David & Rudy came on time and were very professional from the start. I had them check a clogged shower drain. After snaking met with some obstruction, they went into the crawl space and discovered that the contractor had left a 3"" & 2"" test plug installed. Once these were removed, snaking was effective. I can't say enough good things about David and Rudy. Just amazing at their craft. I placed the call at 7:15am and by 7:45am, Fernando at Superior Plumbing called to give me an appointment. Great company, fantastic employees!

Our hot water heater was dying (weird noises and shaking). I called Superior Plumbing and they were very responsive. Yanathon checked out the problem and advised us to get it replaced.
He gave us a price and it was competitive so we asked him to replace the water heater. A label on the side of the water heater indicated it was installed in 2014 so it was time for a replacement.
The next day Yanathon came back with a new water heater and installed it. He worked quickly and when he was done, he showed me the various safety features he updated that were not required in 2014.
Very professional company and I will call them again for further plumbing issues.

I've used Superior several times for problem ranging from cleaning my sewer line, replacing a root damaged segment of that line, repairing a leaking tub faucet, clearing a clogged toilet, etc. They're easy to deal with, generally come when they promise, are very good about notifying me when they're on the way. The work has always been excellent. Pricing isn't cheap, but seems fair.
