Tylar is the best and so quick to respond to your plumbing needs!! In our case, it was Christmas Eve with a leaky water heater and also bad water pipes and slab leak. He has been servicing our townhome complex and our unit for years! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable in his craft! Thoroughly diagnosing and explaining the problems and giving you the best options/solutions with fast and efficient service. And clean-up? You would never have known he was even in your home!! Quick and great customer service! I initially spoke to Tyler on the phone who was very helpful and courteous. Jonathan was the plumber sent out and he was great. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He left things FIXED, clean, and in order. No one likes to deal with plumbing issues but Tyler and Jonathan actually made it a positive experience. I use this company for all of my household plumbing needs. They are busy which means they're good at what they do, but I always set up an appointment. The first thing they do is put on booties over their shoes which impressed me because I've seen other companies not care what they track in and out of the house. I've had them replace a water heater, pipe a new shower, replace water line hoses to all of the toilets and washer, and install a new garbage disposal. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone!

TERRIBLE AWEFUL COMPANY STAY AWAY DOES NOT RESPECT THE DISABLED

This company is the biggest bunch of douche bags,..they do not respect
disabled people. I have cancer and when I politely asked the plumber to put on shoe booties, ( and explained I had cancer) he refused and drove away! Then this company charged my property management company
( which then charged me) a ""no show"" charge. I am filing a civil complaint in San Diego Superior Court against this TERRIBLE company and also contacting the ADA. All companies in California need to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and this company blatantly disregarded the rights and respects of someone disabled dying from cancer...STAY AWAY AND USE A COMPANY THAT RESPECTS THE DISABLED RIGHTS AND DOES NOT JUST GOUGE PEOPLE FOR MONEY.

Had an urgent leak under my kitchen sink. Called True Plumbing as I really like them. They were booked for several days but kindly referred me to Tyler at TM Bennett. Coincidentally, Tyler was close by.

He was able to quickly access the problem/solution and went one step further to replace the kinked hoses in my water filtration system, thereby preventing problems in the future.

Despite doing such a great job, Tyler's last words to me was that he did not want to ""steal"" customers from True Plumbing (whom referred me). Speaks VOLUMES about his integrity.

Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Johnathan was a great help and went above and beyond. He came to fix a leaky toilet and replaced all the internals and the valve from the wall. He also double checked the water heater to make sure it was on the right temperature setting. He left his work area cleaner than he found it. Overall, a great experience and if they handle the basics so great, I imagine the complicated issues are dealt with in the same professional and competent manner. Thanks so much!

Great response and great service from Tyler and his crew. He personally took care of my job. Tyler installed a gas line for my bbque. Within hours of contacting in he was at my house assessing the job, gave me a quote, set up the city inspection and the next Monday completed the job within an hour and a half. He also had scheduled he City inspector to come by and inspect the job the following day which necessitated someone to be home. Understanding the situation of course, I would have to miss more time off work but wanted to get this done. Lo and behold, Tyler noticed a city truck parked on my block and Tyler approached him and asked if he could buy off a quick job. The planner had pulled over to complete some reports and told him he would have to call the office to schedule an inspection. Tyler agreed and thanked him but before you know it, the inspector agreed and bought the job off,then and there saving me another day off work. Amazing right! Many thanks to you TM Bennett. Too bad you only do plumbing!.
