The technician Brent was terrific...fully explained every detail of the four issues I had him inspect. He was quick and thorough and offered options that helped lower the price. Will definitely use Superior again!!

Quick service and fair, easy-to-understand pricing. Michael did a great job--about as painless as a plumbing repair can be.

We called Superior as the sponsor of the local high school. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain. We had troubleshot the clog and knew it was down stream of the trap. We realized that the repair would require snaking the line and explained that problem to the dispatcher. We asked for a price quote on snaking and were told it varies but would be comparable to other companies and that we would need to pay a dispatch fee of 37.50. The technician was very professional and polite. He confirmed our diagnosis and then looked up the price his price book - $300. We were shocked as this was two to three times the rates of competitors. We asked him if they would price match and they don't. So much for supporting the school sponsor as it would cost us an extra $200. We are going with Mr. Plumber and suggest you do as welll for a clogged drain.

Too expensive! I had Refigerator leak from the tube of the refrigerator that sends the water to make ice to the refrigerator. They estimated $1300 ! All I needed was a new rubber tube vfrom the wall to the refrigerator! It just had a hole in it!!!

I called Superior Plumbing to install a hot water recirculation pump on my water heater in order to get instant hot water in my kitchen and master bathroom. They came out and quoted nearly $800 to install the pump and one valve under a sink in the bathroom. I made the unfortunate mistake of trusting their pricing because I found them on Trustdale. Big mistake. After the installation was completed and I began checking around (should have done this first), I found the pump and valve only costs around $200 so the two hours of labor to install was a whopping $600. I don't pay my auto mechanic or even my doctor anywhere near $300 an hour. The work was satisfactory but in my opinion the cost was highway robbery. When I contacted them after the fact, they said the price was fair, end of story, no further discussion. Learn from my mistake and be sure you get multiple quotes before hiring any company to do work that cost more than a few hundred dollars. These guys even charged me an additional $37.50 for the service call which was not even applied toward the job. Wish I had simply paid them the $37.50 and sent them on their way. Could have saved several hundred dollars by going with another company.

Joel did a great job on my leak. I was happy that someone answered the phone on a Saturday and that he was able to come on the Monday. A good company.

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom . We called Superior Plumbing based on their ratings and being the only company listed on """"Trust Dale"""". Despite my calling on a week day and explaining an active leak that was impacting the drywall, they were not able to send anyone until the end of the following day. The plumber arrived very late in the day. Since he was there we decided to have him fix a clogged drain and showed him 2 faucets there were leaking slightly. He replaced 2 washers on the faucets and used big tweezers to pick out the drain and charged nearly $500. As to the leak, the critical issue, he was not able to diagnose it. We just had to turn off the water to the upstairs toilet. He cut a hole in our lower bathroom ceiling after he decided it could not be repaired from the top. He left and said we needed to call in a contractor to cut out more of our ceiling since he could not fit into the area, then he would return and replace the entire pipe and then we would have to have a contractor come back and repair the ceiling. He did not give us a specific estimate or specify the repair needed. We called the contractor the following day and after he looked at everything, he said what the plumber told us made no sense, that it was impossible to know how much of the ceiling the plumber wanted removed and besides, the placement of the beam in the ceiling created a situation where cutting out the ceiling would not create a bigger space for the plumber. The contractor then tightened the bolts on the upstairs toilet and there was no leak for a month but eventually it leaked again. We still intended to use Superior. I called on a Monday morning , explained the situaton and asked if a different plumber could be sent. I was advised by Melissa that since I requested someone different, this would have to be reviewed by a manager. This seemed ridiculous to me but I asked how long before I would hear from a manager and she said it could be a day or so. She finally called me back at 5 pm on a Friday evening... more than 5 days later to say that we could schedule an appointment. They clearly had no interest in our business and I was happy to tell her that I had called another plumber in the interim and would not need their services. Moreover, I would NEVER use them again. My experience with the plumber they sent and the manager followup makes me thing their good reputation is not deserved.

The service tech showed up on time to my appointment ready to work. He was professional, very experienced, and empathetic to my needs. He replaced my two 40 gallon water heaters with one 50 in less than 3 hours. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Seth was very professional and gave me sound advice on our leak issue. I will recommend superior plumbing for your future plumbing needs.

Overall, Superior seems expensive and I'm not impressed with the service. I called Superior Plumbing early Monday morning to fix my water heater. Superior sent out a plumber quickly. That's pretty much where my positive comments end. The plumber arrived in a big van full of tools and equipment but didn't bother to bring any tools inside. So I actually had to get a screwdriver for him to look at the water heater. In hindsight, I think he walked into my home with the intention of telling me that I had to have a new water heater. Anyway, so the plumber asked if I had hit the reset button. I didn't even know water heaters had reset buttons. So the plumber hits the reset button then determines that I need a new expasnion tank. The expansion tank was totally unrelated to my problem but I agree to have a new one installed. It took him about ten minutes to intall it. At this point, the water heater seems to be working again. So he charges me $227 for the expasion tank and hitting the reset button. He then tells me to just see if it will work and gives me a quote for a new water heater installation - its over $1400. So he did nothing to actually diagnose the problem The next morning I wake up to no hot water. I hit the reset button again and do a little on-line research. It seems that the problem is probably a faulty thermostat. So I go to Home Depot and buy two thermostats. My water heater now seems to be working properly. I wish I had just googled the problem before calling Superior.
