Sweetwater rescued us from a terrible experience with another company who quoted one price then after encountering a pipe their worker inadvertently dislodged from the exterior wall, doubled the price and claimed no harm. Called Sweetwater for an estimate and the GM John himself called me back. He was warm and understanding of my situation and since I had sent the other Plummer home due to their sky high price hike, he arranged to have someone here bright and early to deal with the mess that was left. Robert was professional and thorough, explaining the process to me and adding value by doing things not on the invoice. He beat the former price by 950.00! Matt and his team were called over to repair my mother's house after it flooded. He detected several different area that needed attention and gave me several different options for repair. I do not generally trust workmen as a rule but Matt was very knowledgable, professional and put me at ease right away. He was very honest, thorough and available to answer any questions I had. Sweetwater installed a tankless water heater for us earlier this year, which developed a functional issue (only warm water on cold mornings). Matt Robbeloth and Andrew came to the rescue replacing a malfunctioning part and did an overall trouble shoot of the appliance and its connections - once again, hot water showers on cold mornings - life's great. The water heater (located in the center of the house) leaked damaging about 120 sq ft of flooring. Took care of everything - removal of heater and damaged flooring, drying subfloor, replacing the heater and payment from insurance co. I took care of finding the flooring stock and an installer to replace it, naking for a very resonable split of the effort. Technicians were completely professional in demeanor and demonstrated completely satisfactory workmanship, arrived as scheduled and did what they planned to do over the about 10 days it took to get the floor dried. It happend in July so cold navy showers were tolerable.
Later called Sweetwater for an quote for repiping the house using PEX, which was competitive. Further unlike other companies that insisted on doin the job thier way, meaning ripping open walls, destroying wainscotting and one-piece tub surrounds, Sweetwater addressed my requirements, noting the risks of leaving some original vertical copper in the wall, which I accept completely.
Sweetwater is now my first call, likely only call, for plumbing
