Todd came to my rescue to fix my leaking shower. He gave me really useful advice over the phone before he even stepped foot in my home. He arrived a few minutes early and he and his apprentice Marquise went to work. He found a way to solve the leak in a quick and extremely professional manner. He came over right away and gave me an idea of what was happening. Then today, he sawed thru and fixed everything in a matter of hours. Todd fit me in his tight schedule after my tenant thought he had a leak in the kitchen sink. Todd came by and realized the sprayer connector just became loose and nothing had to be done besides re-tightening it up. Most plumbers would've charged a diagnostic fee or something to make-up for their time, but Todd waived all fees. He is now my go-to for plumbing solutions going forward. Thanks much!

Todd is the best. Besides the fact that he can fix, replace, install, fabricate and suggest creative ideas he does all of this with a work ethic that is rarely seen. He is also very meticulous and will NOT stand for anything substandard or mediocre. If you are ready this and need a plumber, you have found him. I called Todd to schedule an install of a new garbage disposal that my husband ordered on Amazon. Todd was friendly, patient and helpful from the start. I explained that we were waiting for one more part to arrive and he offered to provide one of his own and suggested that I could just mail him the one from Amazon whenever it arrived. So thoughtful of him! We ended up waiting for the part anyway because of scheduling conflicts but I really appreciated the gesture.

Todd arrived 15 minutes early to our scheduled appointment time and got right to work. He even answered some other plumbing questions my husband had that were completely unrelated to the disposal. (It's always nice to have insight from an expert!)

I recommend Todd and his services 100%. He will be my first call in the future should I need someone of his expertise. It's so nice to encounter local service providers that are knowledgeable, responsive, thoughtful and kind. Truly, such a gem! Thank you, Todd!

Despite telling me that he didn't fix clogged toilets, Todd suggested he talk me through how to use a plunger like a pro on the phone. When this failed, he said he'd be round in 5 minutes. And within 3 minutes of him arriving, not only had he unblocked the toilet, he taught me how to do it properly (empty the plunger of air, so you are shooting water at the blockage). And he wouldn't take a cent. What a total gent. If there were more Todds in the world, it would be a better place...I'd give him 6/5 if I could.

I called the first time and I think Ben answered. Not very professional. Did I interrupt something important? l made an appointment regardless, mainly due to Yelp reviews. Todd came out with his son (in training). I saw rust by an old toilet supply valve and thought the pipe needed to be removed or replaced. Todd inspected and saw the pipe was still good. He just replaced the old valve. The old toilet I had already removed. I told Todd I was buying and installing a new toilet. He advised I look for a ""Toto"" and installed a new ring on the toilet flange. I didn't know to measure the rough-in. Todd missed that too as he installed the new ring on the flange. The rough-in was only 8"" due to being an old house. Most toilets now are 12"" rough-in. After my Amazon.com Toto toilet was delivered, unpacked, and ready to install, I realized it didn't fit. I was stuck. I called TA Roberts. Got the answer machine and left a message. I also texted Todd with pictures. Two days later I called a second time and voicemail was full. I texted 3 more times over the next 5 days. I finally got a return call. Todd was on his cell and said he would call me back to make an appointment with me. After no return call I waited two more days then started texting again. I wrote in a text I was under time constraint as there is a time limit on when Amazon.com takes a toilet as a return. On the 4th text, 8 days later, I said, ""Hi Todd, Any chance of hearing from you today?"" Eight (8) days after he said he would call, he called and left a message. He said to text him in the evening and he would call right back. I texted, got no reply. 7 days later and still no reply. Very unprofessional. I didn't think I would have to beg and wait weeks just to try to set up an appointment. Really? I picked another Yelp plumber. A receptionist answered. I was shocked! The plumber returned my call on the same day. He came out the next day and did all the work within three days of initial contact. He did excellent work. Good luck getting TA Roberts to return a text or phone call. Seems great Yelp reviews has made customer service or need a thing of the past. To recap; initial call 5/11, today is 5/30 and still no return call to set up an appointment.
