Called Superior Plumbing at 11:00am today, arrived promptly at 1:00pm. The Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bathtub sinks are now UNCLOGGED. Fast, efficient, and took the time to explain what was being done.. Could not have asked for better service at the last minute.

OHRP chose Superior Plumbing to do my repair. Octavio came out to repair my tank-less water heater. It had previously been installed without any valves, so he had to do that first. After trying other things it was determined I needed a new tank-less water heater. The next day he was back and professionally installed it to my complete satisfaction. He cleaned up after all the hard work and even repaired a leaky toilet. I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing and of course Octavio.

I explained my situation to these folks and diagnosed the problem with my water heater for them over the phone, they sent someone out, took my money, told me back exactly what I told them, said they couldn't get a part and told me to go away. I don't understand how you can do business like this and keep any customers.

Sent out through my home warranty company. Had a troublesome main line clog that would flood my shower! Needed some major league hydro jetting. Octavio and Diego were very professional yet personable. Made sure to properly diagnose and fix the problem. Overall fantastic service and would highly recommend!

We had a few plumbing issues and Superior Plumbing was the second company to come out to help us. They had availability ASAP and were very professional over the phone and timely as they came right at the beginning of the window and gave me a courtesy all. We had a plumber named Singh. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very focused on thoroughly diagnosing the issue. After you chat with him he is a very nice man as well. I definitely recommend this plumbing company and the plumber Singh!

Our nearly 20 year old water heater started leaking so we called Old Republic, our home warranty company. They assigned the job to Superior Plumbing in San Jose. Nick, their office manager, sent the team of Octavio and Diego to our house. It was pretty apparent that we needed a new water heater which was covered under our Old Republic contract. However, we also had as part of the system, an old solar water heater tank which we stopped using years ago. We figured that as long as we were replacing the water heater, we should go ahead and get rid of the solar tank and all the old piping. We understood that the solar tank removal would not be covered by Old Republic, but that was fine with us. After getting the water heater job authorized, Octavio gave us a great deal on removing the old solar equipment. He and Diego did an outstanding job working through their lunch hour to complete the work and got us back into comfy ""hot water"". Thank you guys and Superior Plumbing for a job well done.
