and the gave us a detailed breakdown of what had to be done. Matthew found issues that we weren't aware of and fixed them without charging us extra! All of these issues ended up taking extra time, but he always showed up with a smile, willing to help us. He understood how we had been without a shower for weeks and desperately wanted the job completed. Our old plumber bought a tub for us that was too big for the space, but Matthew used some ingenuity and viced it in! That was amazing! Matthew really saved the day and now we have a great bathtub that will last a long time. We really appreciate and highly recommend Matthew!

I called Tampa Bay Plumbers about a sewage issue I was having and they came out and did an outstanding job! The crew worked together well and got the job done in two days even with digging through mostly tree roots. They were very clear in what needed to be done and I would recommend them to anyone else! The job incurred many delays from the very beginning, from permits to inspections, reworworking issues, to reinspections. The overall experience has left me extremely disappointed and not completely satisfied.(Jeff was the sales rep) I've been waiting patiently for over three weeks now for the reapplication of the hydro-seeding process that was included in the bid. After two unreturned phone calls to Jeff, one voicemail to Lisa, (unreturned) and one call to the scheduling section makes me think that the dialog process is unfortunately over at this level Having four other companies to select from I chose TBP (Tampa Bay Plumbers) to perform the work at my home because of three very important reasons. Work seems to be satisfactory, but I haven't seen it in person. Estimate was $2200 and I was told by Matthew that it would not be more than that. The final bill was $2850. I should not have been told that the estimate was firm and then be charged much more. (Not sure that it legal, but I didn't get the estimate in writing.) Also was told it was a 10-year warranty on the tub and enclosure and 3-year warranty on labor. The receipt shows that the warranty is only on the tub and it is for 2 years.

Tampa Bay Plumbers quickly assisted us today when our tiler pointed out a safety hazard never noted at inspection 10 months ago. Michael Repanti was our professional Service Tech who did a great job at both explaining and correcting the problem.

Toilet and bathtub clogged in rental property paid over $300.00 for nothing because the problem wasn't fix. Called again to have someone to check the problem as the bathroom wasn't use for the tenant (it was second bathroom and the son was away) so now they said that they need to do a flush/sluts for $1,200.00. The guy was rude and unprofessional and obviously didn't have a clue of what was the real problem because I call another plumber and in 15 minutes he notice that the pipes did not have enough water pressure he checked the lines and boom!! There it was a big root inside the pipe line. I do not recommend this company at all they don't know what they doing and they just want to charge you a lot of money for nothing. Horrible experience!!!
