I had a water heater go out unexpectedly and called Sutherland at the suggestion of a colleague. Ti called me back within a few hours (even though I was told I'd have to wait till the next day) and was at the house the next morning. He and his partner worked all day to get my old heater removed, the abysmal plumbing done by the previous contractor taken out and replaced, and everything reinstalled and up to code and looking good. When I went down there the next day in the daylight to lock up I found they even cleaned all the leaves and debris off my lower deck on their own initiative. I know who to call for my next plumbing job.

I had a leak coming from my ceiling just below the master bath. I was convinced it was a drain leak so I called Sutherland. I setup the appointment through text message (which is really really nice!). The plumber (Sean) kept my informed on when he was going to arrive and arrived when he said he would. He walked me through all the things that it could be and we ultimately decided to open up the ceiling to take a look. It turns out that is was NOT the drain, but an enclosure issue in my master shower. Nothing more for the Sean to do. :) Here's the take away....Scheduling was super easy...Sean was extremely professional and walked me through all my options...and he did a clean job cutting out the drywall so the next guy can easily patch it up. I really can't ask for more in this case. When I have a plumbing issue, this will be the first company I call! 5 Stars!

The plumbing under my sink was literally falling apart. I called to get an appointment and was put on the list for sooner if possible. Not more than two hours later Ti and Camron were able to fit me in. I had an appointment and only had an hour, but in less than that time I received beautiful new custom plumbing under my sink ( it only took them 20 minutes), an idea for a brand new kitchen sink and they re-grouted behind my sink. All of this was under an hour. Amazing. I would give them 10 stars. Five doesn't seem like enough. This is not my first time calling them and it won't be my last. I highly recommend this company.

Follow up - I ended up calling Sutherland Plumbing back to put in a new kitchen sink and I absolutely love it! The recommendations for the sink were spot on to our style and the garbage disposal is super quiet. So happy with the service I've asked for estimates for replacing some bathroom sinks, too. This is such high quality.

We had some vague, frustrating plumbing issues related to lack of maintenance in our 116 year old house, and Sean came in & just HANDLED things. He made recommendations throughout the process, and explained what he thought should be done and what we could do with various budgets and time frames. He also had some great recs for some other things we had to update, as it related to the plumbing. The job was bigger than it first appeared (what plumbing job isn't!) but he stayed & finished it all, through thick & thin. Initial contact, scheduling, communication, & time frame were all top rate. Excellent work, very kind and knowledgeable man, and the most professional service experience I've ever had in my home, really! I highly recommend Sutherland Plumbing.

Fast. Thorough. Professional. Prompt. Communicative. Quality. These all describe the service I received from these guys for my water main leak.

I called the office and Courtney got my info and said I'd get a call soon. Soon indeed, Ti called and I told him about the problem. Soon again, Cameron showed up. He listened to me completely as I described the situation and we went over things. Then he did his inspection and measurements and gave me two options to fix the leak. He went over everything thoroughly that I could expect for the work. Before he left he made a temporary hookup bypassing the leak so I'd have water.

A few days later the crew arrived, promptly, first thing. By noon or so they were waiting for the City inspector to come approve the work. They had tore out the old stuff, removed deep thick tree roots (that probably had a lot to do with causing the problem), and installed all the new stuff from the street meter up to the house. Oh, they also cleaned out a clog, repaired my drain pipe, and fixed a toilet flush issue to boot. Before they left they everything was left pristine.

Bottom line: No one likes needing a big repair, but you may as well get it done right and that's how these guys work.

Best plumbing service I've had. With a 30-year-old home, you need to stop with patches and fixes. I bit the bullet and did some complete overhauls. The process and costs were carefully and fully explained. Want a clogged toilet unplugged? That's one thing. But if you need major work done, call a Master Plumber.

I am so impressed by this company! I called with what I thought was an emergency. Courtney quickly texted me back after I left a voice message on the company phone. Within 20 minutes Senior Plumber Ti called me and he was at the house 30 minutes later. He found the external leak issue at the meter before I arrived. Luckily for me, the leak wasn't with my meter, but it was my neighbors. For some reason the meter reader saw the leak and went to the wrong house (mine) to say a plumber needed to be called to repair the line immediately. Ti and Cameron were able to diagnose the problem quickly and put a temporary fix in place for my neighbor until they can complete the right fix. Great job guys! I'll definitely be using this company in the future for plumbing needs! Kudos!

Ever heard that term you get what you pay for? I am sure Sutherland Plumbing is not the cheapest plumbing company in town. But here is what you get. Sean texted me 15 minutes before his arrival to his appointment at my house. He showed up right on time at our 8 am appointment. He explained what he was doing said it could take up to two hours. He was done in an 1 1/2 hours. He even fixed loose hoses that were not part of the problem but could be later. He was super clean, no foot prints or messes to be cleaned up after. He was very professional and unobtrusive. I would highly recommend this company.
