Requested a quote on Friday to remove/replace bathroom & kitchen sink faucet fixtures & garbage disposal. Quote provided by Jon was more than fair and I approved/scheduled the work the following Monday. Jon & another plumber arrived and proceeded with the job. I wasn't home to observe the work, but my wife was and Jon explained everything that was going on. He determined there was a leak in the cold water line for the bathroom faucet behind the wall, which comprised the ability to replace the fixture. He proceeded to install the new drain/trap, and advised we would need another quote to investigate/resolve the line leak behind the wall. The final cost was adjusted down due to the partial install. All in all, Jon & his second did a fantastic job removing/replacing the kitchen sink faucet & garbage disposal, and on the bathroom sink drain/trap install. I am now awaiting the quote for the line leak repair/bathroom sink faucet install. I would highly recommend T-Kor Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

My water heater broke and leaked water. Joe came and installed a new heater and explained how to maintain the water heater for a long life. At the end, I told him I don't need him to install the pressure relief pipe (due to my misunderstanding). After I realized my mistake and asked Joe to return, he came back and installed the pipe without complaining. Now that's good service! Thank you Joe.

We had reduced water pressure in our shower. T-Kor came out and within one minute diagnosed the problem. It turns out that the shower head is very old and corroded so we just need to replace it. There was no charge for the visit! What AMAZING customer service!!!! Other companies wanted to charge us just to come out and diagnose the problem. This gentlemen was so professional and he was very kind when faced with our lack of plumbing knowledge :-) We will definitely use T-Kor for our future plumbing needs. I had problem with my water heater. Steve came and found the issue right away. He didn't even charge me because he said he didn't replace anything. My water heater is a complex one (tankless + tank hybrid), he patiently explained each piece's function and waited for me to try turn it on/off to test it.
