Plumbers Aleka & Ikona were very professional. Came on time and did a great job. I'm just the resident manager and secured the water to the property. But what I saw was very professional work being done.

Have worked with T&C Plumbing for many years and used them when we had our old apartment buildings. They always did good work. I just had them install 2 Kohler toilets in our condo residence and requested Evan to do the job since I'm familiar with how he works and his skill level. His skill level is excellent, btw, and he's very professional. I bought the toilets from Lowe's and told Evan I would take care of disposing of the old ones (I just scheduled a bulky item pick-up through Opala.org. T&C charges $50 or $60 each to dispose of your old toilet). One of the old toilets had to be cut out from grout with a grinder since there was ceramic tiling around the base. He did a thorough job in each bathroom, connected new supply lines, cleaned up the dust and debris, and made sure everything was secure and level. Total including tax came out to around $460. I thought that was reasonable considering the amount of work it took. He spent about 3.5 hrs to complete the job. I would say they are consistent with their quality and have fair pricing and that's why they're my go to plumbers. Fortunately, I'm familiar with their staff and usually just request Evan or Randy to do the job because I know they are experienced, competent and fast. The only drawback is sometimes you have to schedule weeks in advance because these 2 are in high demand.

They installed my gas stove quickly at the best hourly rate i could find $89...every interaction was professional from the scheduling to the installation unlike some of the other places I called who charged up to $40 more an hour.... highly recommend these guys. .. thanks

T&C Plumbing is great. Jackie took our call and told me that she would get someone out as fast as possible. She called back and told me Evan would be out shortley. Evan came out to our store really fast. He fixed our problem and worked fast.. He explained exactly what the issue was and corrected it. Thanks T&C Plumbing!

Cliff of T&C came at a late notice to our apartment and immediately unstopped the bath tub and started on our kitchen sink stoppage. He worked hard on it, but there was big plug involved and he returned the next morning with a longer snake and unstopped it within minutes. We have had a couple of other prior experiences with T&C Plumbing and they have always been excellent. Mahalo to Cliff and T&C for their prompt, professional and diligent responses. One star only because I couldn't give less. When I called the young girl on the phone acted like I was bothering her when I called to arrange work I needed to be done. She didn't have the plumber call me as I requested. I had them replace a sink faucet and shower control, overflow plate and drain. They didn't even clean the area around the overflow before replacing the old one and the the caulking around the shower control plate had two small voids along the top of the seal. I also noticed no plumber's putty around the drain and it appeared water was going around the drain instead of down it. When I sent an email to the owner, Randy, about the drain he didn't even respond. I just got two half sentences from the company, probably the young girl, one that he was going to check it. Then after that he checked it and that it was dirty around the overflow and that was AFTER a tile guy had repaired their shoddy work. Randy didn't even check the drain which is the reason I had written to him. Since it was a plumbing issue the tile guy said he couldn't repair it. Can't speak on their service, but if they're gonna drive recklessly in a company vehicle then I wouldn't have much hope in them as a business. Speeding through residential areas without any blinkers and tailgating drivers. Almost rear ending my car with my 3 year old inside because your driver decided he wanted to speed up to cut through cars with no blinkers. You'd think in a company vehicle they would try and represent their business better by not driving so recklessly...

You know, I see many plumbing companies in the heavily-congested condo area where I live. Our condo unit owners have used many of those and tried do-it-yourself's - but eventually have come to trust T&C Plumbing to take care of their plumbing needs. Timely, efficient, polite, reasonable rates - job done right, first time, every time! You couldn't ask for anything more. The last time my shower conked out, T&C came out right away and fixed the problem - he even recommended I return the shower head that I got at City Mill because of a history of problems with that particular shower head.
