Called and Todd was able to come out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which we thought was major and wasn't!) and was in and out quickly and and cleanly. Very courteous and sweet to tip toe around our sleeping toddlers room :). Would happily call him to come again if anything comes up!

Tod (& Son) - Par excellence! Efficient, fast, informative, kind, and $ reasonable (given that I called pretty late in the day).
There was a leak in the shower shut-off, water was running at least a gallon an hour. I had to shut the water off at the street main it was so bad. Visions of walls being ripped out and thousands of $$ spent - so very scary and depressing.
Tod arrived in less than 15 minutes, checked it out and informed me he had the needed part in his truck. The old, decroded, o-ringless, part out, the shiny new part in, all other components back together in less than 30 minutes. He even tightened a part of the kitchen faucet sprayer when he noticed it was loose. (I thought it was a feature.)
When the time came to talk payment I was so surprised by the total I even threw in a tip.
The man is the plumber God as far as I'm concerned. Thank you plumber-god Tod, you single-handedly saved my day.

Best experience with a plumber ever! I'm sure it's not always possible, but Todd returned my call within an hour and was at the house just a couple of hours later. The hot water faucet in my shower broke and I couldn't turn the hot water off. I needed it fixed quickly (I shut the valve off to the hot water heater, which meant we had no hot water anywhere in the house). Todd was professional and courteous from the minute he greeted me to when he cleaned up and left. I'll definitely be calling him for future work and repairs.

Best plumbing company I've ever worked with. I wish I had called him sooner. They came within 30 minutes of my call after a busy holiday weekend and fixed my leaky gas fireplace shutoff valve in 5 minutes. I've had other plumbers look at it in the past and say nothing was wrong. Pge was worried they might have to go into the drywall and Todd wanted to avoid that if possible. Charged me $65 for a service fee call but it was worth it. This gas leak has been worrying us for over a year and it was a really quick fix with the right person.

Prompt, professional, straightforward. I felt like we were in great hands. So happy I found them.

First time user of TA Roberts and couldn't be happier! He's quick, professional and courteous and even showed up on NYE to replace our water heater which had sprung a leak while on Christmas vacation. Our usual plumber that we had been using wasn't open on NYE so we went to Yelp, saw TA Roberts was open and trusted the reviews, and we couldn't have made a better decision! He and his son arrived and were done within an hour. We will definitely be using him from now on!!
