I could not have had a better experience! Excellent communication start to finish, superior work, very reasonable pricing and a level of professionalism that I thought was gone from the trade industry. I could barely get a call back from multiple other plumbers, much less get them out to my house. Tony told me what day and time he would arrive, showed up on time, was efficient, friendly, helpful and proved that excellent customer service still exists! Highly recommend!

Tony and Sam installed Navien tankless water heater. Total professional job from beginning to end. They actually repaired some problems left over from the builder. This unit is the ""cadillac"" of tankless water heaters and look forward to years of saving on propane costs. Thanks to the whole crew for getting us in so quick and replacing a 17-year-old tank that was starting to display symptoms. Would not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing issue.

This company doesn't have a good business model to allow for emergency services. Yelp assisted me with choosing the type of service and I chose Emergency. It went to Sussex plumbing who replied back, ""denied"" and unavailable until June. I guess they missed the point about ""emergency services""-- my water line exploded and my dog and I don't have access to water. :(

It's really hard to find good service in Milford. I saw reviews for this company and contacted the Owner. I was denied at first but I asked him to reconsider and he agreed to come. Because they are pretty booked up it was a few weeks before they could get to my outside spigot. I was given a date and quoted a price. It was worth the wait. The company communicated well. The technician came with his mask worn, explained everything and made the repair. All of the staff I interacted with were very respectful and courteous. I definitely recommend this company.

Sussex Plumbing is an honest, fair, and above all, caring local, small business. It is evident by their extraordinary customer service that their priority and their their bottom line is helping people over profit, which is a rarity in this industry. Cindi was kind enough to squeeze me into her husband's packed schedule even though they have been slammed due to the pandemic. Since we couldn't get an appointment right away Cindi suggested several DIY troubleshooting options so we could potentially resolve the issue ourselves before our appointment, and they worked! She could have just as easily not said anything and ultimately have charged us an hourly rate for an issue that only took minutes to resolve, but she didn't. Sussex Plumbing is not about profiting off of their customers (or potential customers!); rather they focus on building relationships in the community so that when you actually need plumbing expertise you know who to trust and who to call. Even though we thankfully didn't need plumbing services this time we definitely know who we will be calling next time the need arises. Highly recommend Sussex Plumbing.

I had a problem with water leaking into the cabinet under my kitchen sink and had to turn the water off. I contacted Sussex Plumbing and they went out of their way to have Bill one of their Master Plumbers come to service my plumbing issue after his last call.

The work that Bill performed was noting short of perfection! After he corrected the leak, Bill checked the pipes several times as he ran the water in the sink to make sure that water was no longer leaking from underneath my sink.

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to Sussex Plumbing! They went the extra mile by fitting me in just prior to the end of their business day. Futhermore, the rates charged by Sussex Plumbing are very reasonable. I highly recommend Sussex Plumbing to everyone who needs plumbing services. I intend to use Sussex Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs! As the saying goes, They're customer service and plumbing services are ""As good as it gets!""

Great communication and customer service. They were honest about their availability....I expect a good plumber to be busy! But went out of their way to recommend someone and make sure I was taken care of. Husband and wife team...so you really get the personal touch. I highly recommend Sussex Plumbing.

I reached out to 3 plumbers to completely replace an old outdoor shower - and Tony & team was the first and most thorough to respond. We set a date and time - and Tony called ahead to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier that day. The work took a couple of hours, and was very neat and professionally done at a fair price. Tony even let me borrow one of his tools to work on my bike at the time. Great people, great service, great work. Highly recommended.

While I did not use Sussex Plumbing, they were quick to respond to an inquiry. Unfortunately they do not service my area but were quickly able to recommend someone who did and very helpful. If I ever need any work done in their service area I would be sure to call again.
