What a job Mark did in resolving our recently installed water heater that was leaking due to defective manufacturer's parts. This entailed talking with the Rheem support personnel and successfully explaining to them that replacing it was more cost effective than replacing only the malfunction part due to limited ceiling space. The install process was flawless, attention to detail was commendable as he closely inspected and tested the connections and made necessary adjustments to guarantee optimal performance.
