Well, I called the number and the lady who answered the phone was SO extremely rude I couldn't believe it. It was Sunday morning and I told her that someone had contacted my landlord saying they were available and I was calling to set up a time. Well she told me that she didn't know who I talked to but that she wasn't going to send someone out for an estimate on a Sunday and that she would only send someone out for a job. As I was trying to explain that my landlord had said that someone was available, all she tried to do was talk over me and cut me off, I had to end up talking loudly for her to even let me finish talking. I'm not one to ever leave a negative review but I felt this lady was so horrible to me on the phone and barely let me talk. She needs some serious training in customer service. This job would've been thousands of dollars for them but I wasn't going to call them again because of this lady. I wish I would've gotten her name so I could personally call her out.

He was prompt, courteous, and was able to help me out over the phone without me feeling rushed or that he was trying to upsell me. I could tell he cared and that is a lost art in business these days. This is the only company that didn't want to charge me $300 to $400 for s simply kitchen sink clog , even my Home warranty company found a way to deny my claim . But Matthew showed earlier than promised! He didn't use any excuses, he snaked the drain 2 X to make sure the clog was clear. I recommend this company and Matthew . A very pleased client. Price gouging and performing unnecessary services seems to be the norm for this company. If you're an elderly person calling they will definitely take advantage of you. They prey on the uninformed. They wanted to repipe my bathroom for a leaky shower valve. When I insisted they repair ONLY the leak in the shower they got upset that I called them out and still performed unecessary work and overcharged me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I will be contacting consumer affairs and BBB.

This is a mixed review. My house had a pinhole leak in the wall between the master and guest bathrooms. Sweetwater came out and did the job of fixing the leak and drying out the carpet. They left a mess and tore out way more than needed. Unfortunately, they decided to tear out all of our bathroom cabinets and walls in the process. They then sent in a sister company, Bahamas Construction, to handle remodeling. This company was TERRIBLE. They never gave an estimate or followed through on their promises. Nevertheless, I dropped them like a hot potato. They still owe us money for a deposit, for which they did not provide services. While Sweetwater appears trustworthy I found them not to be, hence I will not use them again because of their association with Bahamas. The owner, Shawn, does not like to be called out.

Scott is one of the most reliable contractors I've ever met! He showed up when he said he would, texted me letting me know he was on his way and most of all was honest & his prices are very fair. I would highly recommend him, in fact we're having him come back to do some other plumbing work we are going to be doing with a remodel.

First I sent out a request on Yelp for estimates never made an appointment with this company. But they showed up at my residence Shane I believe was one of the Tech's. After getting Noritz on the line and going over several testing codes he advised me that the system needed to be serviced cost approx. $800.00 and would take 3-4 hours of labor. I advised him to send me the quote and I would speak with my husband in reference to this information. After they left I noticed that he had taken the cover off of the system and put it back upside down. I contacted Susan the receptionist while this isn't that big of deal I believe you leave things as they were found. She asked me well are you going to have some else come out? I responded why are you asking that she stated they could be it back the way it should be. I said no your tech should. She had such an attitude as if she was bothered by my response! In reading your previous reviews while most were favorable or your work some mention this employee by name. It appears the problem with this employee still remains.

I asked for an estimate and posted the address. These people didn't even call to cancel or tell me the address was too far. They just didn't come without even a call. I had to call multiple times before they told me my address was too far. If so they shouldn't have made the appointment

Had a plumbing issue. Called Sweetwater Plumbing on a whim (based off a general message I sent). Super fast response Was able to book an appointment for the very next morning. Technician- Michael Lanphear very professional. Great customer service and a huge help. Would definitely recommend.
