SWAT Communicates just like I want via text and personal phonecalls so appointment timeframes are known by all and met. I do use Nations Home Warranty to use local businesses who are too quality and to take care of needs when needed. Thank you S.W.A.T.!

I just want to say thanks to Phillips and the SWAT Plumbing crew for being prompt and precise and getting us back up and running!

Thankfully we have OneGuard so after our one time payment repairs were covered. Their system could be better planned out. I think a 6 hour window is a bit much! Yes, 6 hour! My time frame was from 1-7pm! Also they don't let you know the time frame unto the evening before. Luckily my schedule is somewhat flexible. Despite the office and dispatch dealings the technicians they send out appear to be knowledgeable. Phillip did an excellent job. Arrived soon after letting me know he was on his way and took care to resolve the issue in a timely manner. He made the whole process so easy.

We were referred to them through our home warranty program due to our tankless hot water heater not working. They diagnosed it and said they would order the parts and return to fix it. We waited several days and didn't hear back from them so we called. We were told they would check on the status and someone would return the call, That never happened. We called again the next day and were told the same thing. Still no return call. After calling ever day, we were finally told the parts were on back order. I found the parts online at numerous vendors including Rheem.com and informed them the parts were readily available. If the parts were on back order from their normal vendor, why would they let a customer go for weeks without hot water and why did they not call us back and keep us informed on what was going on. They finally came out with the parts almost one month after their first visit. After installing the parts and leaving, the hot water heater stopped working again and showing an error code. We contacted Rheem and they said the code meant they neglected to put in a plug. Instead of going through them again, we had someone else come fix the plug issue. The follow up service text says if you aren't happy to please contact their Operations Manager. How about their Operations Manager call us back at least once when we were calling every day asking what was taking so long and explain why the parts couldn't be ordered from another vendor that had them readily available? One of the office staff said the parts had to be ordered from a particular vendor that offered a warranty. So Rheem, who is the manufacturer of our water heater doesn't offer a warranty on their own parts?!?!? I think it's all about saving a dime regardless of how it affects their customer. I will say that both plumbers who came out to diagnose and fix the issue were very nice and professional. I think the biggest issue is in their office.

Where do I begin? What a joke of a so called company. My tankless water heater stopped working and SWAT was kind enough to put me on the schedule the same day, a Friday, 10-18-19. They charged me the $40 service fee prior to coming out, which I was happy to pay because they were coming the same day. Guy showed up and basically just said, "its broken." I knew that already. He said he thought it might be the motherboard and that he would get back with me the next day, Saturday. I asked, "Are you open Saturdays?" he said, "Oh yes". Saturday came and nothing. Monday came and nothing. I had to call and try to get an update. I was told they would call me back in about 30 mins with a quote and nothing. I had to call back again to speak to the manager. He assured me he would call me back, and you guessed it, nothing. I had to call back again to be told they need to find the motherboard and then he recommended that I might want to change the whole water heater at a cost of somewhere around $3500, which included a discount. What a joke! I asked for a quote for a repair and to this date, 10/29/19, I have yet to receive a call. At this point I would just like my $40 back but they don't even have the common courtesy of calling me back. I have left THREE messages for a call back from a manager or the owner, or anyone, and not a single call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WOULD RATHER STEAL YOUR $40. I AT LEAST GOT OFF CHEAP I GUESS.

Customer service is awful. We needed a little flexibility on timing and both the technician and the dispatcher responded with "we don't do that." Sorry SWAT but we work or else we couldn't pay you. But I'm happy to pay someone else.

Booked through our home warranty company to come and fix a water leak and investigate a gas leak.
The window given for a plumber to show up was 8am -1pm. At 12:30 I check the warranty status of the repair and the window now states 8-5. No one had called to inform us of this change.
When the plumber arrives, they fix the water leak, yay. He informs me that there doesn't seem to be a gas leak and for me to call CoServ to get our gas turned back on, then leaves.
Turns out, there wasn't a leak because the gas was off and he never checked for that, and he never pulled a permit to investigate the gas leak in the first place. When we called to discuss this with the company, they were dismissive and rude blaming everyone involved in the process (warranty co, coserv, city inspector) except themselves.

Check their BBB complaints and reviews. Also check the status of their licensing and fines that this company has. It's disturbing. This company lies and has inaccurate billing practices. I HAD to use them when they were assigned by my home warranty company for a water heater that needed to be changed out. The water heater was still under mfr warranty which would require the appliance to be swapped out by a mfr supplier and then installed by this company. First they made us contact the mfr for the warranty which should be done by the technician. SWAT claimed that I needed to pay out of pocket for code upgrades and a county permit. I proved that I was not in violation of either of these claims with the county and state code/permit regulators. They then said it was policy that they change out everything from top to bottom which was not covered by my home warranty contract for liability reasons and to keep the appliance under warranty. They argued everything that I challenged and then said that these out of pocket expenses were cheaper than going with any plumber outside my home warranty so why am I arguing about it. The point is that the expenses were not needed from the beginning but because they make no money working through a home warranty claim they try every way possible to get extra money. I didn't agree to any policy they have and I had to pay out of pocket to bring the water heater system up to code years ago. Once researched I refused to use them for anything. They are lazy and will never give you an itemized break down of their work. He stated them verbatim to me in my phone call with the owner. DO NOT USE!

The workers were great and polite, but the quote I received was $1500.00+ more than others, so I did not use them.

Horrible customer service. I called our warranty company regarding a plumbing issue so they had Swat call me to set up an appointment. I told the warranty company & the receptionist at Swat that I would not be available from 4:00-6:00. The receptionist assured me she would make note of the times I was not going to be home. When I got out of my meeting I noticed I had a missed call & text from Dillon saying he was on his way at 4:46. I called the number back & got a recording saying after hours service calls will be charged $250. I waited until the next morning to call back hoping to reschedule the appointment. The receptionist was quick to notify me that even though they sent a plumber out during the timeframe I was not available they were going to charge a copay fee for a no show and another copay fee would be due for the reschedule. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers & warranty companies. I called our warranty company back & advised them again of the situation and made it clear we would not be paying the copay for the "no show"
After reading these reviews I think I'll find another plumbing company.
