I needed to change out a metal tank that was old and leaking for a poly tank. Ken came by within a couple of days of me calling his company. He got back to me within a couple of days with a quote to replace the tank. They were swamped but put me on the calendar for the date that I needed within a months time. Jason and Ken showed up on time and had the job completely done, wired and working within 4 hours. Taking the old tank away with no problems they couldn't deal with. I highly recommend these guys and their company for your well issues. They're my new go to guys when I need help with my well.

Superior pump IS superior. They set up out well to tank service, a very complicatedsystem and they service it whenever we have to modify it. John is the best... he comes very quickly when we call him, and even shuffled his schedule to come right away when we needed him after a relocation of tank. We are also general contractors, and if all the subs we worked with were as knowledgeable and as thorough as John work would be a lot more pleasant. John invoices you from his mobile office, and details materials and labor very accurately. It is a total pleasure to work with Superior Pump, and John is a super friendly person who really knows his systems. Superior Pump is a rare company, experienced, yet not overcharging or overreaching or overbooked.

I had an issue with my pressure pump earlier this summer. I called several companies and received not a single response. Then I found Superior Pump. I called their office and Jason came to fix the issue that SAME DAY! Last week my well pump died. I called Superior, Ken came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. A few days later Jason and Ken returned to replace the well pump. One of the very few businesses that return calls, show up when promised, and complete their work. Thanks a lot guys!

No replies no matter how many times I email/call them. Even when they promise that they will reply.

I have contacted both Jason and Leslie. Jason basically ignores all my emails. Then I called the office and Leslie picked up and told me that I should have emailed her. BUT THEY BOTH NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. Eventually I gave up on them and found another company to do my project.

Ken came by to hook up my well pump to our new electrical control panel and did the job accurately and quickly. Reasonably priced, and I could tell from some of the knowledge he shared with me that he is a master at what he does. Thanks, Ken!

Second time using Superior Pump: Review for Jason: No water was coming out of my faucets. Jason was here within a half-hour and showed me how I had buildup and it was affecting the pressure of my system. He was super helpful and within twenty minutes of his arrival, our water was back and running. Thanks, Jason!!!

Jason and Superior Pump have gotten all 5-star reviews for good reason. Fast, highly skilled, friendly, reliable, and the right person for your pump and water issues. He even came to our place on a Father's Day Sunday a few years ago to fix a water emergency. And didn't charge extra! He's the best!

Actually, Superior deserves more stars than you have available- i have absolutely nothing but great things to say-we recently had our well pump fixed by another company who charged us 5 k and left us without water,telling us our well had failed. Jason came out and determined our pressurized tank was flooded ,did repairs and we've had water ever since. I wouldn't use anyone but Superior.
