My experience with this company was awful; rude on the phone and they send out people who don't even finish the job. They were sent to my house through my home warranty (they at least showed up on time), took a look at my shower and basically said ""yeah it's broken"", then left and didn't come back at all. So I had another plumbing company out and fixed it in minutes. If the job was that simple why wasn't it done the first visit? Fast forward I'm receiving an invoice from my home warranty and they claim they never received payment from me (again for a job they didn't even finish). So not only unprofessional but flat out liars. People, and home warranty companies, don't waste your time and money on this company. You'll be highly unsatisfied.

My home insurance company assigned this contractor company to us. We called them in the morning at 8am to schedule an appointment and stated this is an urgent request. They said they will call me back at 9am. I waited until 9:30am and called them again. I was told that they have to have my order entered into their system before they can schedule an appointment. I waited for about one hour. No call is coming. I have to call them again about 11am and was told again that I have to wait until they input my order information. How long would take them to enter a simple order and make the appointment? 3 hours? half a day or even longer? I am not sure how long I have to wait even after I schedule the appointment for a URGENT request. I think I have to call my home warranty company to see if they can change the contractor.

Wish I could give this company ZERO stars! They are horrible! Rude and unprofessional. They are also liars. Home warranty won't let me change companies so unfortunately we have to deal with them. They are lazy and don't return phone calls or keep us updated.

I wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have too. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone. Warranty company sent a work order out to them and when I called to get an ETA appt time the girl over the phone rudely said ""I can't help you. You'll need to wait until I get to you"". They finally made an appointment and showed up to the unit and left without notifying anyone what was going on and left garage open because they failed to let us know they couldn't fix issue and would get back to us. They never followed up with us. I called today and asked what the status was and ONCE again girl on other end said rudely ""we're waiting on approval and you'll hear from us whenever we get approval today possibly"". I then asked what the problem was with water heater and she refused to answer and repeated with ""you'll hear from us whenever we get approval today"". I find her attitude extremely unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone!!

These guys were assigned by ORHP for two recent jobs. First was to replace an old breaker which kept tripping our air conditioner. Steven was sent out to diagnose the problem and he told us they would have to order a new breaker since he didn't have that size on the truck. Then Issac came out within a week to install the new breaker and all was fine and we paid our trade call through ORHP. Next job was that one of our attic fans went out, so we called ORHP. We also reported to them that our NUTONE exhaust fans, one each in two of our bathrooms and one in our utility room were very noisy and possibly needed replacement. We wanted to replace them with Panasonic fans which we would supply. They set up a call with T & N. Steven came out and went up in the attic and found the motor was dead and he replaced the attic fan. While he was here I had him check the three exhaust fans. They are old but because they were still operating, ORHP wouldn't authorize replacement, so I requested T & N to send me a bid to come out and install the new Panasonic fans that we would supply. I received an email with a retail bid of $500 including any modifications that might be needed. A day or so later, my wife heard a rattling sound coming from the area where the new attic fan had been installed. So I called ORHP and requested a recall and it was scheduled for this morning. I also notified T & N that I accepted the retail bid so we scheduled the exhaust fan installs this morning as well. One of the women from the office called to let me know that Steven and John would be arriving at 10:30 and they did. As I met them outside, Steven informed me that the fan installation would be $800 and not $500. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He told me that the person who sent out the bid was incorrect and the owner said it would be $800 but negotiable. Again I was dumbfounded to hear this because it appeared to be a classic case of ""bait and switch"". He called the office and was told they could do it for $700 but that was as low as they could go. I even spoke to the owners wife who told me that the bid was incorrect and should never have been sent and even though I had it in writing, she would not honor it. So Steven and John adjusted the attic fan which appears to have corrected the rattling sound. As far as their ""bait and switch"" tactics, I have reported it to the Contractor Relations Department of ORHP, so they would be aware that one of their contractors is dealing in some sketchy and questionable practices. I certainly cannot recommend T & N to anyone due to their unscrupulous practices that were demonstrated today.

I've had a leak in my house for a few weeks now and they've cancelled and rescheduled me 3 times the day before each appointment because the plumber scheduled was ""sick."" They also have grumpy customer service, so I decided to stop working with them.

Need to replace a sink in a bathroom. T&N was quite responsive and proactive, much better than the first plumber we dealt with. Technician Nick Thomas showed up on time and very friendly. The tub was impossible to remove and Nick went for an extra mile by cutting the main connection pipes (the first plumber simply just gave up the job).

People don't have time to waist on leaving reviews in 2019 they would rather be on social media doing things that are more important. So clearly, there is a HUGE issue with this company. Part of me hopes that maybe the owners just don't know. But then again, maybe they just don't care. Sad that I am even typing this. SMH!

Bottom Line NOT RECOMMENDED. They need to replace the girl answering the phone. She has no sense of professionalism. Answers the phone with one word ""hello"" doesn't address customers with ""name how are you thanks for calling"". Nothing, then the girl has an attitude about it. Companies like this give other companies a bad name. If I was the BBB or the local chamber of commerce I would not recognize or even recommend this business. Hell, I'd go as far as to put a petition together requesting the owners to FIRE whoever is answering the phone and possibly shut down this business.

They only continue to get business from warranty programs so probably is no solution here. Maybe we should start contacting the warranty companies.
