BEWARE - They will try and SCAM you! The plumber came out and gave me the price to fix 2 valves. After he gave me the price I advised that I had a coupon. Suddenly, if I wanted to use the coupon that they have on their own website, the cost went up by $142 - for a $25 coupon!!! All of a sudden he claimed to have already given me a discount. Though he never mentioned a """"discount"""" before I told him I had a coupon. This doesn't seem like a very ethical practice to me, and since I prefer to not do business with companies which I think are DISHONEST, I simply paid the $37.50 service call fee and told him I wouldn't be using his company and cut my losses! AVOID SUPERIOR PLUMBING!

I had a great experience with Superior and Joel has excellent customer service skills. He was very informative and a hard worker. I would definitely recommend Superior to anyone. Very speedy with in one day in the rain even.

Don't call them unless you want to get ripped off! I had a leak in my basement so I called them (big mistake) the technician said I needed a new water heater for $1600. A week later, I still had water in the basement. I called someone else to give me an honest opinion. It turned out to be a clog in the condensate drain on the AC. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes for $30. There are good souls in this world and then there are those evil souls that would swindle an elderly disabled veteran out of money that he needed for his family. BTW, the WH they installed retails for about $800.

I have been having issues with toilets, sinks, and showers getting clogged for several months now. Superior has come out several times. Each time they just unclogged what was wrong, never dug any deeper (even though I had a sink and 2 toilets clogged at the same time). A little over a month ago, I was told by one of Superior's plumbers that my toilet kept clogging because I was using Charmin toilet paper. Well, luckily, Superior could not get me in this time so I went to a different plumbing company. Turns out, there has been a tree root growing in my sewer pipe for quite some time now and my house was just flushes and sink/shower uses away from flooding.

We had a water heater start leaking in the basement and needed replaced. I started googling plumbers and saw Superior Plumbing had phenomenal reviews. I called and they were able to set up an appointment the next morning. In the interim I ended up purchasing a new water heater from Home Depot. They offered installation with the purchase from a different plumbing company. I thought it might be better to use Home Depot's contracted service; however, I read a review online that stated the Home Depot service was very expensive so I decided to wait for Superior Plumbing to give an estimate. Darryl D. showed up on time the next day and was very nice. Darryl gave me the estimate and it was more than I had anticipated; however I found out that it was just my lack on knowledge for what it costs to install a new gas water heater. Darryl was excellent about explaining everything about the install and different options even from trying the Home Depot installer as he thought it may be cheaper. Darryl even said he would wait why I called them to see if it was cheaper and a better deal for me. I called the lady from the Home Depot installer and she asked the quote that Superior Plumbing gave me and when I told her she said she couldn't understand how they were doing it at that low of a price. I thanked her for helping me and then had Darryl start the job. It took about 4 hours and the job was done extremely well! Darryl explained everything he did and why he did it that way and why he takes the time to do excellent service. The job looks amazing and he made sure everything was working properly and he explained everything about the new water heater to me before he left. With all of the 5 star reviews, I thought for sure they were going to offer me a discount or something like that if I wrote them a 5 star review, but he never did. He just did an excellent job and made sure all of my needs were met. No wonder they are getting so many 5 star reviews. I will use them every time for plumbing services in the future!
