My water heater went out and I called a local plumber to replace. The estimate was ~ $5,000. I was aghast BUT decided if I'm going to spend that much money, I want a tankless system. A friend suggested I call Cody at Supreme Plumbing. It was late in the day on July 3 but he responded and was here at my home early on July 5. My water heater was replaced with a tankless system in hours. I am thrilled with the instant hot water and wish I had done it sooner. My water bill should really go down and for an amazing price.

They treated us like dirt and did my mom extremely dirty. My mom paid $20,000 out of pocket and all they do is constantly not show up to her appointments and say they would have to "reschedule" but didn't do it. I am extremely disappointed as to why they would do my mother like this.

Beyond five stars.

The bath faucet in my daughter's bathroom would not stop running this evening. I had her find a plumber to fix it and she found a great one. This is the best experience I've had with a tradesman in my middle-aged life. Cody was extremely prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss with us what exactly happened once he replaced it.

Any plumbing business I ever have in the future will be going to Supreme Plumbing and I highly recommend you do the same.

I didn't use Supreme plumbing for my hot water heater emergency. They contacted me within 2 hours of me texting. This was on a Sunday morning at 7a. They were the 2nd plumber to contact me. Went with the first, which responded in one hour. I will have them at the top of my list for any future plumbing emergencies.

Can't say enough. I'm a single mom, recently divorced dealing with a house that has all kinds of maintenance issues Im just getting my head around. One night around midnight with three kids in bed, I had a major plumbing crisis ... toilets overflowing...septic backing up. I looked for a recommended emergency plumber on a neighborhood listserve. I found supreme plumbing. This kid responded immediately to my text and showed up first thing the next morning after explaining to me that night how to mitigate the immediate crisis. He is super professional, more knowledgeable than any plumber I've ever used, and completely transparent/ upfront about costs.

We had a pretty complicated plumbing-septic mess that had been going on for a while that no one before could figure out. Supreme plumbing finally got it solved without charging me a fortune.

Our water heater started having problems and was about due for a replacement. Supreme was able to come out quickly and replace the unit efficiently and at a competitively fair price. They kept excellent communication throughout the project to let me know about any issues that may increase the total cost vs the estimate so there were no surprises at payment. Highly recommended!
