I want to give a HUGE thank you to Superior Plumbing and to Andreas. I'm a first time home buyer and had a broken hot water pipe under the house. I was panicing. They had a rep at my house 2 hrs after calling them. The professionalism and knowledge quickly calmed me down. Andreas fixed everything and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work done. I am so happy company's like this are still out there.

After a visit by another company, I requested that my home protection warranty company send someone else to give me a second opinion and asked for Superior Plumbing. Superior came out in January for a sewer back up, after hours, same day, and saved me and my 4 month old son from a night at a hotel. Diego, who had been part of the crew the last time, showed up at my requested time today (vs the last company that was 4 hours late) and did what the previous company said couldn't be done to clear my clog. Had I not requested Superior Plumbing, I probably would have had to pay unnecessarily to have my toilet taken out to clear the clog. Since I paid the previous company the service fee, because of Diego there was no additional money out of pocket. He fixed the problem in under 45 minutes (during my lunch hour) with no issues. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for real people who care about solving your issue quickly.

OHRP chose Superior Plumbing to do my repair. Octavio came out to repair my tank-less water heater. It had previously been installed without any valves, so he had to do that first. After trying other things it was determined I needed a new tank-less water heater. The next day he was back and professionally installed it to my complete satisfaction. He cleaned up after all the hard work and even repaired a leaky toilet. I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing and of course Octavio.

If you are looking for a dishonest plumber and looking for a nightmare, hire this company. Company was referred by American Home Shields. I was worst experience anyone could imagine for a simple job.

I explained my situation to these folks and diagnosed the problem with my water heater for them over the phone, they sent someone out, took my money, told me back exactly what I told them, said they couldn't get a part and told me to go away. I don't understand how you can do business like this and keep any customers.
