I was very pleased with their service 6 years ago when they installed a hot water heater in my home.

6 years later, my hot water heater had a hole in the tank. They advertise as being 24/7 service. Well, I called them Saturday morning for help. Today is Monday and I still have not received a call from Swift Water Heater. I am very disappointed!!!!

This vendor is a scam. Cost of the water heater is $200.00 above retail and $1,000 in addons. Not even close. I would never use them.

My water heater blew and was leaking. I called swift on a Monday and they sent over josh Lyons that afternoon. He quickly swapped out my old water heater for a new one in a couple of hours. Excellent service all around.

I talked to Jay on the phone and I discussed our plumbing issue. He took the time over the phone to help us resolve our tankless water heater issue without the need for a service call. My husband was able to fix the problem and order the part directly from the manufacturer. He is a honest and outstanding plumber. I will be using him in the future for any plumbing needs. The initial responses for the quote were very timely. However, things went downhill from there. They have quoted the best price for the job and I would like to engage them for the work. I asked them to confirm the price, the lady on the phone said she will get back to me after she confirm it with her boss. She never called back. Subsequence call to the company number only go to voicemail that is full. Message via Yelp also went unanswered. After 4 days of waiting, I hired someone else.

I found Jay and his crew through referrals from my neighbors. He sold me on the tankless water heater and answered any questions I had about it including my initial reservations. Notably, I was concerned about the delay in hot water, but he had a solution with a crossover valve. We also explored different options for submetering (on a rental property) and I appreciate how he runs his crew. He seems open to feedback from his guys (who all appear to be knowledgeable) and makes a command decision after open and frank deliberation. Swift also installs a smart leak detection unit, which also looks to be a good idea as a preventative/prophylactic measure. I like things looking real clean and Bobby had a great idea of streamlining the electrical cords and components.

I'm looking forward to the final part of our tankless and submeter being put in. Thanks Jay and I have been strongly recommending you to anyone I come across whose interested in tankless.

Jay and his team replaced my very old water heater into a tankless one. I had it scheduled the very next day and they installed it quickly. I really liked how they repainted the vent to make it look nice in my garage. So far, no issues and no regrets of choosing a tankless one over a traditional water heater. Their pricing is also reasonable than the other service providers I called for. They are trustworthy and i highly recommend them!
