I've been having sporadic issues with my 3 year old new HVAC system since December. Finally my tech Hilmer the second time they came out noticed that the manufacturer had retrofitted a part from a recall back in 2021 and suspected it may be causing the system to lock out. I did some research and yep...other people who had this recall were having the same issue.

This fix wasn't apparent and it took a skilled tech to use intuition to diagnose what the issue was. It's always easy when a part breaks because it's obvious but in this case it wasn't an easy diagnosis. Side note Amana/Goodman/Daiken essentially had a recall on my unit which then was causing the issue to begin with...so I guess thanks for the initial recall and not have my house catch fire but as a company they now need to issue a recall on their own recall to fix the lockout issue it caused.

I had my experience with Supreme services today and I must say they were great. Zach R was my technician and he was very nice very professional as well as the company as a whole. Zach came out explained everything to me and he was really nice and professional, and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend Supreme services!!

I can't be happier with my service from Supreme Service Today. I called first thing in the morning because of flooding in my basement. I received a call right back and then received calls, emails and texts updating me on the status of the call. I was told someone would be coming between 12 and 4. Justin showed up at 12:20. He was extremely courteous and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Everything went great!

Justin & James came to examine my water softener/filtration system & it's regeneration schedule which got off schedule somehow. They readjusted it, changed the timing, set the hardness for my preference, and most of all, tested & reset the salinity which upon testing the water, needed change too. Great, thorough & knowledgeable work. 5 stars. On time too!

He was incredibly friendly, professional, and just genuinely passionate about his work. It was a breath of fresh air in what seems a current era of challenge with respect to finding quality people to deliver home services. Youssef made some recommendations to keep our systems running longer and extend their lifespan. Kudos to him and the entire Supreme Team!!
