I had a leak under the house that was a very slow drip. David came out and was so patient and thorough in finding the leak. Once he found it, he replaced the pipe that was cracked. He was very friendly and explained what he found to me as well as showed me pictures. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing.

We have consistently received 5-star service from Superior Plumbing. Yesterday, Plumber Yonathan saved us a great deal of hassle and expense by installing 2 new shutoff valves and supply lines from the water pipe in the wall to the toilets. He arrived ahead of time and worked professionally and efficiently. He explained the process and the basis for the estimate, and we agreed to proceed. I was impressed with the care he took to keep the work area clean and safe. His work quality is superb and everything works as desired. If you have a plumbing problem this is the company you can rely on. And I suggest you ask for Yonathan if you're not in a hurry and can wait for him to be available.

Superior plumbing was recommended by home owners warranty. Jonathan came on-time and was able to unclog both shower and bathtub drains without issues. He was professional and reliable I highly recommend this company for anyone with plumbing needs. 5 stars!

My home warranty arranged for this company to fix a leaking toilet. The company was busy, the earliest they could come was 4 days after the work order was established. I saw the great reviews and interpreted the delay as a good thing and waited it out.
The plumber was diligent to find the problem, and showed me the flange was below floor level and needed to be flush or above. He quoted $475 as an estimate for repair, citing the possibility of going under the house, extending the pipe, adding a new flange and about 2 hours of labor. He said the flange cost $125, the rest was labor.
He came the next day to do the work, and didn't change the pipe or go under the house, but put in a thicker cast iron phalange which was slightly above the floor surface where it needed to be. It took 2 hours as he had to do some sawing to fit it in. Did great work and put it back together better than it was before (the side bolts had been a little loose.) I would have given 5 stars if I wasn't charged the full $475. I found the exact cast iron flange at Home Depot for $24.96, (likely cheaper price for a contractor). I was charged $449.04 for 2 hours labor! That's $224.52 an hour! I feel exploited since the hourly rate for a plumber is $20-$50/hour. I approved the job because I needed the toilet working again ASAP and the plumber had good skills. They do good work so if money is not an issue, go for it. I'd love to hire them again but I can't stomach paying over 4x the market rate for services. The overpricing knowing I desperately needed the work done felt borderline criminal.

Awful experience.
I called Superior Plumbing who I have used several times over the years to fix a dripping faucet in a shower (replace a washer). They've done this same repair in my master bath, so I know the routine.

The technician told me I need to replace the cartridge (both hot and cold for $397).

There are no cartridges in my showers!

I asked him to write it up and as soon as he was outside of my gate I told him I would call someone else.

I do not recommend Superior Plumbing.

Over the last two months superior plumbing has been to my house to fix dripping water heater, fix broken pipe under kitchen sink, fix sink downstairs, bathroom sink, and also fix downstairs toilet. They are amazing from the people that answer the phone to the fabulous service people that show up ,special shout out to Jonathan he has been such a nice human being in helping me get all this mess fixed.
