Love Superior Plumbing. I called another plumber once and ended up having to call Superior to fix what they did. Request Seth Plante (JP505964), he's the best. He's very personable and clearly explains the problem. The prices are also fair, considering they do the job right the first time.

The county identified a small leak just past our water meter. I called Superior, was told there would be a service charge to come look at it. The guy showed up on time. He never even lifted the cover off the water meter box to look inside, and quoted me $570 to fix the problem, because """"that was what the book said"""". I asked, don't you even want to look at it? And his reply was that he didn't need to, the book said it was $570 to fix. I told him he needed a better book, and a better approach, and I sent him away. I called Pike Plumbing, who came out, looked at the work, quoted $350, and did an excellent job fixing it. I know who I'm calling next time I need a plumber!

I called them and they set up the time with their standard service fee. I have terrible water pressure in my house. I told the service man on arrival what my problem was and he had no clue what it could be. I know we have a calcium issue here in Canton do I expressed my opinion that it may be related to that.....this guy had no clue. Each thing he tried cost $200+. At $700 I had to stop. And it still isn't fixed. I'll never use these them again. How can you send a plumber to a customer who can't trouble shoot to resolve the problem. I could have replaced the water heater for that!

These guys sponsored the Cherry Blossom Festival in Conyers, GA and had a tent set-up exclusively for a baby changing station! This was amazing! They had all different size diapers, wipes, hand sanitizer and lysol on a changing table that anone could use. I was so impressed that someone thought of this and we used it just because it was there! Thank you so much for thinking of the little ones and their Momma's!!

The service tech showed up on time to my appointment ready to work. He was professional, very experienced, and empathetic to my needs. He replaced my two 40 gallon water heaters with one 50 in less than 3 hours. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

So many companies will gladly give you a free estimate but these guys want $37 for theirs. I guess they think their estimate is better than their competitions.

0 stars. I schedule an appointment 4 days in advance for Saturday between 10:00 and 12:00. I'm at home waiting for them but I don't answer my cell phone so they send the plumber on to another job. Beyond upset. So, if you like supporting a company where they feel their time is more valuable than yours use Superior Plumbing.

Superior ran a new gas line for my new gas stove and dryer. Bo was our technician and was incredible. He explained everything once he gave the proposal and when he returned for the install, he explained it again, was extremely thorough, and professional. I know that Superior is NOT the cheapest however, he was on time, the quality of work was excellent and his professionalism was impeccable. Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon however, if I do, Superior will be my plumber of choice. And Bo is a great representation of Superior.

Superior came out to fix a leaking toilet. I told my husband to ask them to fix an overflow drain in my bathtub while they were here. The plumber then proceeded to do a leak check for my bathtub in which he cut 3 holes in the ceiling of my garage and charged $187.29 to tell me that the overflow drain was not lined up and was leaking. I already knew that!!! My husband ended up fixing the toilet himself while the plumber was making the holes in my garage ceiling that I will now have to get repaired. He then said that it would cost at least $400 to fix it and if the broke the cover that they wouldn't be liable for the damage. HA! No thank you!!! Do not use. $187.29 later, I know exactly what I knew before they came out and now have to pay to have the damage to my ceiling repaired,

After sixteen years, the sewage ejection pump in our basement started to fail. My family was already impressed with Superior plumbing, as they had replaced both water heaters in our house (each of those had lasted from 10 to 13 years). We knew Superior to be quick, friendly, and professional. And their pricing is on-target for industry standards (though I wish the industry would voluntarily drop their pricing). Would you believe they actually took scheduling calls on Sunday? And that their representative showed up to the house early on the appointed day? (Yes, he called first.) He finished replacing the ejection pump (and lid) in under three hours, and cleaned up everything before leaving. All in all, a job well done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.
