With a strong background in construction and business, Rick and Debbi are well-equipped. They strive to create a supportive workplace and develop enduring connections with every client. The founders of Switchback Building are Rick and Debbi Dolly. Rick has dedicated 35 years to hands-on work. He has served as a superintendent for two major contracting firms. Debbi has spent 26 years in the business sector and runs another small enterprise. When they married, they decided to combine their expertise and launch a business together.
