Can't say enough good things about this team. They were prompt and up-front about costs in our initial communications and able to provide expert guidance over the phone for our water heater replacement. We have a very narrow stairwell into the basement, which limited our tank options, but Ti had several viable options for us. On install day, Cameron and Jack kept us informed of progress as well as a small setback, which they were able to provide a solution for during the same appointment. The whole team is professional and experts at what they do. They will be our first call for our future plumbing needs, and they should be yours too.

We had a problem with the hot water to our showers. I emailed Sutherland and Ti sent me a text asking me send him a photo of the faucet. He told me how to adjust the limiter on the faucet (which I ended up removing for maximum control). Problem solved via text and phone. He didn't even want to charge me, he was happy to help but I did send him a Visa Gift Card as a ""thank you"".

We've worked with Sutherland on a few projects and they are always fantastic. They take the time to understand what is needed and are very straightforward in terms of scope of work and pricing. Communication is also great as far as when the work will be done and how long it will take. The biggest compliment that I can give them (or any contractor) is that they truly treat our home like their own. They are extremely attentive to the quality of their work and it shows, especially looking at the difference between their work and other plumbers. I wouldn't use another plumber after working with Sutherland.

Amazing response and attention to detail. Sutherland was one of two plumbing companies who returned our call, out of five called, when our hot-water heater gave up the ghost. They provided a clear and concise quote and was able to schedule a team that same day. Cameron and Jack arrived early and fully equipped, explained what they would accomplish and how they would replace the decrepit tank with a new warrantied tank, new connection, eliminated the failing galvanized connectors and had the work completed in no time. I heard a loud rumbling sound coming from my water heater. I thought my water heater was going to blow up.

Water company only reads meter every other month so we didn't know we had a major leak for two months! One huge water bill later we discovered our main water line was corroded and needed to be replaced...unfortunately. We briefly thought of tackling the job ourselves but wisdom (and our backs!) won over.
After reading several reviews we decided on Sutherland Plumbing. Best decision ever. They arrived 20 minutes early on the big day and got the line replaced within 3 hours. Afterwards they spent almost 2 hours with the final touches; shoveling gravel where needed, cleaning up the yard where they moved bark, etc.
Cameron, Jack and Ti (the owner) were respectful of our home (crawl space entry in closet) by laying tarps and wearing booties as well as during their conversations with us. Highly recommend this plumbing company...already referred them to someone else who needs their main line replaced.

Our water heater tank started leaking on Thursday,I called to Sutherland plumbing later in the evening,received a call in the morning asking to send pictures of our tank and answered some questions. I had a quote 10 minutes later and received a call from Ti shortly after. His quote was very reasonably priced. Ti was at our house within an our and did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond our expectations, added additional valves,put depressurizing tank and made sure that tank stands sturdy in case of earthquake by putting extra planks on the wall.
I wish we found Sutherland Plumbing earlier. We are very happy with the service,communication and quality of work!

Cameron and Jack did an awesome job removing the old water heater and installing the new one!! The entry into the crawl space is very small and I had my doubts that they would be able to remove the old one but, they attached a winch to an I-bolt and smoothly lifted it out. They made it look easy! I'm very impressed with their work and professionalism. If you're looking for an honest bid (Ti responded quickly and answered all of my questions) and a team with an excellent work ethic, hire Sutherland Plumbing you won't go wrong!
