Courteous and professional, I called to fix my leaking toilet and within half an hour they showed up and gave me a quote. The next day they came on time and fixed it, explained to me what was wrong, and took the time to show me exactly what I'm paying for. Definitely will do business with them again.

I used Superior Plumbing many times when they were a small company, and they used to be very good, honest, and nice.

I now have to find another plumber. I called because I had a leaking toilet, and to my surprise the dispatcher told me that the fee to find the problem was $65. They had changed their policy.

I explained I knew what the problem was, so I did not want to spend $65 to be told. The dispatcher said not to worry, that the fee would be part of the $200 to fix the leak.

I had trusted these people for years, so I agreed, even though most companies come out for free.

The two guys told me that the cost would be $200 PLUS the $65, that the dispatcher was wrong, and they could not call her back because ""their cell phone was not working"" in my house.

I told them that I had used the company for years, but they just sneered.

I told them not to do the job, because I felt they were going back on their word and ripping me off. They made me pay the $65.

On the way out, one guy measured the pressure of my pipes(unasked) and said I had to do some expensive work because the pressure was high. I told them that's why I was keeping the water shutoff valve only half way open. The guy told me ""oh, that does not work!"" and opened the valve full way before leaving (I turned it back as it was before myself). What a jerk!

I will hire these guys every time. I called them about an issue with our shower/tub, and Vincent came out to check it out. He is incredibly kind and curteous, and very knowledgeable. But the best part was that he told me my plumbing issue was pretty easy to fix, and, rather than fixing it himself, he lent me his tools and told me what to do, and watched as I fixed it myself! NO CHARGE!! He told me he didn't want to charge me the minumum $139/hr on a job that should take 5-10 minutes. He watched my work, and he even left a tool with me that I might need in the future in case this issue crops up again. Again, no charge. Just an incredibly generous person and I can't say enough about him and his company.

They say the are the cheapest guaranteed which is B.S I called for a leak that's outside they said they are going to charge me 49 service call I said ok . They came and on the truck said free estimates when I asked the guy he said oh I need to take it off I just picked it up From mechanic shop . his estimate was $750 I told him well i just had MR Rooter out her to look at it and first of all he didnt charge me for a service call and his estimate was $450 and he was like I can call to match it NO you guys are fake and are over priced all your ads about pricing lowest guaranteed is false advertisement . I well never call again and if looking for plumbers be careful from this company

Jonathan and George were GREAT! Arrived on time to my home, fixed and replaced my 75 gal. water heater the day before Thanksgiving!! Made the holiday a SUPER one. They were professional, neat and clean in their work. When they left my home they removed the broken water heater, cleaned up the garage area/work area and left my garage area in better than before shape. Superior Plumbing are my ""go to guys"" on my home plumbing problems. An extra thanks to Mr. Noe for all of his back ground help in getting the job done, back at the office.

I called these guys recently during an early morning plumbing emergency mostly because I saw that they were based right down the street from me...

When I called, I was told someone would be at my home ""very soon"". When you're experiencing a plumbing disaster, 15-20 minutes seems like a lifetime. But in reality, that's super-quick! Awesome!

I have Darwin's business card, and can't remember his partner's name, but they were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They even gave me some suggestions on how to prevent future problems.

I've never really had any plumbing issues that required a professional plumber, so I can't compare prices, but they fixed the problem and I was charged exactly what they told me I was going to be charged. And I got a FREE DVD of my sewer line all the way out to the street. I'm making popcorn!

UCK! Total jerk who charged us hundreds of dollars despite them working for my home warranty company and supposed to have worked under that policy's umbrella. My husband did not know that our deductible covered their work so when he was give a huge bill, he paid. To make it worse, he didn't even fix anything. All he did was attempt to diagnose the problem. Which he got completely wrong! He even wrote in his report that the pipe was brand ""x"" when it had brand ""y"" written all over it. What an idiot. His supervisor, who he called out when he didn't know how to handle the problem made the same mistake. I would never ever let them touch my house!

We contacted our hazard insurance company about a leaking toilet, and they sent Superior out to identify the problem and address it. In their first visit, they used the wrong type of gasket/ring for a back-venting toilet, so it continued to leak. Granted, he did warn me that he had only worked on one once before, but most folks I know would ask somebody.

When they were called back out to rectify the problem, the plumber initially told me it wasn't the ring leaking. When he went to flush and let me look instead, it was clear the ring was leaking.

Then, he accused us of tinkering with the toilet and causing the leak, because some caulk looked new. When we assured him we hadn't touched the toilet, he more or less implied we were liars and that he would have to note that someone had worked on the toilet.

In short, not only did they not do the job right the first time, they tried to blame us for the problem - no doubt for some reimbursement reason with the warranty company.

I will say that, though we weren't paying, their prices were reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for.

We called Superior at 6:30 on a Friday as water was leaking out the bottom of our water heater. I was able to shut off the water and they showed up first thing the following morning (as promised). They were honest, efficient, worked hard and did a neat, clean job. Love our new tankless water heater and water recirc pump. Thanks guys!

My morning started out with frantic searching for my $10,000 engagement ring and then deteriorated into tears when I realized that, somehow, my beautiful ring, a symbol of my husband's love for me, was flushed down the toilet.

I thought for sure it was a goner, but I decided to make a last ditch effort and call a plumber to come out and see if he/she could spot it. I called Superior Plumbing's Martinez office and they were able to help me out last minute. The plumber, Darwin Juchim, and his assistant showed up ahead of schedule and even called to let me know they were on their way. They assured me that they would do whatever they could to try to locate my ring but that the odds weren't exactly in my favor.

After about half an hour, Darwin came down my stairs to reunite me with my engagement ring!!! Needless to say, I was squealing like a little kid and jumping up and down. After a thorough sanitizing, my ring is back on my finger and I'm never taking it off!!!

I can't thank them enough! They made my year. :)
