This is the most disappointing air conditioning company yet! They replaced a central air conditioning unit that we had(we have 2 zones). One of which was replaced by another company approximately 2 years before.
They did not use the correct system 2 replace the one they took out. Now the system doesn't cool well at all!
They came bk 2 ck and said everything was fine! How fine could it b if it is not cooling down the house correctly!! So sorry I ever delt with
T WEBBER!!

They don't give any sort of breakdown on an invoice. ""Charges are bundled in one charge"" is their explanation. After calling I still cannot get any sort of details on parts and services I was charged...WAY OVERPRICED!!!

I have an old light fixture that came apart from the inside. I called T.Webber and was able to get someone to come out the next day. The serviceman Phil T came out at the very beginning of the time window they gave me. He went above and beyond. He took the whole fixture down to piece it back together. I'm very happy with the service. He did a great job. He also talked me thru and gave me advice on another piece of work I'm going to have to do in my home. Any work I need done in the future, T Webber will be the first place I call because of how great a job Phil did. They're a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. I know the job was done well.

I think it would be unrealistic to give one star, because ultimately they completed the work, but it took three visits and cost an arm and a leg.

My furnace turned off one night (I think December 26th) and wouldn't turn back on. One reason I've used T Webber in the past is because they are quick to get out to fix it, and they came the next morning at the agreed upon time. Tech changed a nozzle, furnace worked. Paid somewhere around $265ish, I think. Fine, whatever. I'm ok with a fair wage for a completed job. However, after turning the heat off, it never came back on.

Called back, they sent a new tech. Cleaned the lines, which were clogged with air and sludge. Replaced filter. Said my two tank oil system was actually very low when at 1/2 tank on the gauge because one tank was drawing air into the system. Suggested I get an oil delivery, which I did. Fuel oil pump also replaced, which I see retails for about $90 - $115. For all work and parts, paid $779. Felt like that was a little high, but had working heat so went with it.

Then, out of nowhere, the hot water heater died the next time I tried to use it. Mind you, there were no problems with the hot water heater prior. Called them back, they came, cleaned the lines, and I paid around $350ish (I think).

Like I wrote above, I now have functioning heat and hot water, and am happy about that. But at $1,400 and 3 visits, I really feel like I got raked over the coals.

Here's the kicker, and why I will NEVER use them again. Prior to the third visit, I asked: if the problem was not their fault, but that I chose to use another service provider, would they waive the $180-ish visit fee. They said no, which effectively locked me into using them and paying them whether or not they did the work (because they also said they would fix it at no charge if it was their fault). As a long time customer, that's just bad business. When a customer has already given you over a thousand dollars and a new, related problem crops up literally immediately where there wasn't one before, throw them a bone and at least tell me what's wrong without having to pay $189. Thanks for getting me going again, but I'll choose a different company in the future.

Update: company called me upon seeing this review and refunded the cost of the service agreement. They were fairly pleasant and apologetic during the transaction.

After 1 very good experience with T. Webber we called them in to service our HVAC system. Our heat went out before the appointment. Long story short we were without heat for about 6 days. There was a long list of issues as to why this happened, starting with having other problem jobs and ending with not being able to get the correct parts. Finally it was fixed. After complaining and asking for some money off the invoice. They have said they are sending me a check for a small (less than 5%) discount. I might add that they are MUCH more expensive than anyone else. I would look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

As others have stated, the company charged a $200 ""diagnosis fee"" to send a tech out to check our furnace but he didn't even bring tools into the house. His ""diagnosis"" consisted of blowing into a couple of hoses and didn't include checking the voltage to the gas valve even though I told him that I just replaced a blown fuse in the system board and had verified myself that it was getting less than the expected 24V. After banging on a few things, he said it would cost between $2000 and $2500 to replace some parts, all of which are available online for a total of $150 retail. Then he said that even with those part replacements there's no guarantee that the furnace would be repaired and immediately tried to sell us on a new furnace, a low efficiency model that's not recommended for the cold northeastern winters. We ended up getting a new furnace due to the old one's age but went with the different installer for 40% less and got a much better model.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I had an appointment window from 2-6 but was called this morning asking if they could come earlier between 12 and 4. No one showed. I finally called around 6 and the woman could not even find me in the system asking me if i was sure i called the right place (i literally called the number that called me this morning) Anyway, she found me and i was told that they came at 2:18pm, not true cause ive been sitting in front of my door all day. Then they called me but couldn't leave a message, not true, my phone has been on me all day. Then she said they emailed me, not true, never received an email. Email address was even verified. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

Horrible. Told me they would come to my house at between a 4 hour time frame. Took off work, got babysitter for when the plumber was supposed to arrive. No show. Calls me to tell me they will be late. I call back hours later and they tell me now they have to cancel on me. Changed my whole day and I have a serious plumbing issue that now has to wait longer for me to call another company. Ridiculous, horrible service. Don't waste your time with this company

On a Saturday during a heat wave our ac stopped cooling. I happened to review plumbers on line and since T Webber's ratings were high I decided to call. They sent out a tech within an hour who was professional and knowledgeable. He returned on Sunday and gave us ac until we got our new compressor on Wednesday. Technician Steve was great and even made a housecall at 8:30!pm to make a final adjustment. This is a great company and all people involved respond quickly and professionally. I will certainly recommend T Webber!!
