I'm very disappointed in this company. I had an appointment window from 2-6 but was called this morning asking if they could come earlier between 12 and 4. No one showed. I finally called around 6 and the woman could not even find me in the system asking me if i was sure i called the right place (i literally called the number that called me this morning) Anyway, she found me and i was told that they came at 2:18pm, not true cause ive been sitting in front of my door all day. Then they called me but couldn't leave a message, not true, my phone has been on me all day. Then she said they emailed me, not true, never received an email. Email address was even verified. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

Horrible. Told me they would come to my house at between a 4 hour time frame. Took off work, got babysitter for when the plumber was supposed to arrive. No show. Calls me to tell me they will be late. I call back hours later and they tell me now they have to cancel on me. Changed my whole day and I have a serious plumbing issue that now has to wait longer for me to call another company. Ridiculous, horrible service. Don't waste your time with this company

On a Saturday during a heat wave our ac stopped cooling. I happened to review plumbers on line and since T Webber's ratings were high I decided to call. They sent out a tech within an hour who was professional and knowledgeable. He returned on Sunday and gave us ac until we got our new compressor on Wednesday. Technician Steve was great and even made a housecall at 8:30!pm to make a final adjustment. This is a great company and all people involved respond quickly and professionally. I will certainly recommend T Webber!!

Overpriced and not on time. Let's start with the fact that they charged me $180 just to come out and diagnose a leaking faucet as a cause for a leak (which I already knew). I then considered using them to get the bathroom remodeled because there were going to have to tear up some of the tile anyways.

The day the remodeler came out to do the measurements I was told he would be here first thing in the morning between 8-9. He was told that he had a window for his arrival time between 9-10 so I ended up having to go into work later than planned because of the miscommunication. After he finally arrives he took some half a** measurements did not have anything sort of material or websites for us look at and left extremely fast saying he would send our estimate over quickly. Fast forward a week I have to reach out to them to get the estimate emailed over with a price quote of $15k. But we had to pick out tile and grout and everything so after all said and done it would have been probably closer to $20k. Scrap that idea and decide to go with the $900+ repair for cutting out 1 tile and replacing a faucet.

Scheduled the install 2 weeks out because our schedule and their schedule didn't coincide. Made an appointment for 8-12 on a Friday and was specifically told that we were the ""first"" call so he would be arriving between 8-9. So the day arrives and I wait, then I wait some more. Never received a phone call or any sort of communication so I decide to reach out. The guy that was suppose to come to my house ""first"" was on another call and they would get to me as soon as they can. Again I'm forced to go into work later than expected and explain to my boss that I would need another late arrival in the future because the plumber doesn't know how to call someone or be on time.

Do not waste your time unless you like paying to much, not having any communication, and late arrivals. I'm just happy that I found out and it only cost me $180 to see this. Run in the opposite direction and find another company.

This company is dishonest. First they charge a $63 fee to just come to see what the problem is then the guy who came gave a verbal estimate of $270 to fix the problem and when we received the written estimate it was $200 more. When we called to question them they said they would talk to the technician and get back to us, which they never did. First they lie then they don't even have the courtesy to call back. HORRIBLE!

No follow-up. I asked them to estimate a project. Enthusiastic at first, then completely disappeared. After several emails inquiring if they were interested in my project I gave up.

Not happy with this company. To company owner: Here is what you should know. People from the city are moving up here and the neighborhoods are gentrifying. Which means that most of us moving up here are college educated and wont tolerate threatening that something will go wrong in order to force people to use your services, disrespect, dishonesty, prejudice or crazy inflated prices. The bottom line is that you will need improve your business practices, adjust your prices accordingly and treat male and female customers the same. Complaints about this company can be sent to the Better Business Bureau and also the NY State Attorney General's Office so that they may investigate their business practices.

Overcharged and unprofessional. The amount they charge just to come out made it where i had to pay just to have them do the work. However the guy who came out was not that professional and left my house a mess.

Unscrupulous way of doing business - will not give a breakdown for parts and service. Takes horrible advantage and grossly overcharges. Would never recommend.

Just has Ed and Phil from T. Webber out to my home today to do an electrical systems check up. They were VERY thorough and knowledgable. They were also a total pleasure to deal with. Really personable guys that did a great job and explained to me everything they were doing along the way. I'm going to have Ed & Phil back to replace the fan in my bathroom in a few weeks. I don't have any doubt that they'll do a great job.
