Dave entered the construction field with his family but realized his passion lay in HVAC, founding his own business at 20 years old in 1999. The business has grown significantly, now serving Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Charleston, SC, and Lake Oconee, GA.

We're new to the area and called superior for a hvac inspection. Johnathon was our service tech, and I have to say, he might have been the best service representative I've ever had in 30 years. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and timely. I'll be requesting him every time I use superior.

They finally addressed my concerns. It took awhile but after finally talking with the leadership of the company they were very willing to assist me and provided me everything I requested. Thank you!

The central Georgia office which services Lake Oconee and Madison area struggles to staff with capable and honest technicians. Our installation was fraught with trouble and required several visits, and a finally a replacement technician to solve all of the problems. Recently the service staff was dishonest with the customer regarding extent of semi-annual inspection items that were performed. Perhaps the Bluffton SC office that services Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach has more capable technicians.

Professional, knowledgeable, and respond amazingly well to questions. Willing to explain what is going on with your system, and can describe complicated situations clearly, in layman's terms - a true hallmark of knowledge. Friendly, and trustworthy as well - they do what they say they are going to do.

We had a baby on Thursday and while we were in the hospital, our AC went out on Friday night with temperature reaching 97 degrees. Superior sent out Michael Crichton that night who arrived at 6pm and had it up and running by 8pm. He was absolutely amazing! We could not have come home with our newborn without him. Amazing service, response time and value, 10/10 will recommend to everyone we know. Truly superior service!!!!!!

The technician sent to diagnose HVAC issue was incompetent. Gave 2K estimate and no guarantee it would fix issue noting other issues may be found. So thankful I did not hire company. Friend correctly diagnosed issue with fan motor not working in minutes and fixed for $400. Very irresponsible company for hiring such an incompetent person.

No recommendations from me. My management company hired them to come to the rental and fix a leak. They were no shows , no calls , 2 times. 2 days sat around both days and 4 hour window slots each time. 0 stars from me!

There is no doubt that these technicians are qualified and talented. They are expensive, however. We requested an electrician to come to our house because several exterior outlets were not working. Within 10 minutes of arrival she was wrapping up to leave, as the solution was as simple as flipping a breaker in our main panel for the GFCI. We later received an invoice for $266. Seems excessive for dispatch and 10 minutes of their time.

I have used Superior for YEARS. Like ten. Something seems to have gone wrong with these guys, and they really let me down. I'll never use them again. Long story short, the last 12 months their quality has really lagged. It was to the point where someone else had to come out and fix a system they didn't successfully fix. I asked the owner, Dave, whom I know pretty well, to reimburse me and he ignored my email. Not satisfactory! I have spent probably $30k on numerous systems over the years since I am a landlord. I am giving these folks a 2 instead of a 1 because they did *try* to fix it, they just didn't succeed, and as I said I had to pay money to another HVAC outfit to get it fixed in the end. p.s. note how many reviews I have done over the years, all four of their other reviewers have completed very few actual reviews. Makes you think!
