OMG OMG what can I say? These guys were literally a lifesaver. Our water heater went out on election night and I figured I'd NEVER get anyone to even respond to my email or text on such a crazy night. Not true ... a mere hour later Justin responded letting me know that his team could be there first thing in the a.m. Literally, 9am the next day (it helps that we're in Irvine as are they). He politely asked me to text him photos of the damaged heater (which I did) and he was able to give me an estimate over text ON ELECTION NIGHT!!!!!!! I can honestly say I've never received such impeccable customer service. Followed only by incredible responsiveness (they appeared 8:45 next a.m.) THANK YOU to Jay, Keoni and Jesse. 5-star group of guys and I plan to share their info with anyone/everyone. Water heater was fixed within an hour of there appearance here. God Bless Swift ... name fits them perfectly

These guys are great! It is very rare I have such a great experience with ANY company, much less a repair company. On Saturday afternoon, I walked into my laundry room and stepped into a puddle of water...never a good sign. I quickly surmised our 30 year old water heater was the culprit, as it was sitting in a huge puddle of dirty water. I got on Yelp, saw the stellar reviews (you know we are all wondering if these are just friends and family of the owners) but gave it a whirl anyways. Jay answered right away and quoted me a price. I had done some quick internet research just before and knew it was a fair price. What a good guy!

They came out later that afternoon. They were very nice, clean, and helpful. I cannot say enough great things. THAT is the way to run a company and I know if they keep up this service and pricing they will be around for the next time we need a water heater. These will be my go to guys when that happens. Thanks again Swift team! You knocked it out of the park.

Jay the owner and his team Jesse and Keoni were very responsive, professional and attentive to our broken gas heater valve on a weekend. They made 3 separate trips because we had the wrong part from the heater company. Also fixed another plumbing issue when I asked them. Highly recommended. We won't hesitate to call them again.

Swift Water Heater and its team is the definition of under promise and over deliver! Our pilot stopped working and would no longer keep a flame. After calling on several water heater repair companies, which all told me I was looking at a 2 day turnaround I finally got on the phone with someone who was willing to put in the extra hours to come out and check it out.

My hot water heater had leaked and had created water damage and mold with the drywall and the platform for the water heater. I called Jay and he was out the same day with a replacement but it could not be permanently installed until the drywall was repaired and the mold treated. His people accomplished all of that and then came back to permanently install the water heater. His main goal was to ensure we had hot water. He and his people were very courteous, prompt and left the areas clean. I highly recommend Jay and his company for any plumbing needs.

I picked Swift Water Heater over the phone because of the reviews, price and most importantly because of Jay's thorough knowledge of the industry. Keoni came out and replaced our water heater almost immediately after my call. Great guy, great work. We also found we immediately needed our entire house replumbed due to a water quality problem. I was so impressed with Jay and Keoni's character and ability, I chose them to replumb our entire house without getting another bid. I was a very high maintenance customer. My questions never stopped. I needed to understand the work to be sure I was making the right decisions for my parent's home. Despite a multitude of texts, phone calls, questions throughout the process, Jay answered every single call, question, and text with the utmost patience, kindness and supplied me with thorough answers. Jay responded to all my inquiries practically immediately no matter the day or time of day. A++++ for accountability. The job was done very well and very quick. Keoni and Jesse were also key players in getting our house done. Both of them clearly took pride in their work and were extremely dedicated. The entire team never stopped working and were so very considerate. I felt like we were their only customer. So impressed. But that's how they do business. Jay quoted over the phone that my problem was likely the thermocouple and it would take him 20 minutes to fix. Made an appointment for the next day and it literally took him 10 minutes start-to-finish! Lived up to his company name!
