What I really appreciated about Swift was the fact that they gave me a very reasonable quote through Yelp with a photo I had sent of what I needed fixed. During COVID, and in general, I did not want random businesses coming in and out of my home just to give me a quote.
They were able to come out on the same day that I inquired about a service, and were on time. Bobby was the service technician that came out- and he was super nice and easy going. He worked efficiently and bonus- even helped me with a random issue I had with my front door out of the kindness of his heart! I really appreciated the service that I received from inquiry to project completion and highly recommend this business!

We had an emergency plumbing issue that required immediate attention. We called Jay based on a recommendation from a friendly neighbor that has the traditional values that unfortunately seem to be eroding in our society such as integrity and honesty.  Though he could not immediately come over because he had to finish another job, we waited for Jay. And so far, we are glad we did. Jay and his guys are super courteous and professional. We ended up giving Jay and his crew a fairly large project because of our comfort level with him and his guys. As much as practicable, it looks like they tried to be clean and understood the nuisances that often come with construction. Jay has his own wife and kids and I appreciate how he looked at the job from how his own family would be affected by a construction project. He balanced this ""human"" perspective with understanding that we wanted the job to be done well and at a high quality.

Several members of our family are from the military and we are inculcated with the values of attention to detail, going the extra mile, and doing what's right even when no one else is looking. When it comes to construction, there are multiple aspects of the job that a homeowner probably could not check for; and lackluster or poor quality work probably would not be discovered until something goes wrong - often years down the line. Thus, we believe that integrity and a culture of ownership in one's work and the work of the team is important in construction. It seems that Jay has the attention to detail, pride in his work, and demands that his crew meet and exceed a high standard of workmanship.

In construction projects, there are often challenges or obstacles. We appreciate how Jay has showed flexibility and openmindness in dealing with these issues as they arise. By putting all our heads together, we've developed proactive solutions. We are looking forward to using our tankless water heater system and embracing a newer technology than what we're used to. We are also putting in a similar system and a leak detection system for ourselves and our tenant(s).

We're not entirely done yet, but we are super stoked to see how the final result of Jay's work for ourselves and our tenant(s). It's also nice to know that there are good tradesmen out there who seem to be great Americans and guys of integrity and overall good values. Thank you to Jay, Connor, Josh, Austin, and the rest of the crew!

Swift Water Heater applied for and picked up city permits. Installed the following day and scheduled with City to complete final inspection. They were quick and efficient and provided excellent customer service. We are happy with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

after being in the property management business for over 30 years I have dealt with plenty of water heater contractors, I had a problem on a Huntington Beach 4 plex and contacted a well known water heater company, after 6 days of delays and not getting the job done I reached out to Swift , within one hour of calling them the water heater was fixed , amazing service , highly recommend them !!!!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. A different company did a really poor job installing a Navien tankless at my house and that company's rework attempts were pretty meager. I contacted Navien looking for leads on certified installers and was put in touch with Swift. 8am the next business day Jay the owner was in my garage listing what needed to be done. He even offered to be on a conference call with the company that did the original install. I opted to have Swift pull my Navien down, reinstall it, do a comfort valve (I had no idea my Navien had an internal recirc pump), and a water softener to boot. Despite an unforeseen thing or two everything came in at the estimated price. Thanks guys, you may be hearing from my neighbor to the right soon.

My introduction to Swift was prompted by a down water heater on a Sunday night. To my surprise they answered my call at 8:30pm! After an informative discussion we decided to spring for the tankless water heater. They installed it the next day..Amazing!
In the following days after a few discussions with the owner we proceeded with a full water treatment system and re pipe.
My family had the pleasure of meeting the whole Swift team. Good people. Knowledgeable and proficient.
