Sweetwater Plumbing is the Go To Place for all my plumbing needs. I've used them 3 times in the past few years, and have always been happy with the results! Today, they sent Mike to figure out my problems with 3 backed up drains. As usual, this tech, Mike was professional, friendly, & extremely knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, he had figured out the lay out of the house, & how all the pipes were plumbed together. I don't think he was here more than 30 mins before all my drains were clear. Last time I needed help, they sent Bobby, another great tech. Anybody having plumbing problems, should look no further than Sweetwater. You will get a professional, friendly tech, at a very fair price!

Professional and friendly but overly priced , charged $1240 to replace a pipe in the ceiling and they don't patch the holes they make so now I have to hire another person to come patch
the hole.

$795 to hook up an existing water line for a fridge. They actually sent the invoice before looking at it. Price gauging and unnecessary services I concur.

These guys are great! I had a gas leak and got red flagged for my backyard. Matthew Fracasso came out and reviewed the situation, asked me questions then was able to figure out I had old lines and new lines and the old lines leaked and rotted and that was the challenge. It was simply excellent in that he was incredible honest. He could have easily taken me for $$$$$ as I am not a gas and plumbing guy. But he was honest and help me understand all the needs.

If you have a challenge, I highly recommend this company!

Shane from Sweetwater came out to put in a brand new toilet last week and this unexpected expense right before the holidays was just awful. He must have over heard me telling my son that we could no longer get a tree this year ( due to the unexpected expense ) because not only did he come back from Home Depot with a new toilet to install but also a Christmas tree!! A freaking Christmas tree!! I was in tears!! I couldn't believe it. Thank you so much Shane and Sweetwater!!

I called due to drain problem after installing a garbage disposal.
Mike did a very fast job of diagnosing the issue - I had not punched a piece out from the disposal.
I asked how much for the visit - he said not to worry about it - they were here less than 5 minutes.
I will be calling them back!!!

Well, I called the number and the lady who answered the phone was SO extremely rude I couldn't believe it. It was Sunday morning and I told her that someone had contacted my landlord saying they were available and I was calling to set up a time. Well she told me that she didn't know who I talked to but that she wasn't going to send someone out for an estimate on a Sunday and that she would only send someone out for a job. As I was trying to explain that my landlord had said that someone was available, all she tried to do was talk over me and cut me off, I had to end up talking loudly for her to even let me finish talking. I'm not one to ever leave a negative review but I felt this lady was so horrible to me on the phone and barely let me talk. She needs some serious training in customer service. This job would've been thousands of dollars for them but I wasn't going to call them again because of this lady. I wish I would've gotten her name so I could personally call her out.

He was prompt, courteous, and was able to help me out over the phone without me feeling rushed or that he was trying to upsell me. I could tell he cared and that is a lost art in business these days. This is the only company that didn't want to charge me $300 to $400 for s simply kitchen sink clog , even my Home warranty company found a way to deny my claim . But Matthew showed earlier than promised! He didn't use any excuses, he snaked the drain 2 X to make sure the clog was clear. I recommend this company and Matthew . A very pleased client.
