The showed up sat outside for 20 minutes then came in took some picture and said couldn't do the job that day that he didn't have the tools to do the job. He said the break was under the slab. He just didn't want to do the job. Another contractor came out said the crack was right on top and it was just pc piping and he fix it in no time. T&T plumbing price gouge. They wanted me to pay $1,100. Out of pocket besides what my home warranty was paying them. If I could give them 0 star rating I would. I had been without water for a entire month ridiculous.

I used these guys for a leak via First American Home Warranty. The repair to our leak took quite a bit longer than estimated. They tried to cut some corners initially and had to redo the repair. It did get fixed, eventually.
After the repair, they never filed any further paperwork with First American, so no one followed up to repair the hole in our ceiling. I followed up three times with First American, and they have still not received the report from T & N after 43 days.
They are not reliable, at all! I would avoid them if yo have a choice.

Wish there was a minus 1 option. Don't know if they are good plumbers, but they are lousy electricians. Tech shows up at my home with a screwdriver in hand. Unscrews the dimmer switch plate (two dimmers in the same location, one of them getting hot), looks at switch, fools around and then says the switch is bad. Told him I had just replaced the original one because I thought the dimmer was bad and it was causing the plate to heat up, and his reply was you got a bad switch. For arguments' sake, let's say I am so unlucky I replaced a bad switch with a brand new bad switch. I asked him to swamp dimmers and see what happened. He refused to do that. Walked away and said he did not have switches in his truck! And he reported this to the home warranty as a ""specialty switch"".
We are talking a $20 Home Depot switch! DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CLOWNS!!!!

Used T&N plumbing through the home warranty. Had a leaking pipe causing water damage to the floor. The tech came saw the damage, took pictures and stated he had to submit to the home warranty for approval. Come to find out he submitted a total different story to the home warranty so they denied any repairs. The tech was in and out in 5 mins, did not do a thorough investigation. So I had to call a different plumbing company to get the job done right and pay put of pocket. I do not recommend this company.

This company is horrible, the technician Alfred that was sent to my home was completely incompetent. He was in my home for a leak under my kitchen sink for less than 5 minutes and told me he would write a report and wait for my home warranty company to review and approve and left. I went to my kitchen and found water pouring out from under the sink and called T and N and told them to send him back to fix whatever it was he did that made the situation worse. After 20 minutes he returned and said I had a missing clamp and that home warranty wasn't going to cover it because it was missing when I purchased my home. First of all had anything been missing my home would have failed VA home inspection, secondly how are you going to make a leak worse and walk away, much less bill for it. To make this even more complicated he submits a report to my home warranty company saying a line and clamp are missing! They denied the claim and closed it. So as a warning to any First American Home Warranty claimants refuse to let them send this company to your home, adamantly insist another plumbing service be sent out.

Darnesh is the man, good customer service and cares about getting the job done right. Ask for Darnesh!

After reading the reviews for T & N Plumbing, I'm not so sure my plumbing issue will be fixed. T & N Plumbing said they will send their quote to First American Home Warranty. It's been 3 days and they never received it.

They were very communicative on the scheduling and reminders. Their technician Nick Thomas did an incredible job helping install a new garbage disposal. He was super friendly and patient with my 5 kids and dog around. After he finished the install he even helped me problem solve another separate plumbing issue just to be helpful. I would 10/10 recommended them to anyone in the Central Valley.

Why did you waste my wife's time today? We have a problem with our home wiring. The sub panel has burnt wiring and the dryer upstairs shuts off. The bulbs in our home burn out in a week. A tech came out last week(after wasting a day of my wife's time) and we decided a new buss bar was needed. That's 2 days we waited for you. Today a tech showed up after not showing up yesterday(that's 4... so far) and supposedly fixed the issue. Well the dryer still shuts off. I opened the panel and what do I find? You cut the wires back and moved them. Completely pointless if a new buss bar is going in because every wire will need to be unhooked anyway. Obviously trying to cut corners in the hopes that that would work. Well I assure you that the wires didn't spontaneously combust and there is an underlying problem.
The tech I talked to originally seemed competent, it's probably management. You have wasted time and seem to be scamming the insurance company. No competent professional would try something like this if they wanted the problem fixed. Either way you have wasted four days of our time so far which is a substantial amount of money.

Not happy with First American Home Warranty who assigned T&N to do the work. The technician came because we have a drip leak in our ceiling - he fixed that day and we were so happy that we thought he has fixed the issue, next morning, we see big flowing water coming out of the ceiling. I was very dissapointed that he did not secure the pipe properly, we sent our Board Member and HOA Manager and stated that what the techinician did was not up to code.
Now that I have bigger hole in the ceiling with water flowing instead of dripping, I have to replace the whole ceiling instead of just small repair drywall, patch and paint ended up more damage in the ceiling.
