Purchased a fairly expensive Kohler kitchen faucet, air gap and soap dispenser and didn't want to screw up the installation myself so we got a neighbor's recommendation to use SWAGS. They were very responsive and able to get a technician (Danny) to meet my request date and time. Danny showed up right on time, wore shoe covers and installed it straightaway. It took him about 2 1/2 hours so I knew that I would not have been able to it myself.
It's only been 2 days but so far so good.

Very responsive, on time and excellent execution. I had a terrible clog in the main pipe coming out of the kitchen sink which I couldn't fix on my own using DIY methods. I messaged Swags and they came back to me few mins later, could accommodate my emergency and scheduled me for same day appointment. Jaime arrived sharply at the scheduled time and fixed the clog and also fixed the pipes under the sink all in less than 1 hour and without leaving any mess behind. Excellent service, I strongly recommend them.

Call SWAGS first! VERY happy with the service and professionalism. I had a bit of an emergency (after hours of course) and Daniel helped right away. Went above and beyond in coming to my home after 8:00pm to see what could be done temporarily while waiting for the right truck/equipment. Technicians came first thing the next morning. (They were even a bit early! Lovely!). Very please all around.

I highly recommend Dan and Jaime from SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. I found them to be very honest and reliable .

We recently had a water leak which needed immediate attention. After calling 10 different plumber without any success, Dan returned my call within10 minutes of my phone message. He came out that same day. After crawling underneath our house, he was able to locate the water leak which was behind our refrigerator. The refrigerator was a challenge to move because of the location and tight space. In addition to the the water leak we had moisture behind the refrigerator wall and floor. Dan had to remove areas of our wall due to the excessive amount of moisture created by the water leak. Jaime was instrumental in helping us contact a restoration company. They came out the same day to set up fans in our kitchen. Four days after, the floor was dried and after weeks of waiting for refrigerator parts to arrive, our refrigerator was finally repaired. At which time, Dan immediately had our drywall repaired. The day after our drywall had been repaired Dan and Jaime returned to place our refrigerator back into its challenging and tight space. Should we need a plumber in the future I will only call Dan and Jaime.
