Dein D.Pipe broke in our front yard while I was out of town and my wife woke up in the middle of the night with water running down our driveway. She turned off the main and I called Tylar first thing in the morning. He offered to come to our house within the hour. He spent a few hours, fixed the leak and charged me a fair price. When I got back from my trip I noticed our circulation pump wasn't running properly. Tylar promptly called me and talked me through what I needed to do to get it back up and running (no charge). I was very happy with the service and professionalism, I highly recommend TM Bennett.
Sylvie H.We woke this morning to water all over our garage. I called Tylar at 8 AM and by 11 I had a new water heater installed and I was headed to the pool. Response time was great, the work looks great and the price was fair. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend to anyone! Very professional team!
Chad V.I've been using Tylar for all of my plumbing needs for about 5 years now. I am a Realtor and often come up against issues that need immediate attention. He has always been reliable, honest, and really knowledgable. I would not recommend anyone else.
Tylar and his team are very friendly, honest, and provided great service. I had him install sink faucets, toilets, replace old angle stops, and some other rough plumbing work. I'm extremely impressed with his work and appreciate his reasonable prices. I look forward to having Tylar complete my next plumbing project. I highly recommend him!
I have used TM Bennett for all of my personal plumbing issues (from a backed up sink to disposal installation) and have never been disappointed! Also - as a board member of our condo association - we have used TM Bennett for the ""huge"" job of jetting the pipes for our building. Not only is Tyler knowledgable, reliable and trustworthy, but he is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet!
Chrystal F.Tylar and Jonathan took on a job multiple people recoiled from. We bought a condo, and the previous owner had removed the toilet from the master bathroom, and tiled over the opening. No one was willing to help us install a new toilet! Enter Tylar and Jonathan. Tylar returned my call promptly and said, ""Of course we'll take a look at it, and do what we can."" We now have a new toilet in our master bathroom. T.M. Bennett Plumbing exponentially improved our quality of life . Thank you, Tylar and Jonathan!!
Excellent plumber, figured out the problems, iand fix them all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him
Mark H.We are selling our house and needed a replacement sink that was obsolete (could not find it anywhere - ebay, amazon, etc). Tyler went out and found us one that was very close that it would be hard to tell it apart from the old one. He took the time to make sure we were happy. I would recommend them very highly.
I am so happy to have found a great plumber! I called Tylar on Monday to replace a tub spout (non-emergency), and he came out first thing Wednesday morning. He was so professional and honest and his estimate for time and cost was spot on. Highly recommend!
Michelle D.Let me start by saying I don't write reviews. I was treated so badly by this guy Tyler, I was compelled to write my first review ever. My neighbor had Tyler fixing a leak in our very long shared easement road. I'll be the first to admit this road is awful, the pipes are old and right under the road. It was a hard, nasty, expensive, time consuming job that I'm sure Tyler hated evey minute of. We did not have any leaks in our pipes. Tyler himself checked the gauges of all 4 houses on the road, and told me there were no other leaks. He even pointed out to me how you can detect a leak. All water needs to be shut off and if the gauges are still moving you have a leak if no movement no leak. I saw with my own eyes that there was only our neighbors Gauge that was spinning. Tyler finished around 5 ish and that evening after he had left we noticed more water coming from the same spot in the road he had fixed that day. my husband checked the gauges of all 4 houses again and now ours was showing a leak. We got in touch withTyler and told him what was going on. He was instantly angry and defensive and actually lied and told my neighbor that we i myself had informed him that our pipes were leaking also, on the day he came to fix there's. I was shocked and confused at why he would say that when he knew for a fact none of the 3 other houses had a leak. In fact going as far as showing me so I could see for myself. He told me that there was no way possible that he had caused our pipes to leak. This was before he even came by to look at it. Omg...he was so rude and insulting on the phone. He reluctantly came back 4 days later to check the new leak. He dug up the hole again and asked me to come take a look. I looked inside the whole where he had done the repair, and Tyler very angrily asked do you see any water flowing in the whole. I didn't, I was confused, it didn't make sense, when the whole was covered up I could see water coming out. Tyler said to me at that point, if he had done something to our pipes during the fixing of our neighbors pipes I would see the whole full of water. Ok, I told him, I guess we must have a leak and it was just a strange coincidence that our leak started hours after he had left. I called our plummer and he said he would be able to come by the next day. I called my dad because I wanted to see what his thoughts were on the new leak. My dad had told me to check our water gauge again while he was on the phone with me. He asked me if my water was turned on, I said yes because I didn't shut it off. Maybe my husband did I thought. My dad directed me while on the phone how to pull the handle to turn water off and on. Doing so I could hear the sound of the water flowing in. I called my husband and he had informed me he had not shut our water off. I went over to Tyler, who had already started covering up the whole and told him my water wasn't even turned on. I couldn't believe my ears, he told be that l was a liar and that I was trying to play games with him. WHAT!!!! I said, you are kidding me , right? RIGHT? You think im lying, I yelled back at him. I even turned around and showed him how muddy the back of my pants were from sitting on the ground because I wasn't strong enough to push the lever on, I had to sit down and use my legs to push it. Sure enough while I was arguing with Tyler, the whole starts to fill up with water. I couldn't believe this guy was so rude, and arrogant . I have no proof that he turned our water off, but we didn't. I totally admit at this point I was stinking mad. I told him, shame on you!! You know the truth and you are lying..
I called the vista irrigation department to come by. Two men came by from VID and spoke with him first and with me after to get both sides of the story. The gentleman from VID agreed it would be a very rare coincidence for our pipes to be leaking in the same spot hours after he leaves. They suggested I should take them to small claims court, because there was nothing else l could do.
I guess everyone has a breaking point and I was unfortunate bananas to get a glimpse toddlers. I would suggest 2 only uses this guy for smaller jobs
