We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling this morning. I called Superior Plumbing and spoke with Maddison, who was very courteous and was able to get an appointment this afternoon. Jason Hendricks arrived well within the time frame I was given, was thorough in his assessment of the leak and clearly explained the problem. He had it fixed very quickly and also gave a recommendation on how to remedy 2 slow-draining bathtubs that I asked him about. The overall service was excellent and while I'm not familiar with other plumbers' pricing, what we paid today was well within my expectations. We will definitely use Superior again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a problem with loud noises in our pipes after Gwinnett County """"finished some work"""" on our street. John D'angelo was very meticulous in finding what the problem was (we have a big house with a lot of piping). He obviously knows his stuff and isn't afraid to get down and dirty to solve the problem. We haven't had any problems since. I would recommend this company to anyone who doesn't mind having the job done right the first time.

Tom S. did an amazing job. Stayed all day and replaced drain lines in entire house. Made sure everything was covered beforehand and cleaned well afterwards. He is pleasant and informative, and I would definitely do business with him and Superior again!

Superior Plumbing is a anything but Superiort. Prices are out of sight, not what they promise when I made the appointment, plumber was late, and when I questioned the price, he told me if I was going to complain, I should just get another company to come and do the work. Clearly they have too much business, and I hope to help them with this problem in the future. I have used them in the past, but will NEVER again. Rude plumber, bait and switch on pricing. If you have ANY other options, I would recommend you go with another company.
