I really appreciated their responsiveness on short notice over the holidays. Tylar was extremely pleasant and organized. He gave very good explanation of problem and repair (loss of hot water to shower). Charges were very reasonable.

This review is long overdue and I've hesitated to write it for a little while now because I selfishly want ""my plumber"" all to myself! I have been using TM Bennett Plumbing for just about 6 years now as my go-to plumber for all of my property management needs and I've also given personal referrals to friends and family because their service is so good. Tylar, Chanel and Jonathan are ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and are very kind, courteous, understanding and patient in person and on the phone. This review is well overdue, thusI have a lot say. We moved from Colorado 11 year ago, and as soon as we settled in, we had plumbing issues. Thankfully, a neighbor referred us to TM Bennett and we haven't worked with anybody else ever since then. Tayler and his team have taken care of us in so many different occasions but always with the same professionalism, attention to detail, tidiness, and fair prices.
It is very hard to find great professionals nowadays who you can trust and count on, so we greatly appreciate TM Bennett ( Tayler, Jonathan, and Chanel) for everything they have done for us and for the way they did it.
From bathroom remodels, to leaking faucets, water heater booster, clogged pipes and toilet issues , TM Bennett has done it all for us and has always left us beyond satisfied.

Tylar is the best and so quick to respond to your plumbing needs!! In our case, it was Christmas Eve with a leaky water heater and also bad water pipes and slab leak. He has been servicing our townhome complex and our unit for years! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable in his craft! Thoroughly diagnosing and explaining the problems and giving you the best options/solutions with fast and efficient service. And clean-up? You would never have known he was even in your home!! So professional, trustworthy and kind! Jonathan was also great, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Quick and great customer service! I initially spoke to Tyler on the phone who was very helpful and courteous. Jonathan was the plumber sent out and he was great. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He left things FIXED, clean, and in order. No one likes to deal with plumbing issues but Tyler and Jonathan actually made it a positive experience. I use this company for all of my household plumbing needs. They are busy which means they're good at what they do, but I always set up an appointment. The first thing they do is put on booties over their shoes which impressed me because I've seen other companies not care what they track in and out of the house. I've had them replace a water heater, pipe a new shower, replace water line hoses to all of the toilets and washer, and install a new garbage disposal. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone!

TERRIBLE AWEFUL COMPANY STAY AWAY DOES NOT RESPECT THE DISABLED

This company is the biggest bunch of douche bags,..they do not respect
disabled people. I have cancer and when I politely asked the plumber to put on shoe booties, ( and explained I had cancer) he refused and drove away! Then this company charged my property management company
( which then charged me) a ""no show"" charge. I am filing a civil complaint in San Diego Superior Court against this TERRIBLE company and also contacting the ADA. All companies in California need to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and this company blatantly disregarded the rights and respects of someone disabled dying from cancer...STAY AWAY AND USE A COMPANY THAT RESPECTS THE DISABLED RIGHTS AND DOES NOT JUST GOUGE PEOPLE FOR MONEY.
