I was happy with their estimate and hired them to do some electrical work. Unfortunately, instead of running a new circuit from the breaker box as I requested, the heater in the bedroom is now attached to a circuit used for lights in the kitchen. It's January. If you turn out the light in the kitchen before you go to sleep, you'll be sorry!

I've had 2 unfortunate experiences with this terrible company thanks to my equally terrible home warranty company.
First experience was for plumbing. Tech didn't show between the ridiculous 4 hour window he was supposed to. So I had to call the company to see what was going on. They said he was running late (obviously) and would be there within the hour. The hour came and went, still no tech..so I had to call the company again because they never (or rarely at best) communicate with their customers to find out where this guy was. I was told he'd be there in 20 mins. You guessed it - 20 mins passed, no tech, no communication. I had to call AGAIN to find out what the heck was going on. I was told he'd be there in 10 mins (yea sure ok...). Dude shows up, parks in my drive way, has no type of uniform, company shirt, or anything. Looks completely unprofessional. Although I will say, at least my sink did get unclogged so I could finally use it and my dishwasher. In my review of them, I told the warranty company to never send them to me again.
Second experience had to do with flickering lights. Of course my warranty company doesn't care what their customers have to say either (I will be reviewing them next and cancelling my service with them). Tech comes out the first time and says I need new light switches, that my current switches are causing the problem, so he puts in the request to get the switches and I await a call for another appointment. Tech comes out a second time, installs a new switch and that makes the issue worse because it's controlling 2 separate room's lights. So he says oh this is something more serious than just a switch, we're going to have to come back out..blah blah blah. So I await a 3rd appt with them. The third tech comes out and says I need regular (non dimming switches) and that will fix my proplem. He disconnected my light switch all together in my bedroom, didn't reconnect it and left to put in his report. Whatever he told them - First American (the warranty company) closed and completed my ticket. So now I'm extremely pissed. I call First American and have to fight a robot to get ahold of a human and tell them this is not fixed and needs to be addressed. They reopen my ticket and I await a call for a FOURTH visit to my house about this. The same tech who came out the first two times has now changed his story that I not only need new switches, but I need new ceiling fans as well. So he left ""put what he told me in the report"" and I was left to wait once again for a fifth visit, but no - I get a call from First American that my request is denied because the 4th tech said I need to be re-wired! He never said a single word about having to be rewired, ever - none of the 4 visits ever mentioned having to be rewired, but of course First American isn't going to listen to me. So apparently First American will be sending out a different company for a second opinion ""if his boss approves it"" and I will get to have a FIFTH visit for this one issue.
Absolutely terrible - 0 customer service - they have no idea what the heck they're doing when the same guy has a different diagnosis the three different times he was at my house....never again. If my new warranty tries to send them to me, I will be calling immediately to have a different company sent out.

Kevin came in and fixed the problem in the shower because it kept clogging and also explained the backup involving the kitchen sink. He was friendly and courteous and also took the time to explain to us another ongoing issue with the shower pan. I had an electrical issue Isaac the technician, electrician called me ahead of time arrived when he said he was going to came in my home with the proper PPE and Covid attire...

He Explained to me what he was going to do and how he was going to isolate and address the problem ...he consistently kept me informed throughout his repair call.
Isaac was very clean and picked up all debris and was very courteous Isaac is prompt fast and efficient..I highly recommend T&N and Isaac!!

Came out on a service call for a simple leaky kitchen sink. The plumber told me it has to be approved and left us without a working sink through the weekend and that he would be back out Monday to fix it once it was authorized. He did not however tell me that since we took off the handles, he was going auto deny the claim. It would have been nice to have an honest assessment instead of someone lying to avoid a confrontation. T & N definitely lives up to their reputation.

Placed a home warranty request, T&N was the set as closest available company. I live in Coarsegold, not very close at all. T&N made the appointment for plumbing. Day of appointment an electrician showed up instead of a plumber! I called T&N who apologized and made a new appointment for that Saturday since we had active leaks. We stayed home ALL DAY Saturday and no one showed. There's also no number to call on weekends. On Monday, I called and was told they no long send service techs to my area on Saturday. What!! I reminded them that they scheduled one for me on a Saturday! And that I waited all day. They were only mildly apologetic and said they couldn't service our home. What a joke!
