Came out the same day for a plugged kitchen sink. Since then I've hired them to do additional work - so far kitchen sink replaced and new garbage disposal installed. More, less glamorous work (i.e. under the house) still left to finish.

We hired SWAGS to install and replace four toilets and fix a broken sink stopper. They did good work - and when they had a SNAFU, they immediately told us what happened, and how they would make it right. They also pointed out the 'high quality' workmanship of our tract homebuilder. Sadly, we're past warranty for the tilework, but SWAGS took pains to point out everything.

What they were able to finish up - great! Super happy.

They also picked up the toilets from Rubenstein's, saving us a trip or a delivery fee. Definitely worth it.

Daniel was our tech and he did a great job explaining all of the things he was checking and why / what could be wrong. He was very thorough and provided options for us. However, it turns out we had a blockage out by the street and we were better off getting the city to come clear it. Very appreciative of the honesty and professionalism. Will call them again if we have any other plumbing problems.

Got an Appointment almost immediately (faster than I could handle.) Tech (Matthew) came on time with a phone call ahead. Thorough work, clean area, excellent repairs. Variety of little jobs - all done well. A real keeper.

Jaime was amazing! We had a leaky pipe in the backyard and I was frantic to find someone. I called them and they had Jaime come in the same day to
Stop the leak and the next day to change the damaged pipe with a new one. He was prompt and extremely professional! He changed and waited to see if there's any leak and made sure the job was done perfectly! I really think we got lucky finding this company will highly recommend them! Will definitely continue to use them in the future as well!

Our washing machine emergency shut-off valve broke unexpectedly and SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter were one of the first companies to reply when I reached out to several companies on Yelp. To be honest, another company offered a slightly lower price and would have been able to come in a little sooner, but what convinced me to go with SWAGS was how attentive Star was in reaching out to me and connecting me with Jaime, who then gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done with reasonable solutions. Talking to him gave me confidence to proceed with their company.

Within the a few hours, Daniel arrived to assess the situation and perform the repair, which was done very quickly and looked great! Matthew came later and they gave me a more in-depth explanation of what caused the situation to happen and encouraged me to have a restoration company come by for the water damage that occurred. Daniel even went under the crawlspace to check out how the rest of our pipes looked like because we have an old home, and he informed me that we had some old pipes that needed to be removed and even active pipes that needed to be replaced or the situation could happen again. I appreciated their advice and honesty and proceeded with the removal and replacement of the pipes, as well as the replacement of our front of house water bibb the next day, which was done with a lot of care by Daniel and Leo.

I seriously appreciate how thorough they were and they gave me insight into potential problems in the future. They were extremely courteous and came right on time with the time they told us, and were very clean. They wore shoe covers which was so considerate, especially since we have an Asian shoes-off household. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will reach out to them with future plumbing needs!

SWAGS was fantastic to work with. I noticed a leak on a Sunday, reached out to SWAGS, and Jaime got back to me within 30 minutes to discuss and schedule an appointment. Purchased a fairly expensive Kohler kitchen faucet, air gap and soap dispenser and didn't want to screw up the installation myself so we got a neighbor's recommendation to use SWAGS. They were very responsive and able to get a technician (Danny) to meet my request date and time. Danny showed up right on time, wore shoe covers and installed it straightaway. It took him about 2 1/2 hours so I knew that I would not have been able to it myself.
It's only been 2 days but so far so good.

Very responsive, on time and excellent execution. I had a terrible clog in the main pipe coming out of the kitchen sink which I couldn't fix on my own using DIY methods. I messaged Swags and they came back to me few mins later, could accommodate my emergency and scheduled me for same day appointment. Jaime arrived sharply at the scheduled time and fixed the clog and also fixed the pipes under the sink all in less than 1 hour and without leaving any mess behind. Excellent service, I strongly recommend them.
