Heard about this company through a friend that has used them before. I called them to set up an appointment to clear up a clogged shower. Crew showed up on time and was very polite. They got to work snaking the drain and provided updates while they were working. Once the clog was cleared, they cleaned up and was on their way. The whole process was simple and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely call them again if I had any clogs.

Amazing service. I called around 8:00 in the morning and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful she let me know someone would be at my house between 9:00am-1:00pm. Our tech got her at 9:50am and it only took him 10 minutes to get my toilet unclogged. He also informed that my toilet needed to be changed not because of the clog but because the jets on the toilet were weak and was causing a weak flush. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you T & C!!!

Update: I don't know what's going on with my life lately, but my water heater needed to be replaced, so I found myself looking for plumber services again. First price quote I received from Emergency Plumbing started at $1600-$2500, depending on which ""package I wanted."" I quickly turned them down and purchase a heater and install through Home Depot. Well 48 hours went buy and no one called to schedule an install. Chris, owner, messages me back via Yelp at like 6/7 am Monday morning. He had a technician out by 1230 the same day. Considering my tenants haven't had hot water, I'm extremely grateful. Will update cost of service once I get the bill. Another five star experience from the same company. Contacted company via Yelp app. Sent a photo of my plumbing issue and requested a quote. They got back to me the very next business day with an estimate. Easy to use and cost of replacing mixing valve behind shower wall was approximately $150. Leak was fixed within a week. Will definitely use their service again if I need to.

First off, I'm disappointed in the young plumber who came into my home and wasn't trying to listen to what I had to say. He just blew me off while I was trying to tell him the problem of my heater. He said ok the heater is working now and I was telling him the things I've tried and it would only be lukewarm water NOT hot water. He said it should work now. He was in my house about 10 minutes. I waited an hour before trying. The water was cold. I called back and Samantha gave me attitude on the phone. Then when I tried calling no answer after that. That was very unprofessional Samantha.

Found Heater leaking on Saturday,spoke to Randy of T & C Plumbing that same day. Randy himself offered to come and repair heater right away, at least to stop it from leaking. He advised me that hot water would be off until Monday though, for thats when a new heater could be purchased and replaced. I asked if we could wait until Monday. I don't do cold water. He personally guaranteed that his company would follow up with me first thing Monday morning, which they did. Plumber Josh was at my place by 8:30. He accessed the heater situation, even checking all surrounding areas and piping / fittings thoroughly and efficiently.He replaced heater all by himself and he took his time making sure all things were working correctly, cleaning up after himself and doing a great job during replacement, not making a mess and/or damaging anything. Josh is very friendly and looks to be very handy and responsible. He does things with common sense, which now days is very hard to come by. I work with customers of all kind daily. Its so nice to be a customer who is so satisfied with the service I received from T & C Plumbing. Randy and Josh are great and know whats up. Randy and his crew are life savers! Came home after work to a broken water heater and my apartment flooded with water. My landlord got me in contact with T & C and they were able to get someone here in no time! Randy was so friendly and easy to talk to on the phone. He sent over Josh who was, also, so polite and got the new water heater up and running super fast! Can't believe how quick my problem was solved especially since it was a Saturday night! They installed my gas stove quickly at the best hourly rate i could find $89...every interaction was professional from the scheduling to the installation unlike some of the other places I called who charged up to $40 more an hour.... highly recommend these guys. .. thanks
