Our water heater started having problems and was about due for a replacement. Supreme was able to come out quickly and replace the unit efficiently and at a competitively fair price. They kept excellent communication throughout the project to let me know about any issues that may increase the total cost vs the estimate so there were no surprises at payment. Highly recommended!

Our water heater started pouring water out and we couldn't get the water turned off. When I called and told Cody this, he called me back on FaceTime to see the problem and told me he'd be out as soon as he finished his current job.
He was professional, friendly and made sure the area was left clean. He was knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend Supreme Plumbing.

While. I think Cody did a good job replacing plumbing in my hallway bathroom after demolition, he connected the drain hose on the dishwasher to the air vent which meant the drain was open and dumped lots of water behind cabinets. We didn't notice the leak for about 6 dishwasher loads and by then mold had set in. It cost over $2,000 to remove and replace damaged wood in cabinets and floor and Cody would not take responsibility. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the plumbing licensing board. He was responsive and timely in the beginning of the work but got defensive and blamed his big error on me, the homeowner, who is not licensed or trained on how to make sure a water drain is connected.
