Denny and Alex, motivated by the loving advice of their late father, set out on this path together. His final advice, “look after your mother, open a business together, and find a good partner,” became the cornerstone of their journey. Living by their father’s guidance (just ask their wives), they embarked on a mission that resulted in the founding of Supreme Service Today. When it was time to select a name, they shared a knowing look and proclaimed, “We will provide Supreme service, or we won’t take the job.”

Tatia clearly more interested in closing a sale than meeting my actual needs. (She does seem to have some good sales skills though - ""sorry you are going through this"", ""we are having a sale"", let's get an expert out to you"", etc.)
In the end they wasted my time and still never cared about what I wanted, just the script they wanted to get through and close on - getting $150 commitment from me with no commitment from them.

what if it needs more than 1 lb?
I am more interested in your refill prices than your check-up prices. As discussed earlier, it was working fine a few days ago.

The pricing comes from our service experts once they come to the property and survey the area, we don't have any in house pricing because we would be doing you a disservice by giving you basic pricing when everyone's system is different.

Technician Zach is highly knowledgeable on all things geothermal. Highly recommend him if you have a geothermal system. Also courteous and efficient.

Zack was out to my house recently to do the spring tuneup for my geothermal system installed by Supreme in 2015. During his visit he patiently explained the benefits of two additional components that are recommended for my furnace. The first is an ultra violet lamp for air purification in the plenum. The second is an electrostatic filter that captures much finer particulate matter than a standard filter. The cost was reasonable and the benefits were unquestionable. I was happily sold.
Keondre was exception and professional. He arrived on time and provided a quality service. Will definitely be using Supreme Services again.
James C.I've been having sporadic issues with my 3 year old new HVAC system since December. Finally my tech Hilmer the second time they came out noticed that the manufacturer had retrofitted a part from a recall back in 2021 and suspected it may be causing the system to lock out. I did some research and yep...other people who had this recall were having the same issue.
This fix wasn't apparent and it took a skilled tech to use intuition to diagnose what the issue was. It's always easy when a part breaks because it's obvious but in this case it wasn't an easy diagnosis. Side note Amana/Goodman/Daiken essentially had a recall on my unit which then was causing the issue to begin with...so I guess thanks for the initial recall and not have my house catch fire but as a company they now need to issue a recall on their own recall to fix the lockout issue it caused.

Zach came out explained everything to me and he was really nice and professional, and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend Supreme services!!
