Steve came to my house and figured out the root cause of the sewer gas smell, which it turned out to be a rodent problem instead of plumbing problem. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure he rules out all the other possibilities. He didn't charge me anything though he spent his precious timing checking things around. Sewage was backing up onto our driveway and it was late afternoon on the Friday before Christmas. Steve and Josh came out right away and cleared things out for a very fair price, spent over 30 minutes explaining to me and my husband what they thought might be happening, cleaned up our driveway, and promised to come back to do a free inspection on our pipes at another time. I was very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!

Steve totally saved me last night!! I have a salon in San Carlos and my water heater went out...I mean water pouring out everywhere!! Inside the shop and outside the shop! Luckily it was at the end of the day (business wise) but scary when it's after hours and you're in desperate need of a plumber! Hurray for T-Kor Plumbing! As usual, before I have any work done I try to get at least three quotes from contractors. Of the three plumbers I talked to, Steve was the only one that was able to come up with a way to install our new gas line, that we were told by others would be a difficult job, and he actually did the job in a way that was up to code.

Not only that, but he just handled himself in such a professional and friendly way. Sometimes these guys that come out to do work on your home can be real creeps and disrespectful to your space, not Steve. He was kind, thoughtful, and had a great sense of humor. He was also the only contractor that informed me of things that I needed to do before having this gas line put in, like having an electrician install a new electrical outlet for the stove, because the one we had was too powerful for what we were doing. This eliminated any surprises for us, and we were able to seamlessly coordinate our stove delivery after the new electrical plug was installed, and then schedule Steve to come out afterwards to start his work. Another thing that I was impressed with was how Steve handled himself when the city inspector came out. We decided to have a permit pulled for this work because, well...gas. The inspector, who was on a major power trip, and was probably the craziest one I've ever met, really reamed into him and gave him a hard time with every little thing. It was borderline ridiculous how he was acting, but Steve really kept his cool and was respectful to the guy no matter what he threw at him, and of course in the end we passed. We had our stove up and working just in time for Thanksgiving and everything worked out great. Thanks Steve!
