PLUS - The company offered service in a very prompt fashion, the plumber was personable and a good, capable worker, the problem was resolved. Explained issues well.

MINUS - The plumber DID NOT WEAR A MASK, he was unaware that his company charges $99 for a the first cleared line, he at first quoted us $245. Left large puddle of water on tiled basement floor because he said he didn't have his shop-vac with him. Used one of my wrenches w/o asking or cleaning it when done.

COST - The total bill was about $396 to clear the sewer line.

There tv ad says they'll be there when you need them in times of need. Well, it was our time of need, basement flooding because of a sewer blockage. Called to get it fixed. Unlike the ad, they refused to come out ! They said it was because of a possible, and I mean possible, person that was here may have had the virus ! They didn't have to come in the house, and since there are several diseases that can be present in sewage, they should have proper protection ! But they refused to help me ! Luck was on my side, since I found another plumber to come out the same day, and , was cheaper ! So, don't believe it when they say they will be there for you !

I called for a service quote or even a ballpark price to clear the line from the house to the store to compare to two other plumbers who were able to provide no problem. After an 8 minute hold, someone picked up to say, ""Please hold."" It was another 5 minutes before I spoke with someone. After asking for a quote, I was told someone could come look for $39, which would be taken off the work if I give it to them. I again asked for a ballpark and the phone rep said they aren't given that kind of information, they just dispatch. This is what happens when your company gets too big.

I'll go with the other plumber who answered his phone, gave me a fair and detailed quote, and can be there today.

TMark was recommended to me by two different friends and I saw the reviews were mostly positive on here and google. I gave them a call on a Wednesday and they offered someone to come out next day but I scheduled for Friday instead due to my personal schedule.

My window was 10-12 but I recieved a call around 9 that he was on his way about 15 minutes out. Early? Ok awesome!

Brian showed up and was friendly, polite, and respect of my home. He gave me a quote immediately on my runny toilet and a sump pump replacement. He suggested I i just replace the whole toilet since it was likely cheaper than replacing the parts that were broken.

Toilet & labor was $595 - we passed on this since we felt we could do the full replacement ourselves.

I did take him up on the sump pump (still $595 for the full replacement and installation) he offered to do it right then and there. It was worth it to just get it out of the way and done.

Brian was quick and understanding about only wanting that one job done.

Honestly we have gotten quotes and ""hired"" handymen twice in the last year to do this sump pump job and they never followed up or answered us or completed the job.

T-mark was quick professional and followed through within 2 business days for us. I would recommend them and hire again for another project if needed.

Messaged my friends if they knew a good plumber... (leaky kitchen sink) everyone said ""T-Mark""!
Well, they were right!
On time, pleasant, knowledgeable.. showed me exactly where the leak was and did a great job!
Definitely recommend & will use again.

I used T-Mark for some plumbing issues I was having with my bathtub. Bryan, the technician was timely, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed my issue, he offered preventative maintenance tips for me going forward.

Great company with top notch customer service!

I had a bathroom toilet not flushing properly.
T-Mark personnel was able to come out within a couple of days.
Turned out after very brief inspection of the plumber that the sewer drain outside was partially blocked.
Very quick and very professional job done to clear the blockage using all the right tools.
Took almost 1 1/2 hours and the price agreed upon ahead of time was reasonable.
Everything works again normally.
I am a very happy customer.

Buyer beware. The job they did was fine, however, they charged almost double what other companies charged. Our fault, we pushed ahead because of the need , but what other companies have since told us would cost $4000.00, they charged $8000.00. The workers are fine, the job was done fine. Communication could have been a little better, but it all comes down to the fact you can have it done much much cheaper.

T-Mark had a tiger by the tail when they tackled my decidedly odd ball home's plumbing issues. Their technicians didn't always get things right on the first try, but they hung in there and eventually the problems were dealt with. It was expensive, true, but their customer service and willingness to do whatever it took to solve the problems in my home gets them 5/5. They explained everything they did and understood why things were the way they were. I have a feeling I'll be back.

We had a great experience with T-Mark replacing our furnace. From the first person to answer our call until the salesman made sure that we got things exactly the way we wanted, everyone was helpful, polite and timely. The quotes they gave were fair and well-explained. The installation guys were on time, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
