Superior Plumbing has been out to my house on three time. They have been outstanding. I have Home Warranty that I call for service and they recommend Plumbing Express every time that I called them they could not get out to week or so later.I would always get Superior Plumbing as the Home Warranty second choice they would come out and Get the Job done!
On Wednesday I called the Home Warranty and again Plumbing Express was sent out. What a Joke! So back to Home Warranty and Superior Plumbing Job done it 20 minutes.

I will never let my Home Warranty send anyone else out for my plumbing except Superior Plumbing.!!! Great Job Mark

I've had plumbing nightmares for the past two weeks when the mainline of our house backed up not allowing us to use any bathrooms (no showers or toilets). I've had multiple plumbers come and they snaked the line and the same problem would be back within 48 hours. After three different visits from another plumbing company I still had the same problem.

Today, Vincent and Jonathan from Superior Plumbing showed up and the first thing I did was to give them the history on everything that has happened thus far. Immediately Vincent started investigating and then pulled out his camera to run through my drain. He found the blockage, showed it to me on the screen, and then went under my house to correct the issue. And after everything was complete Vincent double checked all this work.

We are so happy that our problem was resolved!!

In the end, these guys were extremely knowledgable, professional, courteous, and very neat as they did not leave a speck of dirt behind.

Great experience. They call ahead to say when they are on the way. They arrive promptly. Mark came three times and each time was really pleasant and friendly. Repairs were very well-done. The first time I used them it was to get a second opinion for repairing the shower faucet. The first quote we got was from a guy who told us we needed to knock down part of the shower wall to get the repair done! Mark came in and fixed everything in less than ten minutes! It's been over six months and we have had no trouble since, which is why we used them for our sink and water heater issues that have come up since. To replace the bar sink, he let me get what I wanted from home depot, so I could pick the style and price point I wanted, and then he installed it. Avoided mark up. Very pleased.

We called Superior to snake out a clogged storm drain. We had used them for a similar problem last year. Last year they charged $150, including the $49.95 service charge. This year their plumber tried to talk me into having the drain power-cleaned instead of snaked, which he said would cost $500 (then lowered to $450, when I did not jump at it). I said I would just like to have it snaked. When I asked him what that would cost, he said $150 PLUS the $49.95 service call charge, i.e. $199.95. A 33% increase over last year, and too much. I am not calling them again.

By the way, the sign on their trucks that they give ""Free Estimates"" is false; they charge $49.95 for an estimate. Their plumber said they are in the process of removing those signs.

In Jan. 2008, Superior Plumbing came for a problem with the kitchen faucet and said we needed a new faucet. Last night (9/29/13) that MOEN faucet handle broke off and a new faucet will need to be installed. I went to Lowes to purchase a faucet to have installed tomorrow. The faucet Superior installed 1/08 was at Lowes today for $139.00. Superior charged us $350 five years ago and an additional $125 for installation. We are retired, in our 70's, and certainly could not then or today easily afford such a ""rip off."" Public beware.

The guy answering the phone was a jerk...although you maybe swamped with calls and service request you should never be rude to a potential customer wife called because the guy who came out through our home warranty was very helpful and did a great job..I can't knock the work of the employee but I will say whomever is answering the phones there attitude STINKS!!

My warranty company sent this company out for a plumbing issue the service person said ""It was a leaking window,"" it had not rained for three weeks.

I had another person out who finally went under the house and discovered a crack in pan of a shower.

On an earlier issue of a washing machine discharging water too fast into the sewer line causing a back up, they said the drain line was too small and they could fix the problem for $1500 . Of course this was not a covered part of their waranty work and would be at my expense!!!! I NEVER WILL ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO SET FOOT ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN

From my experience, these guys are useless. Our hot water heater pilot light was constantly going out, and Superior came out twice and didn't do anything. They said they wind was blowing out the pilot. Totally untrue.
I called out another plumber who thoroughly inspected the unit and plumbing and determined not only was it leaking, but it needed to be replaced! It was old and not worth repairing. Luckily the home warranty covered everything.

Courteous and professional, I called to fix my leaking toilet and within half an hour they showed up and gave me a quote. The next day they came on time and fixed it, explained to me what was wrong, and took the time to show me exactly what I'm paying for. Definitely will do business with them again.
