Ken came by to hook up my well pump to our new electrical control panel and did the job accurately and quickly. Reasonably priced, and I could tell from some of the knowledge he shared with me that he is a master at what he does. Thanks, Ken!

Second time using Superior Pump: Review for Jason: No water was coming out of my faucets. Jason was here within a half-hour and showed me how I had buildup and it was affecting the pressure of my system. He was super helpful and within twenty minutes of his arrival, our water was back and running. Thanks, Jason!!!

Jason and Superior Pump have gotten all 5-star reviews for good reason. Fast, highly skilled, friendly, reliable, and the right person for your pump and water issues. He even came to our place on a Father's Day Sunday a few years ago to fix a water emergency. And didn't charge extra! He's the best!

Actually, Superior deserves more stars than you have available- i have absolutely nothing but great things to say-we recently had our well pump fixed by another company who charged us 5 k and left us without water,telling us our well had failed. Jason came out and determined our pressurized tank was flooded ,did repairs and we've had water ever since. I wouldn't use anyone but Superior.

I had a problem with my pressure pump last year. Pump was running without water and I couldn't get it started. I thought the pump needed to be replaced.
Jason Walsh come to check the pump. Fix the pump in 30 minutes.
Replace the pressure sensor and save me a lot of money on new pump.

My experience with Superior Pump Co. went like this. I came home from work on 1/7/15 and found this random piece of paper laying on my front door step. It's a Time and Materials Estimate from Ken at Superior Pump Co. Funny thing... I never even heard of Superior Pump Co. and I certainly didn't call them and request that they come out to perform any sort of evaluation of my water system. So Ken reports on this Time and Materials Estimate that he wants to charge me $614.00 dollars for a service call to replace a solenoid valve, a check valve and a pipe nipple on my water system. What concerns me is that I never even requested he or anyone else to come onto my property and start any sort of work on my water system to begin with... and furthermore my water system is working fine, it isn't even broken to begin with, it has been, and continues to be, functioning flawlessly. So in a somewhat irritated state-of-mind get a call into Superior Pump Co straight away and now other this guy Jayson gets back to me, he leaves me a message and says that they were out doing a repair on neighbors system and noticed a leaking fitting on my system. So I suppose that while they were in the neighborhood they just decided that they would work up a quote for me and leave it on my front door step. Interesting think is that what Ken recorded on his Time and Materials Estimate is not matching up with the story Jayson gave me. Ken gave me a quote to replace a solenoid valve, a check valve and a pipe nipple... while Jayson says that they noticed a leaking pipe fitting. Personally I don't like the way Superior Pump Co does business. When I need a job done I'll get someone out to take care of it and I don't appreciate random strangers coming onto my property and telling me what they think needs fixing.

These people are the best. They are soo good at their job and just so nice. Each time our water tank / pump has gone out, they've saved our butts on The Very Same Day. You can't go wrong with people so good at their work & connected to the community.

Jason and son Mike took care of our problem. They installed a new pump plus identified the problem that has caused the last two pump failures. They are now our new pump guys and will be called to Cachagua for two properties as needs arise. We also intend to promote them for other home owners in our area.

Jason just set up my 10K gallon tanks, ozonator to fix the iron problem, pipes to the well, pump to get pressure to the house, pipes to hydrant and new house, and troubleshot my well pump. He is responsible and calls me to discuss options. I can FEEL that he knows what he's doing, and I always knew what was going on. I will trust him with my well and pump system from here on out, he's a ROCK STAR of this business and I highly recommend him.

Jason Walsh at Superior Pump Company is a gem. I have a 20 foot sump in my french drain system. He replaced the pump, fixed the control box, and did minor repairs on 2 other pumps, all in just 2 hours. A few days later, the sump pump choked on a rock, and eventually we determined the sump needed to have 6-12"" of mud sucked out of the bottom. Since I couldn't find a sewage truck company to do that for a reasonable price, he dug it out himself and saved me $1,000. And he only charged for travel one-way. He's techno-savy too -- printed his invoice from inside his truck.

For wells, sumps, or rainwater harvesting, check him out, He came highly recommended to me by an acquaintance for whom he installed a harvest system.

This weekend I ran into our well water pump with the lawnmower and broke pipe fittings that connect to the pump. Water everywhere! I managed to shut off power to the house & pump and tried to buy pipe parts to replace that I broke. I am electrically challenged and had great concern when rewiring the 220V connections to the electronics connected to the regulator. I ran into a problem on Sat. and could not fix it. On Sunday morning I called Superior and spoke to Jason who was INCREDIBLY helpful. He asked me to send him photos by phone which he analyzed and advised me in detail what to do. The problem was solved. To highlight, I had called another pump company in Salinas on Sat. afternoon and they were not interested in our problem, not willing to allow me to come there to get parts and simply advised that they would only be available on Monday. Jacon, on the other hand, was willing to come out if needed on Sunday, but also offered considerable free advice that allowed me to solve the problem and not to electrocute myself! I will definitely use Superior in the future.
