I am not sure how this company is still in business and has been milking home warranty companies all this time. I have dealt with home warranty for more than 12 years (for my own home or helping my clients), and this is the absolute worst and incompetent company ever. They came 3 times to fix a simple kitchen sink clog and finally said that they can't do the work because it's not covered by warranty coverage. I had to escalated this issue to the home warranty management and they assigned a different plumber who got it done in less than 45 mins!
If your home warranty assign you this company, quickly reject it. Trust me and all the other reviews in Yelp.

If I could do no stars I would. This company was being sent from our home warranty first appointment they never showed never called. Second appointment they have no plumber to send out they said even though we have had the appointment set for 5 days. The person answering the phones is terrible. Can't review the work they did because they never showed up but reading the other reviews I think it's best they didn't.

This company is absolutely horrendous. Do. Not. Use. However, even if you did use them, don't worry about them messing up the job because they won't even do the job. They show up, give some awful feedback and then you never hear from them again. They also have a habit of writing things up incorrectly so that insurance won't cover it. Strictly because they don't want to do the job if it's ""hard"". Their front desk is just as bad. They will put you on hold and the line will ""accidentally"" hang up on you. Truly, the only impressive thing about this company, is that they are able to be as bad as they are and still be in business. Zero stars. 0/10. Do not recommend.

They answer the phones on weekends but they are rude and refuse to help you or schedule you for the following business day. My home Insurance company is working with another plumbing company to help me today

Ridiculously horrible business. We have to work with them because of our home warranty to fix some electrical issues. Actual consultation day was ok. Electrician showed up and kinda examined the issue but decided he was going to omit fixing some wiring in one of our rooms because of who knows what reason. The company also told our warranty insurance that they would replace only a fraction of the outlets the electrician had outlined as having issues during the inspection. We called the home warranty after finding these discrepancies between what the actual Electrician said and the work they would perform.

Then they changed our appointments twice. On actual day when he is supposed to show up, shows up 1.5 after they said he was on his way and 1hr outside the time window they themselves gave us.

The worst??? The people working behind the phone. I don't recall her name but a youngish woman who always ""answers"" the phone (sometimes she just answers but doesn't say a word) either sounds like she is always sleeping, bored or who knows what. She has hung up on us almost every single time she ""transfers"" us. No effort whatsoever to answers calls.

The moral of this whole thing, don't hire them. As is evident for the vast majority of these reviews, you'll be disappointed. Save yourself the headache and avoid them. If our insurance want to use them again I would fight them not to.

Long story short: water heater went out. Home warranty assigned this place. They said they'd be here between 12-2 on Friday. They call at about 10:30 days they're 30 minutes out. I advised them I'm not home. They said this is the only time they'll be in the area until next week Monday. I leave work to meet them, they get there before I do. Told me I had 10 minutes or they were leaving. Get there and they're rushing, rude no communication. Jobs done i thank them and they say ""we almost skipped you because he's leaving for vacation and wants to get off early""
4 months later the water heater is leaking. I call them for a week now and Sonia (the lady I'm supposed to speak to) has yet to return my call.

Horribly unprofessional and complete disregard for the time and consideration of the customer. I had to use them per home warranty- but they didn't even finish the job (after 4 weeks of sending techs back and forth) and left our plumbing issue in worse condition than it was initially. Not on the BBB site either, and now I know why!

I wouldn't use this plumbing company if they were the last one around. They are dishonest and will lie to you about what needs to be done in order to charge you for additional work that does not need to be done.
