Jason and his team did a great job! My only regret is I didn't call them first.

We ran out of water, tanks dry. Another local well pump company came out quickly and diagnosed that the well pump was needed to be replaced. They ordered a new pump, but didn't get me a quote for the work to be done for 9 hours, delaying getting the pump ordered. That should have a warning sign. A full 6 days later they had the pump and came out to install it. Right away they had issues and couldn't pull the pump.

After much stress, I was out of town on an emergency assignment, I did what I should have done in the first place and call Superior Pump. Jason came out the next morning, pulled the pump, called me with a cost and completed the job that day.

Excellent job by Jason! Made it out to my house in a few hours, had the needed replacement parts in his truck, and had me back and running in no time.

Nobody likes to have unexpected expenditures for such items as a bad water pump and pressure tank, but working with pros like Jason made the medicine go down just a little easier.

Our pressure tank bladder on our water well system blew out and Jason, bless his ever loving heart, came out to investigate, diagnosed the problem, patched it together temporarily until he could order the needed part, and then came back out and installed the new tank all within a few days. You simply cannot improve on perfection and perfection is what they provide. I'm telling you I couldn't be happier with their services and you'll be satisfied too.

The huge water holding tank in our backyard in Scotts Valley started leaking water at the valve, and we called Superior Pump to come take a look. But then we accidentally broke off the valve when we were trying to adjust it to take a clearer picture. Water started gushing out unless we pressed something firmly against the hole in the tank. We did not have much experience with this type of things, and had to figure out step by step how to shut off the pumps. Jason from Superior Pump was super patient, and helped answer all our questions over phone calls and text messages when he was finishing up another job before coming to our house. Eventually Jason was able to switch out the old valve with a brand new one and saved the day. When he was here we also asked a bunch of questions about the pumps and generic maintenance and he was always patient to answer all of them. We are glad the emergency lasted only about 3 hours. Great job Jason! Really appreciated!

Immediately after the CZU lightning fire came thru boulder creek and destroyed part of my well I was able to get superior pump to not only answer their phone on a Saturday but open their shop and sell me parts to make an immediate repair so I could have water in my tanks. I then hired them to make all the permanent repairs once we were able to move back. Jason was not only professional, but was kind, helpful, and understanding on what the Santa Cruz mountains just went thru. His quote was accurate to what I was charged for the replacement and was done on time on the scheduled day.

Decent people, honesty, and great service. Can't ask for much more than that.

Will definitely be calling Superior Pump and Jason for my next well needs.
