Swan plumbing is amazing they were so professional sweet and well priced. They gave me a great deal on a water heater!

UPDATE: I just talked to Bull Frog Plumbing. they are at least 50% LESS EXPENSIVE than Swan. They told me upfront about all the costs and gave me some advice on how to save some money (Call the manufacturer and have them diagnose the issue and pre-order the parts.
UPDATE: The Owner/Management Response is Misleading. Call center sales reps do not need to be licensed plumbers to explain that there maybe a $495 diagnostic fee. That's an excuse to try and get away with a deceptive business practice.
Bullfrog Plumbing is completing the repairs this Friday for under $300 TOTAL. That FIXED for $300 not DIAGNOSED for $600 like SWAN is trying to charge.

Red Herring might be a more fitting name for this company.
After having techs out for a quote on replacing a kitchen sink faucet and a bath tub faucet. I was quoted around $300 for the kitchen faucet and $1400 for the bath faucet. They also inspected my water heater, which is 6 years old. They quoted me $2900 to replace it. These prices included 30% off since I had already paid $99 for a full year of their maintenance and inspection plan.
I then called Legacy Plumbing out to give me a quote, and they replaced both faucets for a total of $850 with tax included as well as the $50 fee to come out. They also quoted me a new water heater for the price of $1600. Legacy Plumbing saved me nearly $1000 for the SAME JOB.
I used Swan for the first time in the past for a emergency gas leak in my attic and looking back, I am very concerned with how bad they must have price gouged me back then since I did not have time to seek more than one quote.

I just want to start by thanking Jon/plumbing for always coming to help with my water heater and being very professional and courteous. When I call about noises I hear he goes about and beyond to find the problem. He then explains so that I understand. One time I thought it was water heater and it turned out to be my dumb smoke alarm. I have used Swans to replace water heater and my AC unit, cannot express how happy I am with this company.
Jon thank you for always having a smile on your face! Thank you

They came out quickly, but completely over charged me. I believe they were very sexist about my knowledge of plumbing and over charged. I attached invoice. Also I paid at time of service and they are still sending me invoice. After telling the plumber I do not want to use their service he continued to push me to have them complete more things around my house by using scare tactics. It didn't work, but it further proved that the intention is not to be helpful. This is not the only bad review that they are scammers. Don't make the same mistake as I did! They truly need to be reported to BBB.

Terrible company to use and work for will pay you salary but work 60+ hours like a slave then they Don't appreciate you terrible company

Called on a Saturday due to a breaker panel in my house that was making an electric shorting sound. They informed me since it was Saturday, it would be considered an emergency call and would cost me $195 for a tech to come out. Tech arrived around 8pm and I showed him the breaker panel/issue. He informs me that the "manifold" is toast and that my entire panel will need to be replaced. He did no physical looking into the panel, just said it needed to be replaced because it was old. Told me that even though it's shorting out, I "should be ok" until I got the panel replaced. Quoted me $6600 to replace the panel. I informed I needed to discuss with the wife and would let him know. Charged me the $195 and left. Not convinced I needed to replace my 15 year old panel, I began to play with it and discovered that it was a single breaker making the noise. Turned it off and the shorting stopped. A friend helped me replace the $12 breaker and issue has been resolved. Glad I paid to have a professional tell that my $12 fix should have cost me $6600.
I know it was late on a Saturday and the tech probably wanted to go home, but very disappointed that I spent that money with the company. Oh, and they never called back to check on us.

DO NOT USE SWAN - INCOMPETENT, UNQUALIFIED and DISHONEST.
Approximately 2 years ago we hired Swan to replace our 3 AC units. As soon as the summer heat started we noticed significant humidity problems including the warping of our wood floors and mold coming out of the air ducts.
We notified Swan of the issues and after multiple service calls they admitted that they had sold and installed units that were oversized for our house. They agreed to replace the units and asked us to pay an additional $5k. That offer was rejected and they eventually replaced the units for free. INCOMPETENT
Round II - despite their remediation issues as soon as the heat returned the problems returned. The humidity in our house is consistently over 70%. Once again we reached out to Swan to resolve the issue. After multiple visits and their own employees admitting that it was their problem Swan essentially threw up their hands and said we can't help you. I paid another company to come in and assess the work completed. Within an hour they identified the issues - essentially Swan only partially fixed the initial problem. UNQUALIFIED
When we purchased the units we were given a certificate that promised a 100% moneyback guarantee if we were unsatisfied with anything. When I asked for a refund they stopped answering my calls. I have contacted them multiple times and asked them for a refund and they do not respond. Looks like we are going to have to take them to court to get resolution. If that what is what it takes - I am willing to do it. DISHONEST
DO NOT MAKE the same mistake that we made. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They do not know what they are doing and they will not honor their commitments.

Paid money to have these 3 pipes disconnected AND removed in a house I'm updating. All they did was disconnect them under the house, leaving them still connected to the underside of the bathroom sink they knew I was later removing. That's lazy. Was told the original tech I met, David, would be my tech. They sent a bunch of others and not David. Waste of my time and money. I had another $5000 of plumbing work I needed done. I hired a better plumbing company to do it. Don't settle for a fancy website, mediocre customer service, and halfway work. These folks don't do what they say they will nor do they send the techs they promise to send.
I have a daughter with a heart condition and a limited life and a heart we need to protect. Yet many of their techs had a problem wearing a mask inside. They made it into a political covid issue instead. When I insisted they wear masks in my house, one smarted off. Unprofessional behavior. That's the last time they were allowed in my home. Here is a pic of the pipes I had to remove myself, after paying them to do it. Do not recommend.

I called Swan Plumbing Heating and Air because I am a member with the company. They are on the high side with their fees. Since I had a leak from my 2nd floor bathroom, I went ahead and set up the appointment anyway.
David, the technician, came and said that the wax ring of our toilet needed to be replaced. It was going to cost $275 to which we agreed. He had to buy the wax ring (he took forever to return to the house per my husband). When he was about to change the wax ring, he changed his repair proposal to now replacing the toilet flange, making a hole on the sheet rock (which he is not going to repair) to the tune of $2300! My husband called me to inform me of this and of course, I did not agree! I told him to have the technician put back the toilet and turn the water back on! As in any estimate, we have the right to reject any proposal!
The technician left the toilet uninstalled and the water to the whole house turned off! He had the audacity to charge my husband $225 ($275 less $50 coupon) for something that was not done and that was going to inconvenience my family! This is just ridiculous! Who can function with no water? Melanie from Swan explained to me that he can not turn the water on because he did not want to cause a flood! Well, why did we call a plumber for? If the valve was faulty, which he thought it was, he could've replaced the valve so as not to leak and leave our water on! He is the professional and he scared my husband saying it may cause a flood! Of course, we did not want that to happen! Melanie said that she will escalate the matter and let her manager know, that the manager will give us a call. It is now close to 24 hours and still no call! I told her that she has inconvenienced us and that I want my money back!
Long story short, I called another plumber and it did not cost me $2300! He said that the flange did not need to be replaced. It was normal wear and tear and that the screws were still intact! The sheetrock or holes in the wall was not needed! No repair of the drain in wall was necessary. Yes, he replaced the valve and the wax ring to the tune of $130.
So BEWARE of this company! I had the intention of having them do the job and not screw me over! I said no because I wanted a second opinion and I did not have that kind of money! For David to leave my home with no water is mean and inexcusable, unacceptable! No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment!
Yep, I agree with with Meg's review from April 28, 2021. This company's modus operandi is bait and switch! SAD!
