I had a confirmed appointment which I verified twice with the office manager who schedules their work orders. I called the day before to make sure the plumbers were still coming & was told by someone who answered the phone that they would be at my home between 9-10 am the next day. 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time, I got a text saying they had an emergency & would need to reschedule! My job was an EMERGENCY DUE TO A LEAKING PIPE IN MY CEILING! I took off work to enable this job & moved furniture & prepped the living room as instructed. After repeated calls to the company, I never heard anything from anyone. No one ever called back to apologize, reschedule or offer a compensatory discount for the inconvenience. This company is totally unprofessional & a waste of time. I DO NOT RECOMMENTD THEM!

Just when you think it couldn't get any worse with T & M, they surprise you once again. I never witnessed a company with a mission to provide poor service and they just keep getting better at being the worst imaginable. They do not complete jobs they started. They took my payment and won't answer my calls. I've tried for over a year. Andrea will not pick up, return your calls, or if you call from a different number then she will hang up on you. Do not pay until the job is DONE. Also an appointment, is a mere approximation of when they decide to show up. Sometimes it's not even the same day, w no phone notifying you of the change. Any plumber is better than T&M and Andrea

Steer clear of this unethical company. They are not upfront about dispatch fee and charge arbitrarily high fees after no diagnostic or work done. Among residential plumbing companies, the vast majority do not charge a diagnostic fee most are $60-$90. After being charged an exorbitant $130 fee. I asked if he could snake a drain since he was out here and literally did no work. He said it would be another $160 on top of the dispatch fee which covered nothing and he literally spent 5 mins at the house. Will be reporting to the BBB. Stay away from these scammers. To make matters worse their contractors license has been suspended. Can't say it's a shocker.

Our HOA contracts with them, so we thought it would be convenient to use them in-unit as well. It has been a terrible waste of time. Andrea, the administrator for the company, is unprofessional and has a terrible attitude.

They were an hour and a half late, completely unresponsive, and the official quote was $250 over what the plumber provided.

I'm envious of the people who said they had a good experience.

T & M is employed by my Home Owners Association in Reseda. T & M Does not return phone calls, and has not diagnosed the leak in my unit.

I've had 3 consecutively negative experiences with T&M Plumbing, but it's the company my HOA uses so my hands are tied. I live in a condo and my unit has flooded multiple times due to plumbing issues in the building. Besides the fact that my HOA chooses to just keep sending out plumbers when there's an issue instead of finding a solution, T&M adds injury to insult.

Every time they have come I've asked for a written report for my records and to share with my homeowners insurance. The people that come for the service say that the office will send it after they return at the end of the day. When they came in April of this year I had to continually ask for a report for weeks and when I got it almost a month and a half later, it was incorrect. They most recently came on 10/9 and I still have not gotten a report despite being explicitly told that I would receive one by 10/12 at the latest. My calls, voicemails, and texts to Andrea have been ignored. Today is 10/30.

I have told them that the plumbing issues I have experienced have caused me to have to move out of my home for months at a time because of severe water damage. T&M Plumbing has no concern for the customer. They are fine with persisting plumbing issues because that means more money in their pockets. They explicitly told me that the flooding would continue to happen and that I would just have to deal with it. They are not advocates for the customer and I do not recommend hiring them.

The only positive thing was that the people performing the service were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves.

These people stopped an unexpected flood in the middle of the night, saving me serious damage to my furniture and unreplaceable items in my home. They showed up in minutes after my call. Their bill was fair and reasonable.

Don't EVER try to use T&M Plumbing. They were a no-call no-show on Thursday. I contacted them Friday morning, their office manager Andrea assured me her crew would be at my home at 3:30pm that afternoon.

At 3:20 the company texted me saying they'd been called to a plumbing emergency and couldn't make my appt.

I replied that I didn't understand why after their error yesterday my appt was not a priority. I too have water leaking! So they replied that they couldn't apologize enough, and ASSURED me they would be at my home on Saturday morning at 8:30am.

It is now 9:04am. I have not heard a thing from T&M Plumbing. I called. I texted. NO RESPONSE.

Unreliable. Unresponsive. Will waste your time and not care one iota.
