Look no further than Superior Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I had three different plumbers come out to my residence to fix what I thought was a simple problem. The previous plumber failed. When I called Superior, they sent Armin...let me tell you this man is a master plumber. He resolved my issue in less than 8 minutes!!! He was very professional and personable. Do yourself, CALL SUPERIOR!!!

I had just purchased my home and within a week of moving in had stoppages in all 3 of my bathrooms. Water and debri had backed up in both the shower and bathtub. It was not pretty. After calling my home warranty company, they sent one of their local plumbers to snake out my cleanout. Once they got there, they were unable to open the cap to the cleanout and told me they would need to remove a toilet and snake our pipes from there. The cast iron cleanout pipe had corroded and probably hadn't been opened for years. I asked them for an estimate to replace the corroded pipe and gave me an estimate in the thousands. Not a good sign. Unfortunately I was told by my warranty people that I would need to pay out of pocket for the removal of my toilet. They told me I could also get a second opinion as well. I opted for the second opinion. I called 2 other plumbers. The second plumbing company was also not able to remove the cleanout cap and gave me an estimate of a few thousand, a little less than the first one. So I thought well this was a good sign that the price was going down. The 3rd plumbing company, Superior Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Service, sent out their 2 employees--Ignacio and Rudy. I told them that the last 2 plumbers were unable to remove the cap. They not only removed the cap by chippimg away at it and removing the corrosion, they also had an extra cap to replace it with. They snaked out the drain and were able to find a 2nd cleanout in the front of the yard that was hidden by mulch. They were able to snake that cleanout as well and all for less than a few hundred dollars. I was totally overwhelmed by the thought of having to pay over 5k according to the first plumber I dealt with which ultimately wouldn't have even taken care of my stoppage issues to just a few hundred to take care of my immediate needs. I truly missed a bullet by getting that 2nd opinion! They recommended that I get a camera inspection because of the unknown condition of my pipes which I ultimately had done with the same company. I truly appreciate the skill and integrity of Rudy and Ignacio. Ricardo and Fernando were sent out a few days later and dropped a camera in my cleanout and bathroom roof vents. They showed me the condition of my pipes and had me run the water in the house. I was able to see the flow of the water and how it collected in a part of my sewer lateral. Apparently there is a slight disconnect from my sewer lateral to the city line which was pooling water and the reason for my stoppages. Yikes! They gave me a reasonable estimate for a trenchless replacement so as to not break up my driveway to put in a new pipe to correct the problem. I agreed to have it done and Superior Plumbing sent over 2 guys (sorry I forgot their names) who took over the job which took a total of 2 days until the city inspector came and approved everything. Everyone who Superior Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Service sent out to my home were very knowledgeable and efficient! It is very hard to find a company that you can trust! This company is definitely my go to for any future plumbing needs!

Ignacio and Ruby did a great job for us. They installed an outdoor sink and faucet, installed a new TOTO toilet, replaced water pressure regulator & valve. They also diagnosed a leak problem. All done with much care. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I'll use their service again in the future.

I needed a gas water heater installed in my home. I contacted Superior Plumbing and made a 4 to 6pm appointment for an estimate. i got a call about 2pm that they said they had someone available sooner, and could they come, and I said yes. Armin showed up to look and give me an estimate. I felt his estimate was a fair one and agreed to have Armin come back next day to do the work. Armin contacted his boss, then told me he could it the same day. I was with no hot water, so I readily agreed. Armin had to do more than anticipated. My plumbing was in bad shape from the previous installer. I wish I had before and after pictures. Armin really knows what he's doing, and his workmanship shows it. Hats off to Armin and his helper, I am totally satisfied with his work.

We had a bad sewage back-up and leak on a Saturday, I called Superior Plumbing based on a recommendation. Fernando was here within an hour and after a brief assessment, diagnosed the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He explained the problem clearly, accurately and concisely, and he fixed the problem efficiently. His clean-up was beyond our expectation.
I don't usually rate companies a ""5"", but this was the best experience we have had with a plumber. Superior is now our plumber of choice.

My Takagi tankless water heater was going out and I had a slew of new guests arriving. It was time to be proactive and replace it to avoid a disaster. I looked up reviews on Consumer Checkbook. Most of the highly-acclaimed companies were booked out for many weeks. At the bottom of the list (""Superior"" alphabetically) and at the end of a long and frustrating afternoon of making calls, I called Superior. They said that somebody could come out the next day and give me an estimate. The charge would be $49. At that point, I was happy to pay it. Mark was there, on time, the very next morning. He definitely had lots of experience and was willing to work with my preference for the latest (condensate-producing) Takagi model which had great reviews. We agreed on a quite reasonable price and Mark was again there the following morning, with his assistant Andreas. They made short order of the whole operation. Mark's soldering and the whole final result is fit for a museum. My guests had just arrived the morning they came. After only one hour with the water shut off, the guests were told they could flush toilets. Just as soon thereafter, my guests were praising the hot, hot water. The $49 estimate was applied to the total. Thank you Superior Plumbing and thank you Mark and Andreas for the quickly executed, SUPERIOR job.

Awesome job, came right out to our home, immediately found the clogged pipe. Fixed it quickly. Very pleasant and these guys were very knowledgeable.recommend them 100%. The price was much less than we expected.

however.... the ladies in this office have no idea what customer service means! they are rude, and very inconsiderate. if the owners of this company had any idea how their customers are being spoken to i think they would be shocked. i hope they change the way they service paying customers. just terrible.
