Rick and Debbi Dolly are the proud owners of Switchback Building. With 35 years of practical experience, Rick has mastered his craft. Rick has held the role of superintendent at two prominent contracting companies. Debbi brings 26 years of experience in business and operates a separate small company. After tying the knot, they resolved to unite their talents and establish a business.
