I cannot recommend Todd highly enough. I saved his number for a job he did a while back -- can't remember what it was, but I don't save numbers unless I'm satisfied. Today, I had a major leak in my kitchen sink and called him in a panic, worried I'd have to get a new faucet to replace my expensive Grohe even though it's fully warranteed for life, because I'd have to wait a few days for a replacement or parts. After he returned my message (in less than five minutes) and a five minute phone diagnostic, he'd figured out the simple fix that solved the problem. No charge. Integrity to the highest degree, and he knows his stuff. He's my plumber for life.

So I am blown away. I called about a toilet that wouldn't flush and hadn't for weeks. This kind gentleman walked me through a process (one I certainly couldn't do on my own) and helped me get it working again. He spent 20 minutes with me on the phone, showing incredible patience ...and when it was done, didn't ask for a dime. Todd helped us install an automated gas shut-off valve. I was impressed with his professionalism and communication during the process. He installed the part and explained how we use it, filed permits, met the city inspector, and sent us signed-off copies of the work - all within 24 hours.
