My only complaint is their office hours. I had to change the appointment day. I called and got voicemail. I tried 2x in the hour before my lunch break was over, so I left a voicemail with my change request. I got a voicemail later in the day requesting a call back and when I called back office was already closed. And I feel they are a 9-5 sort of place, which is my work hours as well so I was stuck playing phone tag for a while. I did leave all my info in the voice message so it would've been nice for someone to have someone just call and leave a message saying ""Hey your request to change dates have been confirmed."" Versus making me call back and speak to a live person. Or have an email option to communicate. Other than that, Evan came out to fix the leak with an apprentice.. Or someone new, it sounded like he was training. Anyways, Evan called an hour prior to let me know they were on the way, they arrived after 9am appointment time but I'm cool with that, I live town and the address is Pearl City. I understand traffic sucks. Evan fixed the leak in an hour and so far no problems.

Was scheduled for work to be done 10-1. I called them at 10:50 to see if the plumber is on their way. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and just said, ""it's scheduled for 10-1"" UGH IT'S 10:50!!!!

Second time using T&C Plumbing. Evan and Kona came in and were very skilled and knowledgeable at what they do. Fixed my leak and replaced my frozen shower head quickly. After replacing they quality checked their work ensuring everything was good to go. You need a great plumber request Evan or Kona by name. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service by explaining what the issue was and what causes the problems. Five Stars and two thumbs up service. Highly recommend!

Yet another plumbing company who didn't follow through with service. Again, I took time off from my paying job to head home and allow them to survey the work. They did come by, which is more effort than the previous vendor I contacted, but here I am still waiting for over a week to get the estimate. All I got was crickets. I should not have to pester a company to do work, but I guess they didn't want my money, so I've moved on and went with another plumber recommended by a coworker rather than trust anymore Yelp reviews about plumbers.

Heard about this company through a friend that has used them before. I called them to set up an appointment to clear up a clogged shower. Crew showed up on time and was very polite. They got to work snaking the drain and provided updates while they were working. Once the clog was cleared, they cleaned up and was on their way. The whole process was simple and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely call them again if I had any clogs.

Randy and his crew are life savers! Came home after work to a broken water heater and my apartment flooded with water. My landlord got me in contact with T & C and they were able to get someone here in no time! Randy was so friendly and easy to talk to on the phone. He sent over Josh who was, also, so polite and got the new water heater up and running super fast! Can't believe how quick my problem was solved especially since it was a Saturday night! THANK YOU, You guys rock !

This afternoon T & C Plumbing came early for the job we had called about. Since another company charged us $400 for a simple sink repair we were really ""shaking in our boots"" over what we thought would be two fairly involved repairs. T & C Plumbing's man, Evan, came out and completed both repairs in an hour and charged us far less than the other company's advertised prices. What a wonderful thing to find a company with service as its priority. Thank you T & C Plumbing! We are not rich and it doesn't look like you are going to be either but I know you'll sleep well at night knowing you've given value for every dollar! Mahalo nui loa!

I do not know what happened to this company. Chris and Heather were a friend of a friend, so they were recommended . I have used them for years, always great, timely, respectful service. I'm so frustrated now, I had to wait to post so I don't write bad words. My water heater was leaking, the dude was supposed to come at 9am. Showed up to sleepy me at 8am. Said it was a 2 person job, told me 2 guys would come over at 9am. So, at 11 when they showed up. No introductions, and walked in and out of my house. No knock, no respect. They said they could not do anything that day, and they dont work Thankgiving, nor Friday after. In fact they could not replace it til tues. I did have tfo notify my neighbors about the water shut off 24 hours in advance. Tues they fixed it, I went on a trip, no hot water when I got home. They told me to call an electrician. Nice, very supportive follow up. So, there is a leak that shorted out my circuit breaker. The electrician fixed it, but T and C has not called me back. I have called and even asked to have the owner call me. So, still have the leak. Nothing, I guess they don't care, and don' t need return business. Must be nice, I work really hard at my job to keep our customers happy. I'm exhausted, calling another plumber. Oh, rec D a 1,000. Bill from T and C. I may have to make a payment plan, since other people have to get paid first. Mahalo if you read this far, I'm fuming. Do not use. Or maybe it's a race thing

Just had a great experience with the guys at T&C. One guy came, then two others came because they were in the area and knocked out my plumbing issue in 30 mins. Mahalo for your help!

Amazing service. I called around 8:00 in the morning and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful she let me know someone would be at my house between 9:00am-1:00pm. Our tech got her at 9:50am and it only took him 10 minutes to get my toilet unclogged. He also informed that my toilet needed to be changed not because of the clog but because the jets on the toilet were weak and was causing a weak flush. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you T & C!!!
