Swat plumbing was fast and on time. That is the only thing good about this. The service tech only spent a few minutes at our property attempting to diag a leak. Without using any tools to verify what he thought was freeze damage on an outside wall hose bib was actually not the problem. He closed case with home warranty company since they don't cover freeze damage. After two calls to Swat asking to talk to a manager or supervisor no call returned. Had a second opinion company come out and verified what Swat said was leaking actually turned out not to be leaking. Unprofessional tech, management and company. Would never contact them again for anything.
