These guys are great! The best experience I have ever had with a a plumber. 5 Star service - I would give more stars if there were more. Johnny came on time and diagnosed the problems with my disposal and faucet and fixed them very quickly. I will use T-Kor in the future and would recommend T-Kor's services to anyone who needs plumbing service or repairs.

I wrote a 5-star review for T-Kor Pluming after Freddy did a job for me, however, within a week I found that the job was not done properly and the faucet Freddy installed in my kitchen wobbled significantly. I tried to get in touch with Freddy and with T-Kor but they would not respond to my calls and multiple messages I left. The woman who answered the phone said she would contact Freddy; either she didn't or Freddy chose to ignore my calls.

That is unacceptable. Freddy had installed the faucet as a courtesy at no charge following other work I hired him to perform. I am willing to pay him what he asked for that additional part of the job which I was going to do myself and which he did as a courtesy, but since he would never call me back after multiple try's to reach him I have given up.

I feel as if I have been pushed in the face, and particularly so after writing a 5-star review. I'll not use T-Kor again nor would I recommend them.

Loved how Frank and Fred showed up with a mask and shoe covers and on time. Frank and fred were great. They were recommended to me by somebody else. They turned up right away and took care of my problem. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very, very good. I had called several plumbers and was taking different estimates when a friend recommended me them. They called me right away and set something up the next day. There was a problem with the equipment and they went out and got a different one and replaced it. And they actually gave us a better one for the same price, so they actually took a little bit of a loss on the water heater. I made him take it though. They did a great job and now my water heater is working and we have hot water again. Thanks I will recommend to all family and friends.

Shocked at how bad the service from T-Kor was. Between missing our appointment without any heads up, ignoring calls and failing to deliver a quote after 2 weeks, we opted to go elsewhere where we received much better and more reliable service.

Really helped figure out a problem of whether not getting hot water in the bathroom was related to a plumbing issue or an issue with the recent construction we had done. Very professional and knowledgeable! He helped us determine it really was related to the installation of the new master bathroom pipes and nothing related to our water heater. Thank you!

It was an especially challenging project and Freddy kept me updated on what was happening and what he needed to do throughout the process. Excellent service from estimate through job completion. This project involved replacement of over 35' of cast iron sewer drain line in the crawl space of my home. The estimator was analytical and thorough. He was clear about the materials and labor that would be required for the job as well as how much time it would take. He scheduled the rather large job with enough laborers to make sure the job was completed in one day. The administrative staff provided my estimate via email promptly and responded to all of my questions rapidly. The work was done in one day as scheduled and a final inspection was provided to give me confidence in the new drain lines. Their estimate was similar to the other low-medium quotes, while the highest bidder was over 100% the price. A receipt and warranty were provided. I am completely satisfied with T-Kor and would recommend to a friend.
