Chris from Swift Water Heater came out and helped us with a leak that was identified by our gas company in the hot water heater. We made the call over the weekend and they said that he would show up first thing Monday morning. Chris was on time and really a pleasure to work with. He confirmed the issue in the hot water heater control unit, worked with the manufacture as everything was still under warranty, got the part and had everything done the same morning. I came home from my vacation to find that my garage was wet because my water heater was leaking. I called Swift Water Heater and spoke with Susan who was extremely helpful. She went over all my options, and explained the process start to finish. I ultimately went with a tankless water heater because I don't ever want the hassle of a leaking water heater again, plus Susan let me know that the gas co. is currently offering a $600 rebate. I couldn't be happier with my new tankless water heater, and will be using Swift again to install a Water Softener in the near future.

Our complex was switched over to tankless water heaters while so much construction was going on. Chris was so wonderful making sure all the units were hooked up quickly and correctly and even left his information behind so that we could contact him if the construction workers messed with the water supply or shut the tankless tanks off.

I called Swift to evaluate tankless options. Jay was very helpful during the initial estimate visit. He took time to explain the different options, pros/cons of embedded circulation pump, right sizing based on household usage, etc. He also provided a competitive price. I decided to go with him because he was the most credible of the ones that I interviewed. And he did not disappoint.

When it came to installation, Chris Kuskie was on time and very efficient. He was prompt in removing my old tanked heaters and installing the new Navien tankless that I ordered. More importantly, the installation looked clean and professional. Jay also stopped by to check on the job during installation.

Jay was also attentive with my questions after installation. A few months later, it was made aware that a minor adjustment was needed. Swift was very responsive in scheduling the appointment and Chris came out to make the adjustments for free.

Overall very glad that I went with Swift. Very professional.
