Our water heater started pouring water out and we couldn't get the water turned off. When I called and told Cody this, he called me back on FaceTime to see the problem and told me he'd be out as soon as he finished his current job.
He was professional, friendly and made sure the area was left clean. He was knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend Supreme Plumbing.

While. I think Cody did a good job replacing plumbing in my hallway bathroom after demolition, he connected the drain hose on the dishwasher to the air vent which meant the drain was open and dumped lots of water behind cabinets. We didn't notice the leak for about 6 dishwasher loads and by then mold had set in. It cost over $2,000 to remove and replace damaged wood in cabinets and floor and Cody would not take responsibility. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the plumbing licensing board. He was responsive and timely in the beginning of the work but got defensive and blamed his big error on me, the homeowner, who is not licensed or trained on how to make sure a water drain is connected.

Supremebe Plumbing installed two water heaters for me after the big snow storm Feb. of 2021. I can't say enough about how great Cody and his team were! We had a huge leak in our pipes that prohibited us from using our washing machine for weeks. We had issues with multiple plumbers not showing up on time/cancelling last minute.

We found Supreme Plumbing and reached out to Cody and let him know our problem. He came out the next day to assess the issue, and pinpointed it immediately. Cody and his team came out that following week and finished the entire project in one day (other plumbers were telling us it would take them 3-4 days to complete) and did a fantastic job. They were courteous and respectful and did a fantastic job.

We will exclusively be using Supreme Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs going forward.
