Cliff of T&C came at a late notice to our apartment and immediately unstopped the bath tub and started on our kitchen sink stoppage. He worked hard on it, but there was big plug involved and he returned the next morning with a longer snake and unstopped it within minutes. We have had a couple of other prior experiences with T&C Plumbing and they have always been excellent. Mahalo to Cliff and T&C for their prompt, professional and diligent responses. Another big Mahalo Jan Kim of Locations Property Management for always taking good care of us.

Communicating with a landlady to communicate with a company who contracts out to another company is never easy. I feel for Samantha at T & C Plumbing who was on the end of that nauseating email and phone chain. We will be having hot water soon! No more shockingly cold showers! Thank you, Samantha and the technician who is coming to install the hot water heater!

Plumber was hired by my Property Manager. They did not arrive on date and time after I had to take a day off of work. Waste of my time. Would never use them again!! Very disrespectful to waste people's time.

James came by on Friday and did an amazing job! First off, he arrived right at the start of our 2.5 hour window - hallelujah!!! He proceeded to retrieve the light clogging our drain (yes, a light) and efficiently cleared the pipe of some other stuff, all the while being friendly and cheerfully explaining what he was doing as we watched in fascination. He definitely knows his stuff inside and out...literally! 10/10 would call again

If I could give T&C Plumbing a negative review I would. It took them TWO whole days to submit a report regarding a major leaking problem from the apartment above me, which stalled the ability for the property management company (M&M Real Estate) and our resident manager to address the issue. All the while, the leaking continued. The tenants of the unit causing the leak had to contact M&M Real Estate to tell them that the water heater was creating a pool on their floor for them to finally decide to fix the issue. While T&C went to replace the busted water heater which turned out to be the cause of the leaks into our unit, never once did they come down to our unit to assess/check! You would think that if you're trying to thoroughly investigate the cause of the leaks, you'd want to check the unit that's being affected. Had they come and properly did an explorative assessment when we had first reported leaks into our apartment, perhaps things wouldn't have gotten to the point that it did. It gets better. When replacing the water heater, they supposedly ""noticed a pipe was cracked in the unit above them,"" so they somehow managed to blame all of the water damages to the unit above them, when they themselves had to replace the water heater -- which they had actually mentioned was nearing the end of its lifespan -- so they even knew about it, but didn't do anything about it until it finally burst. When they replaced the supposed ""cracked pipe"" of the unit above, it caused draining problems in the shower for that unit. Throughout this whole process, they never provided any official reports/documentation or photos to us to indicate what's going on, so we're at their mercy as they fabricate whatever narrative they want to put them and M&M in the clear. We were the ones having to constant ping them and M&M for answers. And even when we did reach out to them, they would provide runaround, unsatisfactory answers. To this day, they've yet to give conclusive evidence or provide a report, which I guess wouldn't matter anyway since I'm sure they would've doctored it up and made it so they and M&M would be in the clear. T&C Plumbing and M&M Real Estate property management are in cahoots with one another and are some extremely shady characters. I am never one to write reviews, but this poorly mismanaged incident has compelled me to warn others about doing business with these people. You should not do business with T&C (or M&M Real Estate, the the property management company they're partnered with), unless you want to be swindled and treated with unprofessionalism!!

We have used T&C Plumbing for several jobs over the past 15 years. This time we had a drip leak with an outdoor faucet. Evan arrived and not only repaired the drip leak but changed out the faucet on both outdoor spikets. I will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Mahalo Evan...

First time dealing with any plumbing issues since I recently bought an apartment unit. I was both worried and frustrated to learn that there was piping damage seeing how I just got the unit earlier this year. Randy, was the professional that the building manager recommended and I'm glad he did since Randy was really nice to answer all my questions and put me at ease. Randy explained the issue and what was needed to be done. I appreciate that he was honest about any costs and services and how he helped me with talking with my building manager. I definitely would recommend Randy to anyone with plumbing issues since he's friendly and didn't push any services.

Our plumber Chris E. was very efficient and answered every question and concern we had. He also did a great job replacing our toilet bowl. Such good customer service and would definitely recommend!
