Contacted several of companies for a new water heater installation. Among of all, this company is far superior by providing honest estimate and has done as estimate without charging unnecessary BS extra works. I'm so happy with them.

I called these folks for help with a hot water heater replacement. I had a couple of quotes and Swift was reasonably priced and I got a good impression from them, so I went with them. They did an excellent job and were pleasant to have in my home. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, I had an unrelated water leak that was noticed. They gave me a quote which I accepted and they sent out a few guys to do the work. They evaluated everything again and said that it would be more cost effective to go with another company and have the entire house replumbed instead of just rerouting this one line.

I did what they suggested and yes, their advice was correct - it was more cost effective to just replace the 60 year old plumbing. Having a team like this give up a job because it was the best thing for the customer is the kind of honesty in the trades that is unbelievably hard to find.

In sum, I couldn't recommend Jay and this team more. Thank you for being so helpful and honest!

Replaced a water heater with this company. Great service. They removed by old 40 gallon and replaced it with a 50 gallon tank with all the trimmings (hose,pipe, pan, etc) Will be using them again for other services they offer pretty soon.

Josh came out to replace a water heater that failed. He gave me a few options, including extending the warranty. He explained the pros and cons of going with a tankless system. In the end, he suggested that a traditional tank was better option for me. He was professional and worked fast! He was done replacing the water heater in 3 hours. Our new water heater is working great, and provides us tons of super hot water!

I wrote a 5-star review last year (check it out!) AND I'd me remissed if I did not discuss my most recent experience with Jay and his team at SWIFT. Almost a year later, I had questions about my water system and, regardless of time since we had our system, Jay and his team thoughtfully answered my questions and took the time to walk me through my system. Can't say you can find customer service like this nowadays. Let's be honest - these days, it's more of a cash grab for some businesses. BUT the folks at SWIFT stick to their quality service. Really glad we worked with Jay and his team - truly unmatched customer service that is by far second-to-none!

old water heater - found it leaking at night - called their 24 hour line and got a price and time for the next day. Right on the hour they arrived, removed the nasty old heater and completed the new installation quickly for the price quoted - hot water by noon. Would definitely recommend them.

I've used these guys a few time. Completely satisfied with their work, cleanness, knowledge and especially pricing. These guys coming, trouble shoot and locate the problem. Explain the game plan they have and they get to work. Completing the job in the shortest time possible without taking short cuts. Highly recommend.
