I recently had a blockage in my house which flooded the garage. I tried snaking it myself without any luck, it remained blocked. I called up Swags on late Sunday afternoon and they apologized they couldn't come immediately, but had someone at my door at 8:30am the next morning.

This guy was amazing, super patient and explained to me he wasn't going to look at the problem from the outside but would inspect under the house to make sure more problems wouldn't be introduced without knowing the cause first.

He explained how long my piping under the house actually was (75 feet!) so I needed a longer snake. He then went ahead and unclogged the pipes without issue.

In addition to this he took pictures from under my house and explained two other problems; a toilet leaking ever so slightly and a pipe which is supposed to have a gradual decline in angle had actually sagged due to the fixtures falling off. He offered to fix them but also said I could address these myself with ease, explaining how.

The final quote was very reasonable given the time spent and how quickly they came.

10/10 would recommend; they'll be the company I'll use in the future for plumbing. Thanks, Swags!

The service was requested on MLK holiday, the kitchen sink wasn't draining - standing H20, in a 1960 built home. He arrived the same day of request, suited up while putting ShuBee floor covering on the entry and hall and eventually after assessment the whole pathways in the house- vinyl and hardwood flooring. His assessment was computerized. I asked for the whole house to be assessment. He went back under the house and completed the assessment. Two wonderful and amazing workmen arrived to team under the house and outside: opening the stucco (which was explained well at the initial assessment). At the end of the day, he was on his hands and knees wiping down the floor covering. It was a pleasure working with SWAGS -highly professional, timely as we danced with rain days, my work schedule and life. I believe the value and 40
Year warranty that stays with the home as I will be long gone. TY Christian Daniel, Issac Jaime, Leo, Pedro PS I have pictures

We just finished a MASSIVE project with Swags. It's a top of the line company, and yes... with top of the line pricing. Sure there was a bit of a shock when we saw what we were about to throw down, but we ultimately decided that it was worth paying for premium service because we wanted ease and we didn't want to waste time and energy. Swags's work is high quality, their employees are highly professional, and most importantly Jaime is caring and beyond competent. Our house looked like the scene out of ET for many days, but without any of the anxiety.

Our flooring was well protected from the beginning to end, and the crew cleaned up after themselves every day, so we were never stuck with any mess. They always spoke in low voices and we never heard any foul language or gossip. Whenever we had questions, many of which were probably very beginner questions, they were answered with the utmost respect. We never dealt with any condescending, flippant, or cold attitudes, and we never felt rushed or pressured or diminished. (If you've had that experience with contractors and other vendors, then you know how much you want to avoid that ick feeling, especially inside your own home!) On top of that, there were no BS change orders, even when unexpected issues arose, which is very common on large projects like ours.

Jaime is who every business owner should looking to as an example of leadership and integrity. He's also very personable and has the of depth of someone with life experience.

Had a gas leak in water heater area, called for an appointment, service tech arrived in 2 hours. Identified small gas supply line leak. I wanted additional work done, replacing water connections, which they were able to do. Would recommend to others

Had an issue with my toilet. All it took was one phone call. SWAGS was there in 45 minutes. Identified the problem. Went and got the parts. And fixed it. GREAT EXPERIENCE. The service wrap was super nice and professional. :)

The technician seemed knowledgeable and very nice. Walked me through the steps he took and was very kind to answer my questions. I found it educational. I was happy with the situation when he left, but then sad/upset when I found that the issue still persisted afterwards.

My fault for not being very educated about plumbing.

Ultimately, I paid for someone to break through my ceiling to confirm it wasn't a toilet leak issue (whew) but a shower one. Perhaps the overflow or something else.

The session ended with me just watching the situation with a hole in my ceiling. When it began to leak again, I called the main line and the phone answering service couldn't tell me if I had to pay a second time for a follow-up appointment. It wasn't fully diagnosed the first time, so I didn't want to be charged for a 1/2 done job. Never really got a full answer about a charge.

I did get a follow-up call where there was talk of opening more of the ceiling. I was wondering if there was a less non-evasive way but apparently, the thought by the technical team was to break things open more.

Thanks to YouTube, marshall's/tj maxx where I bought a selfie stick, and my dad - we did the non evasive thing - used the phone to see further up into the wall from the ceiling hole and opened up the tub overflow. We broke nothing else but we think we found the problem. None of this was thought of by the technician!

We stopped the leak and While the situation is partially fixed (drying things and fixing the ceiling), I am looking elsewhere for the final solution.

Conclusion: I will call another company for further plumbing issues. Perhaps this place is good for some things like installing a sink, but I'd still choose elsewhere.

THANK YOU, DAD!

A HUGE thank you to Jamie of Swags plumbing. I'm still not 100% since being released from the hospital after almost twelve days to find ANOTHER stripped screw on the cold handle of our shower from the previous owner dripping numerous amounts of water this morning. My husband was able to fix the hot one a couple years ago, but the cold shower handle on the shower proved very difficult. Off to Lowe's we go to get a set we thought could release (finally) the screw from the cold handle. No such luck! My husband tells me he needs to bring a plumber in. I'm in tears as I'm wondering if we'll have enough money for food and the other bills due in the next couple of weeks after paying the plumber as we rely on my disability insurance check. My husband has no income since being laid off in 2021 for Covid and then hospitalized in kidney failure for two years and in rehab for months after that.

Jamie comes into our messy house, I apologize and he was beyond amazing. My husband and Jamie (I'm sure it was mostly Jamie ) worked their butts off to finally get the stripped screw out, replace that and the surrounding area. No more leakage. As he was was leaving, we asked what we owed and what he accepted for payment. Nothing! When my hubby told me this, I burst out crying.

Thank you Jamie. I'm going to spread you and your company far and wide. This was a gift I never expected and I truly hope in my future, when I'm well, I can support you and your company even more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .
