I reached out to 3 plumbers to completely replace an old outdoor shower - and Tony & team was the first and most thorough to respond. We set a date and time - and Tony called ahead to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier that day. The work took a couple of hours, and was very neat and professionally done at a fair price. Tony even let me borrow one of his tools to work on my bike at the time. Great people, great service, great work. Highly recommended.

While I did not use Sussex Plumbing, they were quick to respond to an inquiry. Unfortunately they do not service my area but were quickly able to recommend someone who did and very helpful. If I ever need any work done in their service area I would be sure to call again.

There are not enough good things to say about Sussex Plumbing. Tony and his son were absolute professionals. They were knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. They offer to remove their boots and they clean up after themselves. They stand by their work and it shows. Tony was unhappy with the replacement tub spout he put on (nothing he did wrong, it was a defective spout) so he went out and purchased another one and did it again until him and I were both satisfied. He explained everything they were doing as they did it and never tried to sell me on anything other than what we needed. I would recommend Sussex Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs. Tony and his team (Cindy) were top notch. I had an emergency this past winter at our seasonal home with our water heater. I was traveling and got the call there was an issue (from a neighbor), after having the water shut off - I called Sussex Plumbing, they promptly communicated with me and told me they could get out there in the next few days to see what was going on. Tony called me when at my house and walked me through what was wrong. He removed the damaged water heater, winterized my home, and replaced it with a new more efficient water heater some months later (after the weather warmed up). He communicated everything to me in a very clear and digestible way, didn't even ask for payment until some time later. I would highly recommend him and his team, outstanding overall workmanship, service and customer service. A+

Tony is my ""goto"" plumber. Great job, great advice, fair price. We used him to:
1. Removed a 10+ year old electric hot water heater from under the steps and installed a Bradford White 40 gallon lowboy electric hot water heater with an aluminum catch pan which is discharging into the crawl space. Also installed a new ¾"" shut off valve and stainless steel braided supply lines.
2. Replaced two leaking lav sink faucets. One in the first floor powder room and the second floor hall bathroom. Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines.
3. Removed a leaking 1/2"" x 3/8"" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve.
4. Did an overall visual inspection of the valves, toilets, tub/showers and crawl space and at this time found no active leaks or fixture failures.
