Had an emergency issue with our downstairs bathroom overflowing and flooding. Bryan Moreo arrived promptly on a Friday afternoon and handled the situation. Victor arrived with the hydroflush and cleared out what the snake couldn't due to a problem with the position of a pipe. I was able to view the problem with the camera and everything was explained as to why this has been a continuous issue since we moved in. Both Bryan and Victor were very professional and down to earth and no bs.

So, to start things off, we were having issues with our water bill being super high; we talked to a couple of plumbing places, and Sweet Water offered the best solution with a budget-friendly fix!

Initially, we thought it was just the sprinklers, but Matt came out and looked around and explained there was no way, as the sprinklers pull from the house first, and the house pulls from the main! We were leaking between 2.1-2.5 gallons a minute!

Setting up everything only took less than a day, and they had it done in 24 hours within starting! It took a couple of them to work on it, but being friendly and quick was beyond a positive for me and my wife and two kids! Matt, Larry, Anthony, and Andrew understood that it was hard for me to take care of my kids and spouse without running water, and we worked together on fixing our main water supply from the city and getting our water back up as soon as possible.

Being a disabled vet, I can only do so much during my medical condition. They offered to help clean up and put everything back as close as it was! Which was a beyond huge help!

My wife and I are loyal customers of Sweetwater's excellent service from projects they have completed on our home. We turned to them this month when we abruptly developed an unusual but very worrisome leak from our 1st floor ceiling located below a 2nd floor bathroom. Matt came out quickly to form a plan and together with Victor and Andrew, the leak was found quickly before severe damage had occurred. Victor, Anthony and Dakota then worked on removing and replacing a pipe with a pinhole leak, then installed new intake pipes to avoid similar events in the future. We were given clear, simple explanations and shown their progress each step of the way. We appreciate all the members' professionalism and initiative to explain the issues in layman's terms to us. Can't thank them all enough, especially the hands on work of Victor, Andrew, Anthony and Dakota. Similar to our prior experiences with Sweetwater, they came through for us once again, and we highly recommend them for their excellent work.

Sweetwater Plumbing delivered a great service. The technician that was sent out was Victor. Victor sent updated times about his arrival. He was very friendly and a good conversationalist. After discussing the issues with the bathroom. Victor got to work promptly. He was able to fix the issue in record time and tested the issue multiple times to ensure it worked. He also tested it in front of us. Victor was very professional and gave great advice to prevent this issue in the future.

Service was good but disappointed in rate had same drain cleared twice before and the rate amazingly over doubled in price so going to have to look for another plumbing contractor
