Daniel is a true pro. Smart, responsive to any and all questions, polite, professional and always respectful of your time and your home. He and the rest of the SWAGS team are my go-to team for expert plumbing service of all kinds. Highly recommend!!
Christian was fantastic. On-time, friendly, and took the time to explain the situation. His level of service is top notch!
Had an issue with my toilet. All it took was one phone call. SWAGS was there in 45 minutes. Identified the problem. Went and got the parts. And fixed it. GREAT EXPERIENCE. The service wrap was super nice and professional. :)
Nicole D.The technician seemed knowledgeable and very nice. Walked me through the steps he took and was very kind to answer my questions. I found it educational. I was happy with the situation when he left, but then sad/upset when I found that the issue still persisted afterwards.
My fault for not being very educated about plumbing.
Ultimately, I paid for someone to break through my ceiling to confirm it wasn't a toilet leak issue (whew) but a shower one. Perhaps the overflow or something else.
The session ended with me just watching the situation with a hole in my ceiling. When it began to leak again, I called the main line and the phone answering service couldn't tell me if I had to pay a second time for a follow-up appointment. It wasn't fully diagnosed the first time, so I didn't want to be charged for a 1/2 done job. Never really got a full answer about a charge.
I did get a follow-up call where there was talk of opening more of the ceiling. I was wondering if there was a less non-evasive way but apparently, the thought by the technical team was to break things open more.
Thanks to YouTube, marshall's/tj maxx where I bought a selfie stick, and my dad - we did the non evasive thing - used the phone to see further up into the wall from the ceiling hole and opened up the tub overflow. We broke nothing else but we think we found the problem. None of this was thought of by the technician!
We stopped the leak and While the situation is partially fixed (drying things and fixing the ceiling), I am looking elsewhere for the final solution.
Conclusion: I will call another company for further plumbing issues. Perhaps this place is good for some things like installing a sink, but I'd still choose elsewhere.
THANK YOU, DAD!
THANK YOU, YOUTUBE!
A HUGE thank you to Jamie of Swags plumbing. I'm still not 100% since being released from the hospital after almost twelve days to find ANOTHER stripped screw on the cold handle of our shower from the previous owner dripping numerous amounts of water this morning. My husband was able to fix the hot one a couple years ago, but the cold shower handle on the shower proved very difficult. Off to Lowe's we go to get a set we thought could release (finally) the screw from the cold handle. No such luck! My husband tells me he needs to bring a plumber in. I'm in tears as I'm wondering if we'll have enough money for food and the other bills due in the next couple of weeks after paying the plumber as we rely on my disability insurance check. My husband has no income since being laid off in 2021 for Covid and then hospitalized in kidney failure for two years and in rehab for months after that.
Jamie comes into our messy house, I apologize and he was beyond amazing. My husband and Jamie (I'm sure it was mostly Jamie ) worked their butts off to finally get the stripped screw out, replace that and the surrounding area. No more leakage. As he was was leaving, we asked what we owed and what he accepted for payment. Nothing! When my hubby told me this, I burst out crying.
Thank you Jamie. I'm going to spread you and your company far and wide. This was a gift I never expected and I truly hope in my future, when I'm well, I can support you and your company even more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .
Excellent, very considerate. I would call them back. My shower problem has been solved.
Nickolas B.Had a leak under my main shutoff to house. Christian with SWAGS plumbing quickly identified the problem, purchased the replacement parts, and repaired it better than new (copper vs PVC) in less than an hour! Quality of work, timelyness, and friendly service were very appreciated! Will be using them again in the future.
Very good service both in terms of the quality of the work as well as interactions with the business office side of the operation.
We ended up with a fairly large project that involved two stages of inspection by the city. We were provided a good payment schedule and kept well-informed all along the way of who would be coming when. Their subcontractors (diggers, drywall) were also all very good and pleasant to work with.
We have used SWAGS several times in the past and, should we need such services again, will certainly turn to them.
My water heater intake pipe developed a leak, with water gushing out, so I had to turn off water supply to the entire house. I called Swags Plumbing and got an appointment for the next day. The plumber came next morning, even earlier than I expected, inspected it and gave me an acceptable price to fix it. He replaced both in and our water lines, drained excess water and re-ignited the pilot. One of the outlets had very corroded thread, and so the plumber had to be creative to attach the line to it. After about two hours of repairs, my heater was operational again -- bug thanks!
I was asking a lot of questions about the system, and got very detailed answers. In particular, my heater has already served twice the expected lifetime, and so one day (hopefully not too soon) it will need to be replaced. For this case, I already got an approximate price for replacement from the plumber -- and it appears to be a right price. So I will likely call them for the replacement.
Honestly one of the best plumbing companies I've ever worked with. 1) The owner Jaime is very responsible and he personally walked me through diagnosis over face time before even the technician appointment, 2) The technician Christian is very professional and helpful throughout the appointment, 3) they price very reasonably.
