Unfortunately my HOA started using these defuses, I assume probably because they are getting paid to say things in the HOA's favor. Let's start off for the first reason why you should NEVER EVER contract or even GO NEAR these people. They are unprofessional, our guy came reeking of weed and looking overall extremely sketchy, he took one look at an obvious leak and tried to blame an entire building drainage issue on my unit, then when I tried to explain to him that my neighbor is also flooding because of sewage water backing up and causing our pipes to leak he got right up in my face and said ""Do you have a problem with me bro!?"", he looked like a complete maniac doing this so I promptly kicked him out and threatened to call 919 whereby he calmed down and tried to call his ""manager"". What a joke! I called 2 other plumbers and they both said it is a building sewage issue upon a detailed analysis. These people are not professionals, don't invite them into your neighborhood for God's sake!

If I could put 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible. Andrea said she would call me this morning and let me know if her plumbers can come out today since they need to break walls and I need to arrange someone to come over see this and get my child out of the house during this time. Andrea called at 230 and gave me a 30 min window. I let her know that that's not enough time for me to arrange all of this and asked her why she didn't call in the morning. she informed me that she was busy and was extremely rude with me. I cancelled the service. I called back a few minutes later to speak to the owner, who picked up the phone. Cody was even worse than Andrea. I let him know this is not the way to schedule appointments with people and that Andrea was very rude, he replied with ""actually you were more rude to her"" I let him know that I will be using a different company to which he replied that I cant do that since his company is preferred with my hoa. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. You do not give people a 30 minute window especially after I asked for a call back in the morning so I can arrange with my child and have someone there. Yesterday when they initially came out to inspect the leak Andrea was supposed to call me back and let me know what time, obviously no one called until the plumbers are outside my door. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Unfortunately they don't work after 4 PM so if you have an emergency and the management company uses then you won't get the help till the next day be careful with this company overpriced

Had a big plumbing issue original sewer pipes from 53 cracked and broken under our house incorrectly installed kitchen drain line Cody, David, Juan were awesome did a great job in one day covered are hardwood floors in paper and Furniture pads very clean very friendly very good work great price would highly recommend five stars call them for your plumbing needs

My tenant called me about a leak from the garbage disposal so I called them for a quote. They said it was the supply lines, and I figured they knew what they were talking about so I hired them. When the leak continued and now the garbage disposal was not working I call them to find out why the problem continued. Instead of calling me back to get my authorization to do anything he pressed the reset button and charged me again, and the leak continued. I went to see it myself and found the both P-Trap and the bottom of the garbage disposal very corroded and leaking. I called them and they didn't return the call. I had to hire a new plumber to fix everything and pay again. My complaints: 1) they replaced something that wasn't broken (if they actually did that), and 2) they could not detect highly corroded, leaking pipe/garbage disposal. Incompetence and dishonesty.

If you are looking for the biggest flakes that do shoddy work these are your guys! They are creative, I've heard it all. Truck overheated , I can't make it. Too sick today, can't get out of bed. Went away for weekend, plane was late can't come. Had another emergency. These guys can't get anything done. They are in such a rush to get in and get out its unbelievable. Even when there all they do is talk on the phone. The one thing they have going for them is that they are so nice it's easy to get dragged out for months without firing them. Eventually you will, because it's just too stressful to deal with them!

Had an afternoon appointment for a quote and they never showed up. Not even a phone call. Waited all afternoon for them. Not worth having to chase them down to give them my business.
